Description

Allergy-relieving cosmetic composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a allergy-relieving cosmetic composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the progress of society and the improvement of living standard of people, people pay more and more attention to skin care and self image, and various cosmetics are used in large quantities. However, with the use of cosmetics in large quantities, skin diseases caused by cosmetics are also increasing in large quantities, and skin allergy is one of the most common.
The skin allergy is caused by the fact that certain ingredients in cosmetics stimulate skin cells and make the skin cells produce antibodies, thereby causing allergy. Many commercially available cosmetics are manufactured from chemical raw materials, and additives such as emulsifiers, perfumes, pigments, bactericides, preservatives and the like may cause skin damage.
Generally, although oils and fats keep the skin moist and resist external stimuli, they also prevent skin breathing, resulting in large pores and causing sebaceous gland dysfunction; certain emulsifiers can destroy the structure of skin tissue, cause skin sensitivity and have stronger carcinogenicity; the perfume often has strong allergenicity and is easy to cause anaphylactic reaction; the bactericide kills harmful bacteria and beneficial bacteria at the same time, and reduces the self-protection function of the skin; preservatives produce 100% of active oxygen and are one of the most powerful of the effects of skin aging.
The irritation of the cosmetics is related to the using effect of the cosmetics and the application prospect of the cosmetics. In order to solve the allergy problem, various allergy-relieving compositions, allergy-relieving repair liquids, and the like are disclosed in the prior art, for example:
chinese patent application CN 201810911656.7 discloses a composition for soothing the sensitive skin, which comprises 0.5-20 parts by weight of alcohol extract of silybum marianum fruit for inhibiting the production of cell inflammatory factors, 0.5-20 parts by weight of alcohol extract of holy basil for inhibiting the production of cell inflammatory factors, 15-45 parts by weight of water extract of upland cotton for improving DNA repair, and 25-40 parts by weight of alcohol extract of mushroom for moisturizing the skin and accelerating the repair of skin barrier.
Chinese patent application CN 201810278981.4 discloses a soothing and repairing composition, which comprises the following raw materials: radix astragali extract, rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae extract, and cortex Albizziae extract; wherein the mass ratio of the astragalus membranaceus root extract, the bighead atractylodes rhizome extract and the albizia bark extract is (1-10): (1-10): (1-10).
Chinese patent application CN 201910495922.7 discloses an anti-inflammatory allergy-relieving repair emulsion containing Abelmoschus manihot, the formula of the emulsion is composed of group A raw materials, group B raw materials and group C raw materials, wherein the group A raw materials are composed of an emulsifier, grease, copaiba balsam resin, cocoa resin of Dahua and silicone oil, the group B raw materials are composed of deionized water, 1, 3-butanediol, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, biological polysaccharide and xanthan gum, the group C raw materials are composed of an allergy-relieving composition and a preservative, and the allergy-relieving composition is composed of an Abelmoschus manihot extract, a coix seed extract, a lucid ganoderma extract and an wormwood extract.
The use of these soothing prostheses is generally a remedy to some extent after an allergy has occurred due to the use of cosmetics. It is more practical if the irritation of cosmetics can be reduced and the allergic reaction caused by the use of cosmetics can be reduced as much as possible.
Therefore, there is a need for a soothing cosmetic composition that contains soothing active ingredients, thereby reducing the irritation of allergy to other ingredients in the cosmetic.

Figure BDA0002335401560000092
The skin injury model is constructed by Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SLS) stimulation, then the skin injury model is uniformly coated on the surface of the SLS-EpiKutis skin injury model in a surface administration mode, and the skin anti-inflammatory and allergy-relieving effects of the sample to be tested are evaluated by detecting the tissue activity of the model and the release amount of an inflammatory factor IL-1 α.
The experimental result shows that after the allergy-relieving active substance is adopted, the allergy-relieving effect of the cosmetic is obvious; the formula of the micro emulsion after the high-pressure micro-jet technology is tested under the condition of keeping the same component proportion, and the allergy relieving effect is more obvious than that of the common emulsion.
2. Skin model based on 3D melanin

The evaluation of the in vitro whitening efficacy of the product: experiment with 3D melanoderm model
Figure BDA0002335401560000102
For the test tool, with reference to the experimental groups and the corresponding treatment conditions in Table 1, UVB irradiation treatment (50mJ/cm2) was performed every day from the day of model shipment (defined as day 0), the positive control (kojic acid) and the sample to be tested were uniformly applied to the surface of the melanin model after 3 consecutive days of stimulation, the administration volume was 10. mu.L/time,the preparation is administered 1 time every 2 days, and is administered after 4 days of continuous stimulation. And (3) carrying out L value detection on the models of different experimental groups by using a colorimeter, and carrying out melanin content detection on the models of the experimental groups.
The data show that the whitening effect is more obvious by matching the allergy-relieving active substance and the whitening active substance; the whitening effect is more obvious than that of the common emulsion by testing the fine emulsion after the high-pressure micro-jet technology under the condition of the same component proportion.
