Abstract

本发明公开一种纤维构造体,包括多层纤维层,多层纤维层依次层叠环绕设置并浸渍固化。本发明的纤维构造体,结构强度高,且质量较小。本发明还提供一种体操器械承力架体,包含上述的纤维构造体,有利于降低体操器械承力架体的重量,方便器械的移动、运输及拆装,降低了操作人员劳动负担。

一种体操器械承力架体及纤维构造体
技术领域
本发明涉及体育器材技术领域,特别是涉及一种体操器械承力架体及纤维构造体。
背景技术
目前,体育器材中的体操器械如单杠、双杠、高低杠、跳马、鞍马、平衡木、吊环等的支撑架体,都是采用金属材料构件,使得器械重量大,不利于器械的运输、移动或安装。
因此,如何减轻体育器械的重量,以便于运输和安装,是本技术领域人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种体操器械承力架体及纤维构造体,以减轻体育器材的重量,便于运输和安装。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:本发明提供一种纤维构造体,包括多层纤维层,多层所述纤维层依次层叠环绕设置并浸渍固化。
优选地,所述纤维层远离所述纤维构造体的形心的一侧固化有编织布层;
所述纤维层为以下物质的一种或几种:碳纤维层、玻璃纤维层、玄武岩纤维层、芳纶纤维层、亚麻纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。
优选地,沿远离所述纤维构造体的形心至靠近所述纤维构造体的形心的方向,所述纤维构造体包括依次预浸固化的:
第一碳纤维叠层,所述第一碳纤维叠层由相邻的单向碳纤维片层在0°-90°范围内交叉铺叠形成,所述编织布层固化在所述第一碳纤维叠层远离所述纤维构造体的形心的一侧;
第一碳纤维交叉叠层,所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层顶层的相邻的单向碳纤维片层在90°-180°范围内铺叠形成,所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层底层的相邻的单向碳纤维片层在0°-90°范围内铺叠成;
第二碳纤维叠层,所述第二碳纤维叠层由相邻的单向碳纤维片层在0°-90°范围内交叉铺叠形成;
且所述第一碳纤维叠层和所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层以及所述第二碳纤维叠层的单向碳纤维片层均沿同一方向转动相应角度铺设。
优选地,所述的纤维构造体还包括钢材补强体层,所述钢材补强体层固化于所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层和所述第二碳纤维叠层之间;或,所述钢材补强体层固化于所述第二碳纤维叠层远离所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层的一侧。
优选地,所述第一碳纤维叠层与所述第二碳纤维叠层均为环状结构,所述第一碳纤维叠层与所述第二碳纤维叠层之间设置有钢材补强体层,所述钢材补强体层与所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层相连形成环状结构。
优选地,所述第一碳纤维叠层、所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层以及所述第二碳纤维叠层均为非闭合结构,所述第一碳纤维叠层、所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层以及所述第二碳纤维叠层在同一位置处均具有开口。
优选地,所述纤维层靠近所述纤维构造体的形心的一侧固化有内侧编织布层。
优选地,所述编织布层通过热塑性线的交错纺织材料编织形成;所述纤维层与所述编织布层能够通过模压成型、拉挤成型、抽真空成型或真空树脂导入成型固化。
本发明还提供一种体操器械承力架体,包含上述的纤维构造体。
优选地,所述纤维构造体为立柱、支撑腿和/或横梁。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:本发明的纤维构造体,包括多层纤维层,多层纤维层依次层叠环绕设置并浸渍固化。本发明的纤维构造体,结构强度高,且质量较小。本发明还提供一种体操器械承力架体,包含上述的纤维构造体,有利于降低体操器械承力架体的重量,方便器械的移动、运输及拆装,降低了操作人员劳动负担。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种体操器械承力架体及纤维构造体,以减轻体育器材的重量,便于运输和安装。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
请参考图1-4,其中,图1为本发明的纤维构造体的截面示意图,图2为本发明的实施例中的纤维构造体的截面示意图,图3为本发明的其他实施例中的纤维构造体的截面示意图,图4为本发明的体操器械承力架体的示意图。
本发明提供一种纤维构造体,包括多层纤维层,多层纤维层依次层叠环绕设置并浸渍固化。
本发明的纤维构造体,利用多层纤维层依次层叠环绕固化形成,结构强度高,且质量较小。需要解释说明的是,多层纤维层利用高聚物实现浸渍固化。
其中,纤维层远离纤维构造体的形心的一侧固化有编织布层1,编织布层1能够为纤维层提供保护,延长纤维构造体的使用寿命,同时提升增强纤维构造体的美观性。与此同时,纤维层可以为以下物质的一种或几种:碳纤维层、玻璃纤维层、玄武岩纤维层、芳纶纤维层、亚麻纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。在实际生产中,可以根据具体工况选择某一种纤维或不同种类的纤维进行组合制备,以满足不同的使用需求。在本具体实施方式中,纤维构造体由碳纤维单向预浸料依次层叠环绕形成基层并在基层外侧固化编织布层1,从而形成碳纤维复合材料,材料重量小,对于基础的纤维层可根据实际需要选择同一种或不同种材质层叠。其中,本发明涉及到的预浸料是用树脂基体在严格控制的条件下浸渍连续纤维或织物,制成树脂基体与增强体的组合物,对于具体的工艺过程不限定。
更具体地,沿远离纤维构造体的形心至靠近纤维构造体的形心的方向,纤维构造体包括依次预浸固化的第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3以及第二碳纤维叠层4。其中,第一碳纤维叠层2由相邻的单向碳纤维片层在0°-90°范围内交叉铺叠形成,编织布层1固化在第一碳纤维叠层2远离纤维构造体的形心的一侧;第一碳纤维交叉叠层3顶层(即靠近第一碳纤维叠层2的一侧)的相邻的单向碳纤维片层在90°-180°范围内铺叠形成,第一碳纤维交叉叠层3底层(即靠近第一碳纤维叠层2的一侧)的相邻的单向碳纤维片层在0°-90°范围内铺叠成;第二碳纤维叠层4由相邻的单向碳纤维片层在0°-90°范围内交叉铺叠形成;且第一碳纤维叠层2和第一碳纤维交叉叠层3以及第二碳纤维叠层4的单向碳纤维片层均沿同一方向转动相应角度铺设。
第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3以及第二碳纤维叠层4均分别由单向碳纤维片层一层一层在一定角度范围内偏转并交错铺设而成,且第一碳纤维叠层2与第二碳纤维叠层4的单向碳纤维片层的偏转方向相反;另外,位于第一碳纤维叠层2与第二碳纤维叠层4之间的第一碳纤维交叉叠层3中,靠近第一碳纤维叠层2的单向碳纤维片层偏转方向与第一碳纤维叠层2的单向碳纤维片层偏转方向相反,靠近第二碳纤维叠层4的单向碳纤维片层偏转方向与第二碳纤维叠层4的单向碳纤维片层偏转方向相反,在实现纤维构造体轻量化的同时,增强了纤维构造体的结构强度。另外,在第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3以及第二碳纤维叠层4铺设过程中,单向碳纤维片层可由基础层(即最先铺设的单向碳纤维片层)在各自偏转范围角度内、绕同一方向转动对应的角度然后再层层铺设,铺设工艺不作限定。
在本发明的其他具体实施方式中,纤维构造体还可以为第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3以及第二碳纤维叠层4中的一者。
本具体实施方式公开了一种碳纤维单向预浸料的具体形式,在实际中根据强度要求设置单向碳纤维片的交叉角度并且对于第一碳纤维叠层2、第二碳纤维叠层4以及第一碳纤维交叉叠层3之间的布置顺序等均可根据不同要求设置,只要是采用碳纤维单向预浸料依次层叠环绕固化的纤维构造体均在保护范围内。
进一步地,纤维构造体还包括钢材补强体层5,钢材补强体层5进一步提高了纤维构造体的结构强度,从而有利于提升纤维构造体的适应性,钢材补强体层5可固化于第一碳纤维交叉叠层3和第二碳纤维叠层4之间;在本发明的其他具体实施方式中,钢材补强体层5还可固化于第二碳纤维叠层4远离第一碳纤维交叉叠层3的一侧,钢材补强体层5作为加强层可选择地设置,设置位置灵活,根据具体结构或强度需求选择钢材补强体层5的设置数量以及设置位置。
在本具体实施方式中,第一碳纤维叠层2与第二碳纤维叠层4均为环状结构,第一碳纤维叠层2与第二碳纤维叠层4之间设置有钢材补强体层5,钢材补强体层5与第一碳纤维交叉叠层3相连形成环状结构。两组钢材补强体层5以环状结构的中线为轴线对称设置,在提高纤维构造体的结构强度的同时,还能够提高纤维构造体的受力均匀性,可根据实际应用中,纤维构造体的具体工况决定钢材补强体层5的数量和位置,以满足不同实际使用情况的强度需求。
在本发明的其他具体实施方式中,第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3以及第二碳纤维叠层4均为非闭合结构,第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3以及第二碳纤维叠层4在同一位置处均具有开口,即纤维构造体的截面具有开口,此时,若将钢材补强体层5设置于第二碳纤维叠层4远离第一碳纤维交叉叠层3的一侧,作为纤维构造体的内层加强层使用,此种设置方式的纤维构造体可用于制造吊环架体的横梁或跳马架体的横梁,还可将钢材补强体层5与第一碳纤维叠层2或第二碳纤维叠层4连接成形成所需形状的结构。
除此之外,纤维层靠近纤维构造体的形心的一侧固化有内侧编织布层6,设置内侧编织布层6,提高纤维构造体的内侧表面质量,进一步提升纤维构造体的结构整体性和美观性,同时提高纤维构造体的抗撕裂能力。此处需要解释说明的是,编织布层1以及内侧编织布层6均分别包括中间编制布层、内侧编制布层和编制布层,均可为3KP编织布或其它类型编织布。
另外,编织布层1以及内侧编织布层6均可通过热塑性线的交错纺织材料编织形成,交错纺织材料是由纺织纤维进行交错编织所获得的织物或编织物,交错纺织材料可包括热塑性线,纤维层与编织布层1能够通过模压成型、拉挤成型、抽真空成型或真空树脂导入成型固化,热塑性材料可与经线混合,使得交错纺织材料在拉挤成型期间能够保持在合适位置。
与此同时,本发明还提供一种体操器械承力架体,包含上述的纤维构造体,利用纤维构造体制造体操器械承力架体,在保证体操器械承力架体的结构强度的同时,降低体操器械承力架体的质量。
更进一步地,纤维构造体的截面形状可以为环形或非闭合结构,环形结构可以为方环或圆环等,纤维构造体可用于立柱、支撑腿和/或横梁。由于体操器械中的结构有的需要安装其他结构,例如吊环和跳马等架体主体横梁上需要连接其他辅助件,横梁为具有开口的环形结构,因此,可使纤维构造体截面为非闭合结构,具体的,第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3以及第二碳纤维叠层4在同一位置处均具有开口。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,可根据不同的需要设置架体主体的截面形状,第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3和第二碳纤维叠层4需要根据所需的架体主体的形状进行固化。
在实际中,该体操器械承力架体可为任何体操器械的承力架体,以吊环器械为例:吊环的承力架体通常为多段直线连接成型的结构,如图4所示,该吊环的A部和B部的材料结构可为如图1所示,而C部和D部的材料结构可为如图2所示,E部的材料结构可为如图3所示。即该吊环的A部和B部结构相同,且由外向内的材料依次为:编织布层1、第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3、第二碳纤维叠层4和内侧编制布层6,并且在第一碳纤维交叉叠层3与钢材补强体层5连接成环,对于钢材补强层5的位置可根据不同需要设置,优选设置为两个,并相对布置;该吊环的C部和D部结构相同,且由外向内的材料依次为:外侧的编织布层1和位于中间的第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3或第二碳纤维叠层4以及位于内侧的内侧编制布层6;该吊环的E部的结构材料由外向内依次为:编织布层1、第一碳纤维叠层2、第一碳纤维交叉叠层3、第二碳纤维叠层4和内侧编制布层6,E部结构具有开口,以连接体操器械的其他部件,例如吊环绳。
本发明的纤维构造体,结构强度高,且质量较小,利用纤维构造体制成的体操器械承力架体,便于转移、输送以及拆装。
本发明中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处。综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

1.一种纤维构造体,其特征在于:包括多层纤维层,多层所述纤维层依次层叠环绕设置并浸渍固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维构造体,其特征在于;所述纤维层远离所述纤维构造体的形心的一侧固化有编织布层(1);
所述纤维层为以下物质的一种或几种:碳纤维层、玻璃纤维层、玄武岩纤维层、芳纶纤维层、亚麻纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纤维构造体,其特征在于,沿远离所述纤维构造体的形心至靠近所述纤维构造体的形心的方向,所述纤维构造体包括依次预浸固化的:
第一碳纤维叠层(2),所述第一碳纤维叠层(2)由相邻的单向碳纤维片层在0°-90°范围内交叉铺叠形成,所述编织布层(1)固化在所述第一碳纤维叠层(2)远离所述纤维构造体的形心的一侧;
第一碳纤维交叉叠层(3),所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层(3)顶层的相邻的单向碳纤维片层在90°-180°范围内铺叠形成,所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层(3)底层的相邻的单向碳纤维片层在0°-90°范围内铺叠成;
第二碳纤维叠层(4),所述第二碳纤维叠层(4)由相邻的单向碳纤维片层在0°-90°范围内交叉铺叠形成;
且所述第一碳纤维叠层(2)和所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层(3)以及所述第二碳纤维叠层(4)的单向碳纤维片层均沿同一方向转动相应角度铺设。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纤维构造体,其特征在于:还包括钢材补强体层(5),所述钢材补强体层(5)固化于所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层(3)和所述第二碳纤维叠层(4)之间;或,所述钢材补强体层(5)固化于所述第二碳纤维叠层(4)远离所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层(3)的一侧。
5.根据权利要求3所述的纤维构造体,其特征在于:所述第一碳纤维叠层(2)与所述第二碳纤维叠层(4)均为环状结构,所述第一碳纤维叠层(2)与所述第二碳纤维叠层(4)之间设置有钢材补强体层(5),所述钢材补强体层(5)与所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层(3)相连形成环状结构。
6.根据权利要求3所述的纤维构造体,其特征在于:所述第一碳纤维叠层(2)、所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层(3)以及所述第二碳纤维叠层(4)均为非闭合结构,所述第一碳纤维叠层(2)、所述第一碳纤维交叉叠层(3)以及所述第二碳纤维叠层(4)在同一位置处均具有开口。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的纤维构造体,其特征在于:所述纤维层靠近所述纤维构造体的形心的一侧固化有内侧编织布层(6)。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的纤维构造体,其特征在于:所述编织布层(1)通过热塑性线的交错纺织材料编织形成;所述纤维层与所述编织布层(1)能够通过模压成型、拉挤成型、抽真空成型或真空树脂导入成型固化。
9.一种体操器械承力架体,其特征在于,包含权利要求1-8任一项所述的纤维构造体。
10.根据权利要求9所述的体操器械承力架体,其特征在于:所述纤维构造体为立柱、支撑腿和/或横梁。
