Abstract
Description
前記第一炭素繊維積層は隣接する一方向炭素繊維シート層を0°~90°の範囲内で交差して積層することによって形成され、前記織布層は前記第一炭素繊維積層の前記繊維構造体の重心から離れた一側に硬化され、
前記第一炭素繊維交差積層の最上層の隣接する一方向炭素繊維シート層は90°~180°の範囲内で偏向し、積層して形成され、前記第一炭素繊維交差積層の最下層の隣接する一方向炭素繊維シート層は0°~90°の範囲内で偏向し、積層して形成され、
前記第二炭素繊維積層は隣接する一方向炭素繊維シート層を0°~90°の範囲内で交差して積層することによって形成され、
前記第一炭素繊維積層、前記第一炭素繊維交差積層及び前記第二炭素繊維積層の一方向炭素繊維シート層はすべて、同じ方向に沿って対応する角度を偏向させて敷設される。

Claims (10)
- 複数の繊維層を含み、前記複数の繊維層は、順に積層して取り囲まれ、かつ含浸及び硬化されることを特徴とする繊維構造体。
- 前記繊維層の前記繊維構造体の重心から離れた一側には織布層(1)が硬化されていて、
前記繊維層は、炭素繊維層、ガラス繊維層、玄武岩繊維層、アラミド繊維層、亜麻繊維、超高分子量ポリエチレン繊維の一種又は複数種の物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維構造体。 - 前記繊維構造体の重心を離れる位置から前記繊維構造体の重心に近づく位置までの方向に沿って、前記繊維構造体は、順に事前に含浸及び硬化された第一炭素繊維積層(2)、第一炭素繊維交差積層(3)、第二炭素繊維積層(4)が含まれ、
前記第一炭素繊維積層(2)は隣接する一方向炭素繊維シート層を0°~90°の範囲内で交差して積層することによって形成され、前記織布層(1)は前記第一炭素繊維積層(2)の前記繊維構造体の重心から離れた一側に硬化され、
前記第一炭素繊維交差積層(3)の最上層の隣接する一方向炭素繊維シート層は90°~180°の範囲内で偏向し、積層して形成され、前記第一炭素繊維交差積層(3)の最下層の隣接する一方向炭素繊維シート層は0°~90°の範囲内で偏向し、積層して形成され、
前記第二炭素繊維積層(4)は隣接する一方向炭素繊維シート層を0°~90°の範囲内で交差して積層することによって形成され、
前記第一炭素繊維積層(2)、前記第一炭素繊維交差積層(3)及び前記第二炭素繊維積層(4)の一方向炭素繊維シート層はすべて、同じ方向に沿って対応する角度を偏向させて敷設されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の繊維構造体。 - さらに鋼材補強体層(5)を含み、前記鋼材補強体層(5)は前記第一炭素繊維交差積層(3)と前記第二炭素繊維積層(4)との間に硬化され、又は、前記鋼材補強体層(5)は前記第二炭素繊維積層(4)の前記第一炭素繊維交差積層(3)から離れた一側に硬化されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の繊維構造体。
- 前記第一炭素繊維積層(2)と前記第二炭素繊維積層(4)の両方はリング構造であり、前記第一炭素繊維積層(2)と前記第二炭素繊維積層(4)との間に鋼材補強体層(5)が設置され、前記鋼材補強体層(5)は前記第一炭素繊維交差積層(3)に接続されてリング構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の繊維構造体。
- 前記第一炭素繊維積層(2)、前記第一炭素繊維交差積層(3)及び前記第二炭素繊維積層(4)はすべて、非閉鎖構造であり、前記第一炭素繊維積層(2)、前記第一炭素繊維交差積層(3)及び前記第二炭素繊維積層(4)はすべて、同じ位置に開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の繊維構造体。
- 前記繊維層の前記繊維構造体の重心に近づく一側に内側織布層(6)が硬化されていることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の繊維構造体。
- 前記織布層(1)は熱可塑性糸の交錯織物材料を織ることによって形成され、前記繊維層及び前記織布層(1)はプレス成形、引抜成形、真空成形又は真空樹脂導入成形によって硬化することができることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の繊維構造体。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の繊維構造体を含むことを特徴とする体操器具の耐荷重フレーム。
- 前記繊維構造体は支柱、支持脚及び/又は横梁であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の体操器具の耐荷重フレーム。
