Abstract

本发明公开了一种合捻纱、合捻纱生产设备及合捻纱生产工艺,由空气包覆纱和氨纶包芯纱经过拼纱加捻卷绕得到合捻纱。相比于现有技术,本发明利用空气包覆纱具有节律性的网络点这一特点,将空气包覆纱与氨纶包芯纱制备得到合捻纱后,空气包覆纱能够卡紧氨纶包芯纱,从而有效防止氨纶包芯纱中氨纶的回缩。

合捻纱、合捻纱生产设备及合捻纱生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及氨纶双芯纱技术领域,特别是涉及一种合捻纱、合捻纱生产设备及合捻纱生产工艺。
背景技术
包芯纱一般以强力和弹力都较好的合成纤维长丝为芯丝,外包棉、毛、粘胶纤维等短纤维一起加捻而纺制成,兼有长丝芯纱和外包短纤维的优良性能。比较常见的包芯纱有涤棉包芯纱和氨纶包芯纱。氨纶包芯纱是以氨纶长丝为芯纱,外包其他纤维制成的纱线。由这种包芯纱制成的针织物或牛仔裤料,穿着时伸缩自如,舒适合体。当芯丝为多种且其一是氨纶时,称为氨纶双芯纱。
现有的氨纶双芯纱是外包纤维以螺旋状的形式包缠内层纱芯的,这种皮芯结构的纱线经机织加工得到高弹牛仔面料。由于面料弹度大,如果面料剪裁后放置太久,氨纶纱会回缩。缝纫过程氨纶纱没有被压住,导致水洗后出现合缝位失弹起泡现象。另外,环锭纺制包芯纱的接头也比较困难。细纱断头后,卷绕在筒管上的纱端捻度少而松,使氨纶芯丝向长度方向回缩,造成氨纶双芯纱接头“空芯”。因接头“空芯”和“裸芯尾巴”等问题,最终引起牛仔面料局部失弹现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种合捻纱、合捻纱生产设备及合捻纱生产工艺,避免因氨纶回缩导致牛仔面料局部失弹。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明公开了一种合捻纱,由空气包覆纱和氨纶包芯纱经过拼纱加捻卷绕得到。
优选地,所述空气包覆纱由氨纶和长丝制备得到。
优选地,所述氨纶包芯纱由氨纶和短纤制备得到。
本发明还公开了一种合捻纱生产设备,包括空气包覆纱供应装置、氨纶包芯纱供应装置和合捻装置;所述空气包覆纱供应装置用于提供空气包覆纱,所述氨纶包芯纱供应装置用于提供氨纶包芯纱,所述合捻装置用于将所述空气包覆纱与所述氨纶包芯纱拼纱加捻卷绕得到合捻纱。
优选地,所述空气包覆纱供应装置为空气包覆纱生产装置,所述氨纶包芯纱供应装置为氨纶包芯纱放卷装置;所述空气包覆纱生产装置用于制备所述空气包覆纱,所述氨纶包芯纱放卷装置用于放卷所述氨纶包芯纱。
本发明还公开了一种合捻纱生产工艺,将空气包覆纱和氨纶包芯纱进行拼纱加捻卷绕,得到合捻纱。
优选地,所述氨纶包芯纱是由氨纶包芯纱放卷装置直接放卷得到的。
优选地,所述空气包覆纱是由氨纶和长丝现场制备得到的。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
本发明利用空气包覆纱具有节律性的网络点这一特点,将空气包覆纱与氨纶包芯纱制备得到合捻纱后,空气包覆纱能够卡紧氨纶包芯纱,从而有效防止氨纶包芯纱中氨纶的回缩。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种合捻纱、合捻纱生产设备及合捻纱生产工艺,避免因氨纶回缩导致牛仔面料局部失弹。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1-图3,本实施例提供一种合捻纱3,由空气包覆纱1和氨纶包芯纱2经过拼纱加捻卷绕得到。由于空气包覆纱1是将长丝6与氨纶4同时牵伸经过一定型号喷嘴,经高压缩的空气规律性的喷压形成节律性的网络点的纱线,能够有效防止氨纶包芯纱2中氨纶4的回缩。本实施例中,空气包覆纱1由氨纶4和长丝6制备得到,氨纶包芯纱2由氨纶4和短纤5制备得到。
参照图4,本实施例还提供一种合捻纱生产设备,包括空气包覆纱供应装置、氨纶包芯纱供应装置和合捻装置。空气包覆纱供应装置用于提供空气包覆纱1,氨纶包芯纱供应装置用于提供氨纶包芯纱2,合捻装置用于将空气包覆纱1与氨纶包芯纱2拼纱加捻卷绕得到合捻纱3。由于空气包覆纱1具有节律性的网络点,能够有效防止氨纶包芯纱2中氨纶4的回缩。
空气包覆纱供应装置可以是空气包覆纱1的生产装置,也可以是空气包覆纱1的放卷装置。同理,氨纶包芯纱供应装置可以是氨纶包芯纱2的生产装置,也可以是氨纶包芯纱2的放卷装置。
本实施例中,空气包覆纱供应装置为空气包覆纱1的生产装置,氨纶包芯纱供应装置为氨纶包芯纱2的放卷装置。空气包覆纱生产装置用于制备空气包覆纱1,氨纶包芯纱放卷装置用于放卷氨纶包芯纱2。
本实施例还提供一种合捻纱生产工艺,将空气包覆纱1和氨纶包芯纱2进行拼纱加捻卷绕,得到合捻纱3。
其中,作为一种优选实施方式,氨纶包芯纱2是由氨纶包芯纱2放卷装置直接放卷得到的。
作为一种优选实施方式,空气包覆纱1是由氨纶4和长丝6现场制备得到的。

3.根据权利要求1所述的合捻纱,其特征在于,所述氨纶包芯纱由氨纶和短纤制备得到。
4.一种合捻纱生产设备,其特征在于,包括空气包覆纱供应装置、氨纶包芯纱供应装置和合捻装置;所述空气包覆纱供应装置用于提供空气包覆纱,所述氨纶包芯纱供应装置用于提供氨纶包芯纱,所述合捻装置用于将所述空气包覆纱与所述氨纶包芯纱拼纱加捻卷绕得到合捻纱。
5.根据权利要求4所述的合捻纱生产设备,其特征在于,所述空气包覆纱供应装置为空气包覆纱生产装置,所述氨纶包芯纱供应装置为氨纶包芯纱放卷装置;所述空气包覆纱生产装置用于制备所述空气包覆纱,所述氨纶包芯纱放卷装置用于放卷所述氨纶包芯纱。
6.一种合捻纱生产工艺,其特征在于,将空气包覆纱和氨纶包芯纱进行拼纱加捻卷绕,得到合捻纱。
7.根据权利要求6所述的合捻纱生产工艺,其特征在于,所述氨纶包芯纱是由氨纶包芯纱放卷装置直接放卷得到的。
8.根据权利要求6所述的合捻纱生产工艺,其特征在于,所述空气包覆纱是由氨纶和长丝现场制备得到的。
