Abstract

本发明提供一种网格PET双面胶带的制备方法,将SIS弹性体、聚萜烯树脂、氢化松香甘油酯、环烷油、抗氧剂、防老剂通过热熔搅拌均匀,之后在基材两侧涂布热熔型压敏胶,在热熔型压敏胶层上贴合网格离型纸,该网格PET双面胶带具有良好的附着力以及内聚强度,被贴物有较好的剥离性,能够避免残胶。

一种网格PET双面胶带制备方法
技术领域
本文涉及到的一种网格PET双面胶带制备方法,属于压敏胶粘剂领域。
背景技术
双面胶带主要由两层压敏胶黏剂、一层双面防粘材料或者两层单面防粘材料以及一层基材组成。双面胶带所采用的基材种类繁多,常见的基材有棉纸,各种塑料薄膜、泡棉、织物等。,其中塑料薄膜包括聚酯(PET)薄膜、聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜、聚乙烯(PE)薄膜等。PET薄膜具有良好的拉伸及透明性能,被广泛用于制作双面带。
网格PET双面胶以PET为基材,双面涂布亚克力胶水与网格离型材料组合而成,形成单面或者双面的网格效果,网格PET双面胶胶面具有排气性能,可使贴合更加平整,常用于贴合金属、塑料、ABS、PC、PVC、石墨膜等,在触控面板,家用面板,铭板标牌等对贴合平整度有特殊要求的工艺上使用。然而,目前市场上的网格PET双面胶多为溶胶型胶水涂布而成,成本高,对环境污染严重,因此,有必要对目前的排气型PET双面胶带进行改进。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种以环保型热熔压敏胶涂布而成的网格PET双面胶带及其生产工艺,以解决现有技术中的网格排气型双面胶带普遍存在成本高,对环境污染严重的问题。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
网格双面胶,从上至下依次为网格离型纸层、热熔型压敏胶层、PET基材层、热熔型压敏胶层、网格离型纸层
优选地,前述PET基材的厚度为12μm。
优选地,前述热熔型压敏胶层的厚度为20μm。
再优选地,前述网格离型纸上的网格为菱形或正方形。
更优选地,前述热熔型压敏胶层包括如下重量份的各组分:SIS弹性体40~60份、聚萜烯树脂15~30份、氢化松香甘油酯20~40份、环烷油5~10份、抗氧剂0.5~1份、防老剂0.5~1份。
此外,本发明还公布了如前所述的网格PET双面胶带的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1制备热熔型压敏胶:按照前述的组分准备各原料,反应釜在175℃氮气保护下将SIS弹性体、环烷油、聚萜烯树脂搅拌熔化完全,然后加入氢化松香甘油酯、抗氧剂、防老剂熔融混合均匀,即得热熔型压敏胶;
S2将步骤S1制得的热熔型压敏胶均匀涂布于基材表面,冷却;
S3在热熔型压敏胶层上贴合网格离型纸,即得产品。
本发明的有益效果和优点在于:本发明的网格PET双面胶带两面涂布的胶黏剂为热熔型压敏胶,不添加溶剂,减少对环境的污染,降低胶带成本,而且提高胶黏剂生产利用率,胶带附着力好、内聚强对于被贴物有较好的剥离性,能够避免残胶,此外,本发明的生产工艺简单可行,具有极好的市场推广应用前景
具体实施方式
下面将列举本发明的技术方案实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
实施例1
本发明提供的网格PET双面胶带,从上至下依次为网格离型纸层、热熔型压敏胶层、PET基材层、热熔型压敏胶层、网格离型纸层,所述的热熔型压敏胶层的配方为:SIS弹性体40份、聚萜烯树脂15份、氢化松香甘油酯20份、环烷油5份、抗氧剂1份、防老剂0.5份。所述的热熔胶黏剂层厚度为20μm。所述的PET膜层厚度为12μm,本发明的网格PET双面胶带贴物品分别在常温、50℃放置72h,撕开后无残胶。
实施例2
本实施例的网格PET双面胶带制备方法与结构均与实施例1相同,区别仅在于热熔型压敏胶层中各组分的重量份,具体如下:
热熔型压敏胶层包括如下重量份的各组分:SIS弹性体45份、聚萜烯树脂30份、氢化松香甘油酯25份、环烷油7份、抗氧剂1份、防老剂1份。本发明的网格PET双面胶带贴钢板在100℃放置2h,撕开后无残胶。
实施例3
本实施例的网格PET双面胶带制备方法与结构均与实施例1相同,区别仅在于热熔型压敏胶层中各组分的重量份,具体如下:
热熔型压敏胶层包括如下重量份的各组分:SIS弹性体60份、聚萜烯树脂30份、氢化松香甘油酯30份、环烷油5份、抗氧剂1份、防老剂1份。本发明的网格PET双面胶带贴钢板在60℃下保持力>48h/1kg/in2

综上,本发明的网格PET双面胶带,本发明的网格PET双面胶带两面涂布的胶黏剂为热熔型压敏胶,不添加溶剂,减少对环境的污染,减低生产成本,胶带有较好的附着力及内聚,贴合物品剥离后无残胶,生产工艺简单可行。

1.热熔型压敏胶层,其特征在于:原料包括:
SIS弹性体40~60份
聚萜烯树脂15~30份
氢化松香甘油酯20~40份
环烷油5~10份
抗氧剂0.5~1份
防老剂0.5~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热熔型压敏胶层,其特征在于:所述SIS弹性体为直链结构,其中苯乙烯与橡胶质量比为14/86,所述聚萜烯树脂软化点为120℃,所述氢化松香甘油酯软化点为90℃,所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯,所述防老剂为2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
3.一种网格PET双面胶带制备方法,其特征在于:
如权利要求1热熔型压敏胶层,按照权利要求1中各组分准备各原料,反应釜在175℃氮气保护下将SIS弹性体、环烷油、聚萜烯树脂搅拌熔化完全,然后加入氢化松香甘油酯、抗氧剂、防老剂熔融混合均匀,即得热熔型压敏胶;热熔型压敏胶均匀涂布于基材表面,冷却,在热熔型压敏胶层上贴合网格离型纸,即得网格PET双面胶带。
4.根据权利要求3所述的网格PET双面胶带,其特征在于:所述PET基材厚度为12mm,所述面胶厚度为0.020mm,所述网格离型纸上的网格为菱形或正方形。
