Technical Field
The application relates to the field of alopecia, in particular to a arborvitae twig nutrient solution and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Alopecia, also known as baldness, hair loss, refers to the phenomenon of hair loss. The hair which is normally shed is the hair in the withdrawal phase and the resting phase, and the hair which enters the withdrawal phase and the hair which newly enters the growing phase are in dynamic balance continuously, so that the normal quantity of hair can be maintained. The pathological alopecia is abnormal or excessive hair loss, and is caused by a plurality of reasons.
The existing washing and caring products on the market generally have harmful components such as dioxane, silicone oil, lauryl alcohol and the like, and the existing people pursue beauty, the number of ironing and dyeing is increased, so that scalp horny layers are piled up, further, the problems of head oil, dandruff, even scalp folliculitis and the like are generated, the scalp microecological environment is unbalanced, and the problem of alopecia of people is further caused. Thus, there is a strong need in the marketplace for a product that alleviates scalp problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the alopecia, the application provides a arborvitae twig nutrient solution and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a cacumen biotae nutritional liquid, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the arborvitae twig nutrient solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.2-0.5% of primary leaf extract, 0.02-0.04% of lysimachia foenum-graecum hance extract, 0.3-0.7% of angelica root extract, 0.25-0.65% of ginseng root extract, 0.3-0.6% of rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, 1.5-2.2% of supplementary plant extract and the solvent is supplemented to 100%.
The product provided by the application is a pure Chinese herbal medicine formula with the concentration of 100%, can continuously provide nutrition for scalp, activate hair follicles and promote hair regeneration and growth while inhibiting FGF-5 and 5 alpha-reductase and delaying hair loss. The product is safe and has no side effect, and no chemical components such as preservative are added.
By adopting the technical scheme, under the combined action of the lysimachia foenum-graecum hance extract, the ginseng root extract and the rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, the Wnt signal is positively influenced, the processes of regulating and controlling the proliferation, migration and differentiation of melanocytes and the synthesis of melanin are promoted, and the melanocytes are promoted to secrete more melanin, so that a great amount of healthy and black new hair is grown.
Under the action of 5 alpha-reductase, male rapid testosterone can be converted into dihydrotestosterone with stronger activity, so that the combination of testosterone and a receptor is strongly inhibited, and the hair follicle in the telogen period is blocked from entering the anagen period. The dynamic balance of hair growth and shedding is disrupted, and thus hair loss is exhibited. The common coordination of the lysimachia foenum-graecum hance extract, the ginseng root extract and the rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract improves the inhibition effect on 5 alpha-reductase, effectively weakens the condition of 5 alpha-reductase over-expression, and reduces the converted dihydrotestosterone, so that the hair follicle in the resting stage smoothly enters the growing period, and the condition of alopecia is relieved.
Meanwhile, the product is prepared from specific Chinese herbal medicines, and a user smears the product on the scalp, so that the product brings refreshing feel to the scalp, and the floating oil on the surface of the scalp is effectively reduced. The product can infiltrate into scalp by combining warm hands of a user and gentle massaging, so that hyperplasia of sebaceous gland cells can be reduced to a certain extent, and sebum poisoning hair follicles formed by excessive secretion are reduced. The dry and non-greasy scalp state is also beneficial to the growth of new hair, forms a virtuous circle to promote the generation of a great deal of healthy and black hair, and greatly weakens the condition of alopecia.
Preferably, the supplementary plant extract comprises one or more of radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata extract, curcuma rhizome root extract, folium Mori extract, fructus Vitics Simplicifoliae extract, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis extract, and flos Rosae Rugosae extract.
Preferably, the supplementary plant extracts comprise radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata extract, curcuma rhizome root extract, folium Mori extract, fructus Vitics Simplicifoliae extract, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis extract, and flos Rosae Rugosae extract; the radix polygoni multiflori preparata extract accounts for 0.2-0.4% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution, the turmeric root extract accounts for 0.5-0.8% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution, the black mulberry leaf extract accounts for 0.2-0.4% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution, the fructus viticis extract accounts for 0.2-0.4% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution, the fructus gleditsiae extract accounts for 0.15-0.4% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution, and the rose extract accounts for 0.2-0.5% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution.
By adopting the technical scheme, a specific system is formed by adopting the plant extracts with specific types and specific proportions to be matched with the lysimachia foenum-graecum hance extract, the ginseng root extract, the rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract and the like. The prepared product not only has good fragrance, but also is beneficial to balancing the grease of the scalp, so that the scalp is in a long-acting dry state, and the virtuous circle of the whole system is further promoted to be stably carried out.
Preferably, the solvent comprises water and ethanol, wherein the water accounts for 23-28% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution, and the ethanol accounts for 67-72% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution.
By adopting the technical scheme, various plant extracts are dissolved in the solvent with specific proportion, so that the fusion effect is good, and the respective effects of the extracts can be fully exerted.
Preferably, the nutrient solution also comprises 0.05-0.2% of cooling agent, and the solvent also comprises propylene glycol, wherein the propylene glycol accounts for 0.3-0.6% of the total mass of the nutrient solution.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cooling feeling of the product smeared on the scalp can be further improved by adding a proper amount of cooling agent. The refrigerant solvent is matched with propylene glycol to accelerate the fusion of the refrigerant in the system.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a cacumen biotae nutritional liquid, which adopts the following technical scheme: a preparation method of a arborvitae twig nutrient solution comprises the following steps:
mixing and soaking solvent, herba Begoniae Laciniatae, herba Lysimachiae Foenumgraeci, radix Angelicae sinensis, radix Ginseng, rhizoma anemarrhenae, and supplemental plant for 35-40 days to obtain materials;
filtering the materials, and obtaining the liquid part which is the nutrient solution.
By adopting the technical scheme, after various raw materials are soaked in the solution, the filtered nutrient solution is the collection of the corresponding plant extracts. The important substances are leached out from the raw materials in the long-time mutual contact, and the important substances are matched and acted in the leaching process, so that the effect of the raw materials can be fully exerted in a short time, the retention of useful active substances of the plant Chinese herbal medicine is greatly improved, and the economic benefit is good.
Preferably, when the materials are filtered, the filter cloth with 650-800 meshes is used for twice filtration, and then the filter cloth with 900-1100 meshes is used for filtration.
By adopting the technical scheme, the materials are filtered for multiple times with different densities, so that the filter has a better filtering effect, and the obtained finished product has fewer impurities.
Preferably, the nutrient solution also comprises 0.05-0.2% of cooling agent; the solvent comprises water, ethanol and propylene glycol, wherein the water accounts for 23-28% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution, the ethanol accounts for 67-72% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution, and the propylene glycol accounts for 0.3-0.6% of the total mass percent of the nutrient solution;
mixing water and ethanol with herba Lysimachiae Foenumgraeci, radix Angelicae sinensis, radix Ginseng, rhizoma anemarrhenae, and supplemental plant; filtering with 650-800 mesh filter cloth twice, adding cooling agent and propylene glycol, and mixing.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cooling agent and the propylene glycol for dissolving the cooling agent are added into the system after being filtered for two times, so that the condition that the cooling agent damages the raw materials and is leached out is avoided.

One of the patients a in trial 1 used the product of example 1 with specific reference to figure 1 and the patient a was presented with a top of head view of figure 2 after 3 months of adherence to the product of example 1.
According to comparison of the detection data of examples 1-9 and comparative examples 1-5 in tables 3 and 4, the product prepared by the technical scheme provided by the application has a powerful inhibition effect on 5α -reductase, can well control scalp grease to be in a dynamic balance state, and has good experience in the aspects of refreshing, comfort and the like in the use process of a user. The product of the application has better effect in all aspects than that of comparative examples 1-5, and has good development prospect in the market.
It also shows that under the combined action of the lysimachia foenum-graecum hance extract, the ginseng root extract and the rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, the hair follicle has a good effect on 5 alpha-reductase all the time, so that the hair follicle in the resting stage smoothly enters the growing period, and the naturally-fallen hair and the naturally-grown hair are in dynamic balance, thereby slowing down the alopecia. Can also effectively relieve sebaceous gland cell proliferation, balance scalp grease, weaken adverse effects of hair oil on hair, effectively promote melanocyte to secrete melanin, further ensure healthy growth of hair from multiple aspects, and solve the phenomenon of alopecia.
After the lack of any one of the lysimachia foenum-graecum hance extract, the ginseng root extract and the rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, the prepared product cannot fully exert the effect, and the anti-drop effect is greatly reduced. In addition, the inventors found that even though the core material is used, the anti-hair loss effect of the obtained product is greatly reduced after the use ratio of the materials is changed, and the phenomenon of hair loss cannot be effectively relieved from various aspects.
As can be seen from comparison of the test data of examples 1 and 4-5 in tables 3 and 4, the obtained product has more excellent effects in balancing oil and inhibiting 5α -reductase by adding specific types of supplementary plant extracts based on the Lysimachia foenum-graecum extract, the Panax ginseng root extract and the Anemarrhena asphodeloides bunge root extract. The specific plant extracts are mutually matched to form a specific system, so that the efficacy of the product is improved, and the anti-drop effect is better achieved.
From comparison of the test data of example 1 and example 6 in tables 3 and 4, it is clear that the change of the solvent has a great influence on the extraction of the plant, and the combination of the solvents in specific proportions and types can greatly promote the combination of various plant extracts, thereby fully exerting the efficacy of the plant extracts.
As is clear from comparison of the test data of example 1 and example 7 in tables 3 and 4, changing the order of addition of ice pieces had a large influence on the cooling sensation and a small influence on the other aspects.
The present embodiment is merely illustrative of the present application and is not intended to be limiting, and those skilled in the art, after having read the present specification, may make modifications to the present embodiment without creative contribution as required, but is protected by patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
