Description

Chinese medicinal hair nourishing and hair growth promoting liquid containing Chinese angelica extract and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of daily chemical industry and washing and caring, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine hair nourishing and growing liquid containing angelica sinensis extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Each person has approximately 100,000-.
The normal hair loss is the hair in the catagen and telogen phases, and the normal amount of hair can be maintained because the hair entering the catagen phase and the hair newly entering the anagen phase are constantly in dynamic balance. Pathological alopecia refers to abnormal or excessive hair loss, and the symptoms of the hair loss are greasy hair, scorched hair, lack of luster, difficult hair loss due to fixation of yellowish scales or flying grey scales, and spontaneous pruritus. Male pattern alopecia, mainly refers to the condition that the hair in the front and top of the head, the hair line and temples on the forehead move upwards, the hair in the front and top is sparse, yellow and soft, and finally the top of the forehead is bald or has a certain amount of hair; female hair loss is at the top of the head, and the hair becomes thin but does not fall off completely in pieces.
The causes of alopecia are various, such as excessive secretion of male hormone, excessive secretion of seborrheic substances, scalp blood circulation disorder, scalp function loss due to peroxidation, bacteria and the like, stress, genetic factors and the like; among them, seborrheic alopecia is the most common, accounting for more than 95% of patients; in addition, in modern society, the population suffering from alopecia is moving toward the young, and the number of the population suffering from alopecia tends to increase.
In the existing technology for treating alopecia in the market, some medicines are added to achieve a certain alopecia prevention effect, for example, western medicines use hormone as an active ingredient to promote blood circulation and strengthen hair root functions; 5 α -reductase inhibitors; contains active substances such as western medicine minoxidil and the like, but the western medicine has certain side effects on a human body, and can cause certain body dysfunction after long-term administration.
In hair follicle cells, testosterone is catalyzed by 5 α -reductase and converted to more biologically active Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which competes with testosterone for the same receptor, but has 5-fold the activity of dihydrotestosterone. DHT binds to the Androgen Receptor (AR) in the hair follicle, and this particular binding triggers cellular processes that interfere with the anagen phase of the hair cycle, where the hair enters the telogen phase of the hair prematurely. The middle hair is gradually converted into vellus hair, the hair follicle is rudimentated, and the hair coverage is reduced, so that the inhibition of 5 alpha-reductase has positive significance for promoting hair growth. Common western medicines use finasteride as a 5 alpha-reductase inhibitor, but the side effect of the finasteride is reported to be easily caused by sexual dysfunction.
In addition, blood circulation is also very important for hair growth. In the anagen phase, the blood vessels around the hair follicle are richer than those in the telogen phase, and the capillary vessels around the hair papilla are increased and form a network during the growth process, so that sufficient nutrition is provided for the hair. It has been reported in the literature that a decrease in scalp elasticity or a decrease in peripheral vascular blood flow of scalp subcutaneous tissue may be responsible for the disturbance of hair growth. The clinically common alopecia phenomenon is also directly related to the decrease in the number of capillaries and the decrease in the number of hair follicles due to unbalanced nutrition. The clinical antihypertensive effect of the minoxidil for long-term use can achieve the effect of promoting hair growth; however, the long-term use of minoxidil causes certain dependence on the drug, and after the drug is stopped, the hair can be removed again, namely, the minoxidil falling period is entered.
Therefore, the development of a traditional Chinese medicine hair nourishing and hair growing liquid which can inhibit 5 alpha-reductase and does not produce side effects is urgently needed in the field.
