Abstract

3. Advantageous effects
The facial mask prepared in the embodiments 1 to 5 of the invention has the DPPH free radical clearance rate ranging from 91.1% to 93.2%, and has better significant difference in antioxidant activity parameters. On the basis of the prior art, the crape myrtle extract, the cactus extract, the aloe vera extract, the norway spruce leaf extract, the schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae lysate and the agave stem extract are introduced, active ingredients are kept as much as possible in the preparation method, and meanwhile, the fermentation extraction process is introduced, so that the parameter conditions are synergistic, excellent performance is shown, and an ultra-good anti-aging effect is shown. From the results, it can be found that, in the case where the initial skin hydration degrees are consistent, the skin hydration degrees of users using the masks of examples 1 to 5 are all 72.4 or more, up to 73.5, through a 4-week test, whereas the skin hydration degrees of users using the masks of comparative examples 1 to 5, in which the ingredients are deleted, are only 42.3 to 64.3, which is significantly different from the test results of examples 1 to 5, and thus it can be fully demonstrated that the masks of examples 1 to 5 have excellent moisturizing effects and significant moisturizing and reinforcing effects among the components, with significant irreplaceability.

The test scheme is as follows:
the products prepared in examples 1 to 5 and the products prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5 were selected and subjected to the following tests:
(1) Scavenging DPPH free radical
A sample (namely a product) is dissolved in double distilled water to prepare a series of sample solutions with mass concentration gradients, 2mL of the sample is added into 2mL of 0.1mmol/L DPPH solution (dissolved in absolute ethyl alcohol). After mixing uniformly, standing at room temperature for 30min, and measuring the absorbance (A) of each mass concentration sample at 517nm i ). The assay was performed 3 times in parallel and the mean value was taken. At the same time, 2mL of absolute ethanol was added to 2mL of the sample solution to measure the absorbance (A) j ). In addition, blank absorbance (A) was measured by adding 2mL of DPPH radical solution to 2mL of anhydrous ethanol instead of the sample o ). DPPH radical clearance was calculated according to formula (I).

As can be seen from table 1, compared to comparative examples 1 to 5, the masks prepared in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention have DPPH radical scavenging rates ranging from 91.1% to 93.2%, and the parameters of antioxidant activity show better significant differences. On the basis of the prior art, the crape myrtle extract, the cactus extract, the aloe vera extract, the norway spruce leaf extract, the schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae lysate and the agave stem extract are introduced, active ingredients are kept as much as possible in the preparation method, and meanwhile, the fermentation extraction process is introduced, so that the parameter conditions are synergistic, excellent performance is shown, and an ultra-good anti-aging effect is shown.
(2) Selecting 80 volunteers with ages of 25-35 and skin complexion L values close to each other, dividing into 10 groups, measuring the initial skin hydration degree (averaging) of each group of volunteers, respectively using the moisturizing facial masks in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-5, lasting for 4 weeks for 1d every day, testing the skin hydration degree (averaging) of each group of volunteers, and evaluating the moisturizing effect (initial humidity is 32.5) of the moisturizing facial mask, wherein the test results are shown in Table 2.

From the results, it can be found that, in the case where the initial skin hydration degrees are consistent, the skin hydration degrees of users using the facial masks of examples 1 to 5 are all over 72.4 and up to 73.5 through a 4-week test, whereas the skin hydration degrees of users using the facial masks of comparative examples 1 to 5, in which the ingredients are deleted, are only between 42.3 and 64.3, which is significantly different from the test results of examples 1 to 5, and thus, it can be fully demonstrated that the facial masks of examples 1 to 5 have excellent moisturizing effects and significant moisturizing and reinforcing effects among the components, with significant irreplaceability.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above schematically without limitation to the description, and the actual structure is not limited to them. Therefore, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, a person of ordinary skill in the art should understand that the present invention shall not be limited to the embodiments and the similar structural modes without creative design.
Claims (6)
1. A moisturizing facial mask of plant extraction essence, which is characterized in that,
the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
60 to 100 portions of water, namely,
10 to 18 parts of glycerol, and the like,
5 to 10 portions of propylene glycol,
2 to 6 portions of menthol, and the like,
1 to 7 portions of 1, 2-hexanediol,
0.5 to 1.5 portions of citric acid,
0.5 to 1.5 portions of sodium citrate,
0.5 to 1.5 portions of butanediol,
0.05 to 0.15 portion of cynanchum atratum extract,
0.05 to 0.15 portion of cactus extract,
0.05 to 0.15 portion of aloe vera extract,
0.05 to 0.15 portion of carbomer,
0.05 to 0.15 portion of sclerotium rolfsii gum,
0.05 to 0.08 portion of methyl hydroxybenzoate,
0.05 to 0.08 portion of triethanolamine,
0.01 to 0.08 portion of Norway spruce leaf extract,
two split yeast fermentation lysate 0.01-0.08 parts,
0.01 to 0.05 portion of sodium benzoate,
0.01 to 0.05 portion of EDTA disodium,
0.01 to 0.05 portion of carnosine,
0.01 to 0.05 portion of polyglutamic acid,
0.01 to 0.05 portion of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid,
0.01 to 0.05 portion of agave stem extract,
acetyl hexapeptide-8.01-0.05 parts,
0.01 to 0.05 portion of phenoxyethanol,
tripeptide-1 copper 0.01-0.05 parts,
0.01 to 0.05 portion of hydrogenated castor oil,
0.01 to 0.05 portion of essence.
2. The moisturizing mask of plant extract essence of claim 1,
the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
70-80 parts of water, namely,
12 to 18 parts of glycerol, namely 12 parts of glycerol,
8 to 10 portions of propylene glycol,
2 to 6 portions of menthol, 2 to 6 portions,
1 to 7 portions of 1, 2-hexanediol,
0.5 to 1.5 portions of citric acid,
0.5 to 1.5 portions of sodium citrate,
0.5 to 1.5 portions of butanediol,
0.05 to 0.15 portion of cynanchum atratum extract,
0.05 to 0.15 portion of cactus extract,
0.05 to 0.15 portion of aloe vera extract,
0.05 to 0.15 portion of carbomer,
0.05 to 0.15 portion of sclerotium rolfsii gum,
0.05 to 0.08 portion of methyl hydroxybenzoate,
0.05 to 0.08 portion of triethanolamine,
0.01 to 0.08 portion of Norway spruce leaf extract,
two split yeast fermentation lysate 0.01-0.08 parts,

the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
75 parts of water, namely,
15 parts of glycerol, namely 15 parts of glycerol,
9 parts of propylene glycol, namely 9 parts of propylene glycol,
4 parts of menthol, namely 4 parts of menthol,
4 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol,
0.8 part of citric acid, namely,
0.8 part of sodium citrate, namely,
1.2 parts of butanediol,
0.09 part of cynanchum atratum extract,
0.08 part of cactus extract, namely,
0.06 part of aloe vera extract,
0.09 part of carbomer, namely,
0.13 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum,
0.08 part of methyl hydroxybenzoate (methyl hydroxybenzoate),
0.05 part of triethanolamine, namely, ethanol, water and the like,
0.08 portion of Norwegian spruce leaf extract,
two split yeast fermentation lysate 0.08 parts,
0.05 part of sodium benzoate,
0.01 part of EDTA disodium salt,
0.01 part of carnosine, namely,
0.01 part of polyglutamic acid,
0.01 part of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid,
0.05 part of agave stem extract,
0.05 part of acetyl hexapeptide-8,
0.05 part of phenoxyethanol,
0.05 part of tripeptide-1 copper,
0.05 part of hydrogenated castor oil,
0.03 part of essence.
4. The moisturizing mask of plant extract essence of claim 3,
the preparation method of the lysis product of the second split yeast fermentation product comprises the following steps:
preparing and refrigerating second split yeast, wherein the second split yeast is purchased from Shandong Dawei pharmaceutical Co Ltd; preparing soybean milk, inoculating 0.2% by mass of yeast schizophyllum, and fermenting at 42 deg.C for 3d; centrifuging the fermentation liquor at 4 deg.C for 20min, wherein the centrifugal force is 10000g, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, transferring to microporous filter with pore diameter of 0.22 μm, filtering, collecting supernatant, and preserving at 4 deg.C.

(1) Preparation of raw materials: water, glycerin, propylene glycol, menthol, 1, 2-hexanediol, citric acid, sodium citrate, butylene glycol, cynanchum atratum extract, cactus extract, aloe vera extract, carbomer, sclerotium rolfsii, methylparaben, triethanolamine, norway spruce leaf extract, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, sodium benzoate, disodium EDTA, carnosine, polyglutamic acid, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, agave stem extract, acetyl hexapeptide-8, phenoxyethanol, tripeptide-1 copper, hydrogenated castor oil, and essence, and placing in a refrigerator for refrigeration, wherein the water is deionized water;
(2) Preparing the mask: preparing non-woven fabrics, placing the non-woven fabrics in a sterile material liquid tank, then pouring the raw materials in the step (1), continuously stirring and mixing, then standing, and finally taking out the non-woven fabrics.
