The preparation method of the anti-aging essence skin care lotion of the codonopsis pilosula extract comprises the steps of mixing water-soluble extract of the codonopsis pilosula extract, natural polysaccharide modified attapulgite, taurine, hyaluronic acid and ultrapure water according to a ratio, heating to 80 ℃ under the high pressure of 300MPa, then carrying out ultrasonic dispersion and assisting mechanical stirring until the mixture is colorless or light yellow transparent (the ultrasonic power is 120kHz, 300r/min and 25 minutes); sterilizing with ultraviolet rays to obtain the anti-aging essence skin care liquid (ultraviolet sterilization parameter: using at least 90 μ W/cm)2Not less than 25 seconds).
Example 2:
the product performance of the invention is evaluated:
comparative sample 1: a certain large brand of anti-aging skin care essence is sold in the market, and the packaged product is 30mL and the market price is 1230 yuan;
comparative sample 2: the best product of the invention is different from the best product of the invention in that only the codonopsis pilosula extract (water-soluble extract) is contained;
comparative sample 3: the difference from the best product of the invention is that the added attapulgite carrier is pure attapulgite, and the others are consistent;
comparative sample 4: the difference from the best product of the invention is that the product does not contain taurine, and the others are consistent;
comparative sample 5: the difference from the best product of the invention is that the hyaluronic acid is not contained, and the others are consistent.
1. And (3) testing the antibacterial performance:
1g of the product of the invention was taken out and tested in comparison with 1 to 5 products.
Preparation of test bacterial suspension: inoculating bacillus subtilis, escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans, pseudomonas aeruginosa and aspergillus niger into a test tube culture medium, culturing for 48 hours at 37 ℃ in a thermostat, adding sterile ultrapure water, and shaking to obtain an experimental bacteria suspension. 15mL of the melted SOB medium was taken and placed in a sterile plate, and then 1mL of the experimental strain was added dropwise and allowed to spread flat on the bottom of the plate. After the culture medium is solidified, 4 Oxford cups are vertically placed on each flat plate, then 0.1mL of the product and the comparison product are respectively added, and the size (unit: mm) of the diameter of the inhibition zone is respectively measured after the culture is carried out for 24 hours at 37 ℃.
The results of the bacteriostatic experiments are shown in table 1.

2. And (3) stability testing:
30mL of the product of the invention is taken, compared with 1-5 of the product, and is put into the environment of 50 ℃, 25 ℃ and-25 ℃ respectively for stability test, and the contrast observation is carried out for 1 time every 1 week for 1 month continuously, and then the contrast observation is carried out for 1 time every 3 months for 10 months continuously.
The standard is that the product has no abnormal conditions with obvious changes such as precipitation, peculiar smell, color change and the like.
The results of the stability experiments are shown in Table 2.

3. And (3) evaluation of moisturizing effect:
subject: normal female subjects between 30 and 60 years of age. The subjects are divided into 30-35-year-old groups according to all age groups, and each group contains 10 persons; groups of 35-40 years old, each group containing 10 persons; groups of 40-45 years old, each group containing 10 persons; groups of 45-50 years old, each group containing 10 persons; 50-55 years old, 10 people each; groups of 55-60 years old, 10 people each. After 2 hours of skin cleansing, the product of the invention and the comparative product (1 g each) were applied and skin moisture was measured at 1h, 4h, 8h, 12h, 16h and 24h, respectively. The measurements were carried out using a skin moisture tester of Delfin vapormer, finland at 25 ℃, 50% relative humidity and the mean values were finally calculated to give the results of the table below.
The moisturizing experimental results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the moisturizing effect of the anti-aging essence is obviously better than that of the comparative example, and after the anti-aging essence prepared by the invention is compounded through scientific combination, the characteristics of the components play a role in complementation of advantages, so that the anti-aging essence has a good moisturizing effect.
4. Anti-aging test:
testing an instrument: skin elasticity, model MPA580 host manufactured by CK company, germany, the probe used was a Reviscometer RV600 elasto-fibrous tissue test probe.
Subject: normal female subjects between 30-60 years of age. The subjects are divided into 30-35-year-old groups according to all age groups, and each group contains 10 persons; groups of 35-40 years old, each group containing 10 persons; groups of 40-45 years old, each group containing 10 persons; groups of 45-50 years old, each group containing 10 persons; 50-55 years old, 10 people each; groups of 55-60 years old, 10 people each. Each group used 1g of the product of the process and the comparative product.
The tester area: the forehead area 2cm above the middle of the eyebrow, the chin area 2cm below the middle of the lower lip, and the left and right cheek areas at the intersection of the nose tip and the pupil.
The test method comprises the following steps:
constant negative pressure mode (-), negative pressure set to 450 mbar.
Uf-maximum amount of skin stretching;
Ue-the amount of stretching of the skin at 0.1 seconds after a constant negative pressure has been applied to the skin, to locate the amount of stretching of the elastic portion;
Uv—Uf-Uethe amount of stretching of the viscoelastic part of the skin, or the plastic part.
For the skin, the younger the skin, the skin with good elasticity, UeThe higher the value of (A), and for aged skin, less elastic skin, the value of the elastic fraction UeRelatively low, and a viscoelastic part value UvThe value is relatively high.
UrAfter the negative pressure is removed, the skin is rapidly restored, again with a value of the elastic part UrI.e. the recovery value of the skin and the value of the viscoelastic part, or the value of the plastic part, after 0.1 second of removal of the negative pressure.
Ua-the recovery value of the skin from the removal of the negative pressure to the next successive testing of the skin surface plus the negative pressure.
Similarly, the younger skin is more elastic, and the elastic part value UrHigher, old skin, poor elasticity, UrThe lower the value.
The testing steps are as follows:
and measuring a blank value of 30min after the cleaning of the area in the test area, and finally calculating the increase rate of the skin elasticity through the test value to determine the anti-aging effect, wherein the higher the increase rate of the skin elasticity is, the better the anti-aging effect is. All data were averaged after testing and were used continuously for 6 months, once a month.
The statistical data of the anti-aging test are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, after 2 months of experiments, the anti-aging essence of the invention has outstanding effect, and shows that the anti-aging essence of the invention has the effect of obviously improving the elasticity of the skin and resisting aging. Especially more remarkable for the experiencers in the age stage of 40-55 years.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. The anti-aging essence skin care lotion containing the codonopsis pilosula extract is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of codonopsis pilosula extract water-soluble extract, 5 parts of natural polysaccharide modified attapulgite, 2 parts of taurine, 10 parts of hyaluronic acid and 43 parts of ultrapure water.
2. The anti-aging essence skin care lotion containing codonopsis pilosula extract according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the water-soluble extract of codonopsis pilosula extract comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning radix Codonopsis, removing silt, drying at 45 deg.C for 24 hr, slicing, and micronizing to D100 no less than 1250 mesh;
2) placing 5kg of radix Codonopsis powder obtained in step 1) in a container, adding 10kg of anhydrous ethanol, refluxing at 80 deg.C for 2 hr, filtering with 0.45 μm microporous membrane to obtain a filtrate, repeating the above operation for 2 times, drying the residue under reduced pressure until ethanol is completely removed, and distilling under reduced pressure at 65 deg.C under-0.1 MPa;
3) adding the dried filter residue into an ultrasonic extractor, adding ultrapure water with the mass of 10 times, performing ultrasonic stirring extraction for 2 hours at 100 ℃, performing ultrasonic power of 60kHz, filtering out a solution through a 0.45-micron microporous filter membrane, repeating the operation for 2 times, and performing ultrasonic extraction and filtration for 3 times in total;
4) combining the filtrates for 3 times, adding a commercially available edible oil decolorizing agent, namely a commercially available modified active attapulgite edible oil decolorizing agent, in an amount of 3% of the total solution mass, stirring for 15 hours at 150-300 r/min to enable the decolorizing agent to fully adsorb pigments in the solution, and then performing filter pressing separation on the decolorizing agent and the aqueous solution by using a 0.45-micron microporous filter membrane at a filter pressing pressure of 0.159 MPa;
concentrating the separated water solution to one third of the mass, adding anhydrous ethanol with the mass 10 times of that of the concentrated solution into the concentrated solution, and centrifuging at 3000r/min for 10 minutes after the water-soluble substances are completely precipitated to obtain a crude water-soluble extract; drying at 65 deg.C under reduced pressure of-0.1 MPa for 24 hr to obtain water soluble extract of radix Codonopsis.
3. The anti-aging essence skin moisturizer containing the codonopsis pilosula extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the natural polysaccharide modified attapulgite comprises the following steps: mixing 10 parts of carrageen crispus extract and 90 parts of commercially available high-purity attapulgite, placing the mixture into a ball mill, carrying out high-speed ball milling for 15 minutes under the condition of 1500r/min, dispersing the mixture into anhydrous ether, heating and stirring the anhydrous ether at 70 ℃ for 18 times of the mass of the attapulgite, stirring the mixture at the rotating speed of 350r/min, removing generated water while reacting until no water is generated, carrying out reduced pressure distillation to remove reaction solvent ether, wherein the reduced pressure distillation condition is 55 ℃, the pressure is-0.1 MPa, and continuously carrying out air suction and vacuum drying at 65 ℃ for 48 hours to completely remove ether, thus obtaining the natural polysaccharide modified attapulgite.
4. The anti-aging essence skin care lotion containing codonopsis pilosula extracts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of ultrapure water comprises the following steps: tap water was introduced into a commercially available ultrapure water preparation machine and received from an ultrapure water outlet.

The preparation method of the codonopsis pilosula extract anti-aging essence skin care lotion according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that 40 parts of codonopsis pilosula extract water-soluble extract, 5 parts of natural polysaccharide modified attapulgite, 2 parts of taurine, 10 parts of hyaluronic acid and 43 parts of ultrapure water are mixed and added into a high-pressure homogenizer, the mixture is heated to 80 ℃ under the high pressure of 300MPa, then ultrasonic dispersion is carried out and mechanical stirring is assisted until the mixture is colorless or yellowish transparent, the ultrasonic power is 120kHz, the stirring speed is 300r/min, and the time is 25 minutes; and then sterilizing and disinfecting by ultraviolet rays to obtain the codonopsis pilosula extract anti-aging essence skin care lotion, wherein the ultraviolet sterilization parameters are as follows: using a particle size of 90. mu.W/cm or more2The ultraviolet lamp is irradiated for not less than 25 seconds.
