Abstract

本发明公开了一种遮光隔热窗帘布及其复合成型设备,包括基布,基布内侧复合有发泡层,所述发泡层延面料长度方向整体呈波浪形,该发泡层包括若干与基布粘合的凸起部,各凸起部间设置内凹间隙,并保持黏连状态,以形成薄层黏连部用于连接各凸起部。本发明通过设置波浪形发泡层,一方面可形成疏松多孔薄层,隔热遮光性能较好,同时具有内凹的间隙,柔软性较好,也便于进行弯折,不影响面料后续加工收卷;设置反射涂层可提升隔热和遮光性能;复合成型设备可一体发泡成型,能够更易控制发泡层厚度,保持面料整体的柔软度。

技术领域
本发明属于窗帘布面料技术领域,涉及一种遮光隔热窗帘布及其复合成型设备。
背景技术
窗帘布是用装饰布经设计缝纫而做成的窗帘。其主要作用是起到遮挡阳光的作用,目前市场上常以增加克重的方式,来增加窗帘布的厚度或编织密度,进而起到增加遮光性,一方面会增加成本,窗帘布过于厚实也会影响手感,同时,由于大量的紫外线经由面料本身所吸收,也必然会导致面料中纱线老化,降低使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种操作简便的遮光隔热窗帘布及其复合成型设备。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种遮光隔热窗帘布及其复合成型设备,其特征在于,包括基布,基布内侧复合有发泡层,所述发泡层延面料长度方向整体呈波浪形,该发泡层包括若干与基布粘合的凸起部,各凸起部间设置内凹间隙,并保持黏连状态,以形成薄层黏连部用于连接各凸起部。
进一步的,发泡层直接在基布内侧发泡成型。
进一步的,在发泡层的空隙表层设置反射涂层。
一种复合成型设备,用于成型上述发泡层,包括凹模版和可上下调节的合模板,在凹模板内侧间隔的开设有若干储料凹槽,并在凹模板外侧对应位置处间隔设置若干发泡剂进料嘴,用于送料进入储料凹槽内;对应储料凹槽在合模板内侧设置有发泡让位槽,并在合模板外侧对应储料凹槽处设置气流腔板,该气流腔板内设置高速气流腔,用于延面料幅宽方向鼓气,并在合模板上开设有与高速气流腔连通的通孔,相邻出料凹槽间预留有薄层黏连间隙,以便形成薄层黏连部。
进一步的,气流腔板端侧安设有分流器,用于泵入空气后,分散至高速气流腔内。
进一步的,合模板端侧设置吊臂,用于控制合模板的升降,并在合模板和凹模板端侧设置定位柱。
进一步的,在凹模板外侧对应薄层黏连间隙设置若干进料嘴,该进料嘴延伸至可贴合靠近合模板设置,相邻进料嘴内分别通入少量具有一定粘度的液态的反射涂层液和高速的空气流,高速空气流从进料嘴的出气间隙快速扩散,进而带动液体涂层分布至初步固化的发泡层的空隙表层。
进一步的,进料嘴伸入凹模板的端部设置弹性出料部件。
本发明的有益效果:通过设置波浪形发泡层,一方面可形成疏松多孔薄层,隔热遮光性能较好,同时具有内凹的间隙,柔软性较好,也便于进行弯折,不影响面料后续加工收卷;设置反射涂层可提升隔热和遮光性能;复合成型设备可一体发泡成型,能够更易控制发泡层厚度,保持面料整体的柔软度。

参照图1,一种遮光隔热窗帘布,包括基布01,基布01内侧复合有发泡层02,该发泡层02延面料长度方向整体呈(不连续的)波浪形,包括若干与基布01粘合的凸起部022,各凸起部022 间设置内凹间隙021,并保持黏连状态,以形成薄层黏连部023 用于连接各凸起部022。
设置波浪形发泡层02,一方面可形成疏松多孔薄层,隔热遮光性能较好,同时具有内凹的间隙021,柔软性较好,也便于进行弯折,不影响面料后续加工收卷。
另外,考虑到加工便利性以及对发泡层02厚度的控制,发泡层02直接在基布01内侧发泡成型。
具体的,参照图2、图3和图7,图示了上述窗帘布的复合成型设备,包括凹模版1和可上下调节的合模板2,在凹模板1内侧间隔的开设有若干储料凹槽11,并在凹模板1外侧对应位置处设置若干发泡剂进料嘴12,用于送料进入储料凹槽11内;对应储料凹槽11在合模板2内侧设置有发泡让位槽21,并在合模板2 外侧对应储料凹槽11处设置气流腔板3,该气流腔板3内设置高速气流腔31,用于延面料幅宽方向(水平)鼓气,同时,并在合模板2上开设有与高速气流腔31连通的通孔22,相邻出料凹槽 11间预留有薄层黏连间隙4,以便形成薄层黏连部023。
工作时,如图3,基布01水平贴合的设置于凹模板1和合模板2间,发泡剂经由发泡剂进料嘴12少量注入至储料凹槽11内,形成若干间隔的发泡剂胶团,发泡剂则选用市售水性聚氨酯发泡剂,在常温下就能够迅速发泡,同时,由于高速气流腔31的存在,高速流动的空气会引起其内压强变小,相对储料凹槽11形成负压,因此发泡时,发泡剂内部的气体更易朝向合模板2处膨胀,同时,膨胀后的发泡剂会朝向两侧的薄层黏连间隙4移动,又由于设置发泡让位槽21,发泡剂膨胀后会朝向发泡让位槽21挤压基布,使得基布向上产生少量弯曲形变,会使得薄层黏连间隙4 处的发泡剂与基布产生间隙分离,进而可形成发泡层02中的空隙结构。
如图7,气流腔板3端侧安设有分流器32,用于泵入空气后,分散至高速气流腔31内。同时,合模板2端侧设置吊臂23,用于控制合模板2的升降,并在合模板2和凹模板1端侧设置定位柱。
进一步参照图4,为了增加遮光隔热性能,在发泡层02的空隙021表层设置反射涂层03,该反射涂层为PA银胶固化后形成。
具体的,参照图5-6,在凹模板1外侧对应薄层黏连间隙4 设置若干进料嘴13,该进料嘴13延伸至可贴合靠近合模板2设置,考虑到对基布的保护且易于脱模,进料嘴13伸入凹模板1 的端部设置弹性出料部件,如端部嵌套固定一硅胶出料管套,并控制好合模时的间距;相邻进料嘴13内分别通入少量具有一定粘度的液态的反射涂层液和高速的空气流,高速空气流从进料嘴的出气间隙快速扩散,进而带动液体涂层分布至初步固化的发泡层 02的空隙021表层,当然发泡层02的多孔特性,也更易涂层液附着,脱模后再低温干燥即可。
当然,该薄层黏连间隙4可适当内凹,便于存储发射涂层液。
另外,对于发泡层,其端部在加工后可适当打磨,保持平整,也可便于后续进一步复合。
本申请中,未详细说明的结构及连接关系均为现有技术,其结构及原理已为公知技术,在此不再赘述。

Claims (9)

1.一种遮光隔热窗帘布,包括基布,基布内侧复合有发泡层,其特征在于:所述发泡层延面料长度方向整体呈波浪形,该发泡层包括若干与基布粘合的凸起部,各凸起部间设置内凹间隙,并保持黏连状态,以形成薄层黏连部用于连接各凸起部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的遮光隔热窗帘布,其特征在于:发泡层直接在基布内侧发泡成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的遮光隔热窗帘布,其特征在于:在发泡层的空隙表层设置反射涂层。
4.一种复合成型设备,用于成型根据权利要求2所述的遮光隔热窗帘布,包括凹模版和可上下调节的合模板,在凹模板内侧间隔的开设有若干储料凹槽,并在凹模板外侧对应位置处间隔设置若干发泡剂进料嘴,用于送料进入储料凹槽内;对应储料凹槽在合模板内侧设置有发泡让位槽,并在合模板外侧对应储料凹槽处设置气流腔板,该气流腔板内设置高速气流腔,用于延面料幅宽方向鼓气,并在合模板上开设有与高速气流腔连通的通孔,相邻出料凹槽间预留有薄层黏连间隙,以便形成薄层黏连部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合成型设备,其特征在于:气流腔板端侧安设有分流器,用于泵入空气后,分散至高速气流腔内。
6.根据权利要求4所述的复合成型设备,其特征在于:合模板端侧设置吊臂,用于控制合模板的升降,并在合模板和凹模板端侧设置定位柱。
7.根据权利要求4所述的复合成型设备,其特征在于:用于在发泡层的空隙表面一体成型反射涂层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合成型设备,其特征在于:在凹模板外侧对应薄层黏连间隙设置若干进料嘴,该进料嘴延伸至可贴合靠近合模板设置,相邻进料嘴内分别通入少量具有一定粘度的液态的反射涂层液和高速的空气流,高速空气流从进料嘴的出气间隙快速扩散,进而带动液体涂层分布至初步固化的发泡层的空隙表层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的复合成型设备,其特征在于:进料嘴伸入凹模板的端部设置弹性出料部件。
