Example 4 clinical trial
Examples 1 to 3 correspond to experimental group 1, experimental group 2, experimental group 3, respectively, and comparative example 1 corresponds to control group 1.
120 Patients with gastric ulcer are divided into 4 groups, 30 patients in each group respectively correspond to the 4 clinical experimental groups, and the age and the illness state of each group of patients are distributed uniformly as much as possible.
The following experimental steps were performed simultaneously in each of experimental group 1, experimental group 2, experimental group 3 and control group 1:
The experimental medicine is taken 3 times a day, 3 g each time, with boiled water, 1 course of treatment for two weeks, and 4 courses of treatment for continuous administration, and foods such as pungency and chilling, etc. are fasted in the process of taking the medicine.
Clinical diagnostic criteria for the efficacy of treatment of gastric ulcers are classified as efficacious, effective and ineffective, as follows:
(1) The effect is shown: by the fiber endoscope examination, congestion and edema around the mucosa disappear, the substrate roughness becomes smooth, and the ulcer periphery appears as nodular bump and disappears;
(2) The method is effective: by the fiber endoscope examination, congestion and edema around mucous membrane are improved, ulcer edges are neat, and the substrate is smooth;
(3) Invalidation: by means of a fibre endoscope, all symptoms were unchanged.
After 4 treatment courses, 4 clinical teams were subjected to a fiber endoscope examination, the results of which are shown below:
(1) Experiment group 1: 26 effective cases (87%), 4 effective cases (13%), and 0 ineffective cases;
(2) Experiment group 2: 20 significant effects (67%), 9 effective (30%), 1 ineffective (3%);
(3) Experiment group 3: 21 significant effects (70%), 8 effective effects (27%), 1 ineffective (3%);
(4) Control group 1:1 (3%), 11 (37%), 18 (60%) in effect;
the 4 clinical experiment groups have no toxic or side effect.
From the above results, it can be seen that the composition of comparative example 1 has a very general therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer, and that each of experimental group 1, experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 has a better therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer, and that the therapeutic effect of experimental group 1 is optimal.
