Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a preparation for removing putrefaction and promoting granulation for scalds and burns and a preparation method of the preparation.
Background
The most common antibacterial drugs for treating burns, scalds and the like in the market at present mainly comprise two types, one type is an external drug preparation prepared from chemical antibacterial drugs, and the other type is an external antibacterial drug for wounds at present and is clinically used for the wounds, for example, the external drug for treating burns and scalds at present takes the principles of calming, relieving itching and moistening skin, for example, lincomycin lidocaine is usually selected, and skin atrophy, capillary vessel dilatation and dependence are caused by long-term use, so that proper or intermittent medication is required; and for example, chlorhexidine acetate is an antibacterial drug, but the antibacterial effect is not ideal for killing, preventing and treating skin, mucosal bacteria, or fungal infection, or mixed infection of bacteria and fungi, and the antibacterial effect is usually exerted only when the antibacterial concentration is higher, the antibacterial effect is slow, the antibacterial effect can be better exerted after 3 minutes, the retention effective time of skin and mucosa is shorter, the antibacterial effect at low concentration is also poor, and the chemical drug has more obvious irritation when the antibacterial concentration is higher to achieve the wound treatment effect, such as the irritation, the dry and astringent feeling and other adverse reactions, and some adverse reactions even generate dependence. The other is an external preparation made of traditional Chinese medicines, along with the increasing requirements of people on health, sanitation and safety, more and more consumers favor antibacterial preparations combined by various Chinese herbal medicines and the like, but most of the existing traditional Chinese medicine scald ointments are made of Chinese herbal medicine preparations, have no toxicity and side effects, remove the necrotic tissue and promote granulation, repair damaged tissues well, have certain curative effects on scald, but have not particularly remarkable curative effects, long treatment time and slow wound healing, and cause infection in the process of scratching due to itching in the healing process and leave scars due to different scald degrees after healing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: in order to solve the problems in the prior art in the background art, the preparation for removing the necrotic tissue and promoting granulation for the scalds and the burns and the preparation method are provided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a preparation for removing putrefaction and promoting granulation for scald and burn comprises the following components in parts by mass: 90-110 parts of giant knotweed, 90-110 parts of honeysuckle, 210 parts of asparagus 190-.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of giant knotweed, 100 parts of honeysuckle, 200 parts of asparagus, 100 parts of coptis, 100 parts of scutellaria, 100 parts of phellodendron, 2000 parts of sesame oil, 100 parts of beeswax and 50 parts of borneol.
A preparation method of a preparation for removing putrefaction and promoting granulation for scald and burn comprises the following steps:
(1) after removing impurities and cleaning all the medicinal materials, weighing 100 g of giant knotweed, 100 g of honeysuckle, 200 g of asparagus, 100 g of coptis, 100 g of scutellaria and 100 g of phellodendron for later use according to the mixture ratio;
(2) pulverizing the raw materials into 50-200 mesh powder;
(3) mixing the pulverized medicinal materials, adding 2000ml of purified water, soaking for 25-45min, decocting for 55-65min in a stainless steel pot, filtering to obtain the first filtrate, adding 2000ml of purified water into the residue, decocting for 55-65min, filtering to obtain the second filtrate, mixing the two filtrates, and concentrating to 700ml to obtain concentrated solution A;
(4) and (3) taking 2000 g of sesame oil, refining into 1150 g, adding 100 g of beeswax and 50 g of borneol to obtain a mixed solution B, uniformly stirring, adding the concentrated solution B, fully and uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the antibacterial preparation.
Preferably, the medicinal materials are crushed into 50-100 meshes of powder in the step (2).
Preferably, the crude drugs are decocted in purified water in the step (3) with stirring for 1min every 15 min.
The polygonum cuspidatum in the raw materials can clear away heat and toxic materials, stop bleeding by astringency and dissipate blood stasis, and is mainly used for treating wounds caused by burn, scald, bruise, incised wound and the like.
Honeysuckle flower, flos Lonicerae, for its actions of clearing away heat and toxic material, dispelling wind-heat. Can be used for treating carbuncle, furuncle, sore throat, erysipelas, toxic heat, dysentery, wind-heat type common cold, epidemic febrile disease, and fever.
Tian Dong can nourish yin, moisten dryness, clear lung heat and promote fluid production. Can be used for treating dry cough due to lung dryness, cough with sticky phlegm, soreness of waist and knees, hectic fever due to yin-heat, thirst due to internal heat, fluid injury due to fever, dry throat, thirst, and constipation due to intestinal dryness; modern medicine proves that the decoction has different degrees of bacteriostatic action on bacillus anthracis, alpha and heterotypic hemolytic streptococcus, diphtheria bacillus, diphtheroids, pneumococci, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus limosum, staphylococcus albus, bacillus subtilis and the like when used in vitro.
Coptis root, rhizoma Coptidis clears heat and dampness, purges fire and detoxifies. Can be used for treating damp-heat distention and fullness, emesis, acid regurgitation, dysentery, jaundice, hyperpyrexia, excessive heart-fire, vexation, insomnia, palpitation, hematemesis, epistaxis, conjunctival congestion, toothache, diabetes, carbuncle, swelling, and furuncle; it is used externally to treat eczema, eczema and purulent ear canal.
Baikal skullcap root, also called camellia root, and Tujin tea root, is used as the drug by root. Has the effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, cooling blood, preventing miscarriage and detoxifying. It can be used for treating epidemic febrile disease, upper respiratory infection, cough due to lung heat, yellow gallbladder due to damp-heat, pneumonia, dysentery, hemoptysis, conjunctival congestion, threatened abortion, hypertension, carbuncle, furuncle, and sore. The clinical application of the scutellaria baicalensis has better antibacterial property than the coptis chinensis, and the scutellaria baicalensis does not generate drug resistance.
Phellodendron bark, cortex Phellodendri, radix Et rhizoma Rhei, cortex Phellodendri, radix Angelicae sinensis, radix Glycyrrhizae, rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, and cortex Phellodendri, has effects in clearing away heat, eliminating dampness, purging pathogenic fire, removing steam, removing toxic materials, and treating sore. Can be used for treating damp-heat dysentery, jaundice, dark urine, leukorrhagia, pudendal pruritus, pyretic stranguria, pain, tinea pedis, atrophy 36484, hectic fever, night sweat, spermatorrhea, pyocutaneous disease, toxic swelling, eczema, and eczema.
The borneol is colorless transparent or white semitransparent crisp crystal, has faint scent, pungent, cool, bitter and cold taste, enters heart channel, lung channel and faint scent honey powder.
The inventor finds that the combination of giant knotweed rhizome, honeysuckle flower, asparagus, coptis root, scutellaria baicalensis, golden cypress and borneol can quickly cure wounds caused by various burns and scalds, prevent and treat wound infection and expansion, quickly converge the wounds, finally can basically eliminate scars after the wound healing, and has the effect that each component does not have when being applied independently.
