Referring to fig. 1, a preparation method of a high-efficiency liquid mildew inhibitor capable of prolonging the storage life of feed comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing raw materials, namely 20 parts of formic acid, 18 parts of propionic acid, 10 parts of propionate, 6 parts of citric acid, 6-8 parts of fumaric acid, 15 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 16 parts of emulsifier and a plurality of parts of water, wherein the propionic acid, the citric acid and the fumaric acid are free acids, so that high osmotic pressure can be caused outside the mould cell wall, and the mould cell is dehydrated, so that the mould-proof effect is achieved;
s2: stirring and mixing, namely heating and mixing formic acid, propionic acid, propionate, citric acid and fumaric acid to obtain a mixed solution A;
s3: adding Chinese herbal medicine extract, adding the Chinese herbal medicine extract into the mixed solution A, and then heating and mixing to obtain mixed solution B;
s4: adding an emulsifier, adding the emulsifier and water into the mixed solution B, and then stirring and mixing to obtain a liquid mildew preventive;
s5: and (4) metering and packaging, namely metering and packaging the liquid mildew preventive to obtain a finished product.

It is noted that the emulsifier in S1 is alkylbenzene sulfonate, the propionate in S1 is alkali metal salt, in S2, first, 18 parts of propionic acid are added into a reaction kettle, heated by a steam jacket for 35min, and stirred at 60 rpm, then, 20 parts of formic acid, 10 parts of propionate, 6 parts of citric acid, and 8 parts of fumaric acid are added into the reaction kettle to react for 30min, so as to obtain a mixed solution a, in S3, the Chinese herbal medicine extract prepared in S1 is added into the mixed solution a three times, so as to sufficiently mix the Chinese herbal medicine extract with the mixed solution a, and the temperature is controlled at 60 ℃, and the mixed solution B is obtained by stirring and mixing at 35 rpm, in S4, an emulsifier and water are added into the mixed solution B, and stirring and mixing are performed at 40 rpm, so as to obtain the liquid fungicide.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 1, a preparation method of a high-efficiency liquid mildew inhibitor capable of prolonging the storage life of a feed comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing raw materials including 15 parts of formic acid, 17 parts of propionic acid, 8 parts of propionate, 5 parts of citric acid, 7 parts of fumaric acid, 13 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 15 parts of emulsifier and a plurality of parts of water, wherein the propionic acid, the citric acid and the fumaric acid are free acids, so that high osmotic pressure can be caused outside the mould cell wall, and the mould cell is dehydrated, so that the mould proof effect is achieved;
s2: stirring and mixing, namely heating and mixing formic acid, propionic acid, propionate, citric acid and fumaric acid to obtain a mixed solution A;
s3: adding Chinese herbal medicine extract, adding the Chinese herbal medicine extract into the mixed solution A, and then heating and mixing to obtain mixed solution B;
s4: adding an emulsifier, adding the emulsifier and water into the mixed solution B, and then stirring and mixing to obtain a liquid mildew preventive;
s5: and (4) metering and packaging, namely metering and packaging the liquid mildew preventive to obtain a finished product.

It is to be noted that the emulsifier in S1 is alkylbenzene sulfonate, the propionate in S1 is ammonium salt, in S2, firstly, 17 parts of propionic acid are added into a reaction kettle, the mixture is heated by a steam jacket for 26min, and stirred at 57 rpm, then, 15 parts of formic acid, 8 parts of propionate, 5 parts of citric acid and 7 parts of fumaric acid are added into the reaction kettle to react for 22min, so as to obtain a mixed solution a, in S3, the Chinese herbal medicine extract prepared in S1 is added into the mixed solution a three times, so as to fully mix the Chinese herbal medicine extract with the mixed solution a, the temperature is controlled at 57 ℃, and the mixture is stirred and mixed at 27 rpm, so as to obtain a mixed solution B, in S4, the emulsifier and water are added into the mixed solution B, and stirred and mixed at 38 rpm, so as to obtain the liquid fungicide.

Claims (8)
1. A preparation method of a high-efficiency liquid mildew inhibitor capable of prolonging the storage life of feed is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: preparing raw materials, 10-20 parts of formic acid, 15-18 parts of propionic acid, 5-10 parts of propionate, 5-6 parts of citric acid, 6-8 parts of fumaric acid, 11-15 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 10-16 parts of emulsifier and a plurality of parts of water;
s2: stirring and mixing, namely heating and mixing formic acid, propionic acid, propionate, citric acid and fumaric acid to obtain a mixed solution A;
s3: adding Chinese herbal medicine extract, adding the Chinese herbal medicine extract into the mixed solution A, and then heating and mixing to obtain mixed solution B;
s4: adding an emulsifier, adding the emulsifier and water into the mixed solution B, and then stirring and mixing to obtain a liquid mildew preventive;
s5: and (4) metering and packaging, namely metering and packaging the liquid mildew preventive to obtain a finished product.
2. The method for preparing the high-efficiency liquid mildew preventive capable of prolonging the storage life of the feed according to claim 1, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine extract raw materials in S1 are clove, chinese violet, wrinkled gianthyssop herb, dwarf lilyturf tuber, pipewort and honeysuckle stem.

The method for preparing the high-efficiency liquid mildew inhibitor capable of prolonging the feed storage life according to claim 2, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine extract in S1 is prepared by the following steps: firstly, clove, chinese violet, agastache rugosus, dwarf lilyturf tuber, pipewort and honeysuckle stem are crushed, after the crushing is finished, a sieve with 50-80 meshes is selected for sieving, the screened particles are crushed again until the particles are completely powdery to obtain crushed materials, then the crushed materials and water are heated and boiled for 30-40min according to the ratio of 1.
4. The method for preparing the high-efficiency liquid mildew preventive capable of prolonging the storage life of feeds according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier in S1 is one or more of alkylphenol ethoxylates, tween and alkylbenzene sulfonate.
5. The method for preparing the liquid fungicide according to claim 1, wherein the propionate in S1 is one or more of ammonium salt or alkali metal salt.
6. The method for preparing a high-efficiency liquid mildew preventive capable of prolonging the storage life of feed according to claim 5, wherein in S2, 15-18 parts of propionic acid is firstly added into a reaction kettle, the mixture is heated for 25-35min by a steam jacket, and is stirred at 50-60 r/min, and then 10-20 parts of formic acid, 5-10 parts of propionate, 5-6 parts of citric acid and 6-8 parts of fumaric acid are added into the reaction kettle for reaction for 20-30min, so as to obtain a mixed solution A.
7. The method for preparing the liquid fungicide according to claim 6, wherein the herb extract obtained in step S1 is added to the mixture A in step S3 in three times, and the temperature is controlled at 50-60 ℃, and the mixture is stirred and mixed at 20-35 rpm to obtain a mixture B.
8. The method for preparing the high-efficiency liquid mildew preventive capable of prolonging the storage life of the feed according to claim 1, wherein an emulsifying machine and water are added into the mixed solution B in the step S4, and the mixture is stirred and mixed at 30-40 r/min to obtain the liquid mildew preventive.
