犊牛哺乳期是后备母牛饲养的第一个阶段,也是最重要的阶段。这个时 期的主要目标是让犊牛获得充足的抗体,提高其免疫力,并训练犊牛尽早采 食精饲料,促进瘤胃微生物区系及消化系统的发育,节约饲养成本。
犊牛在传统的饲养方法中的哺乳期为3-6个月,但为了提高养殖效益,现代集约化养殖实行早期断奶,此时进行人工饲料喂养。犊牛早期断奶技术是世界奶牛养殖采用的技术手段之一,是现代奶牛生产的需要,毫无疑问,牛奶是出生牛犊最适宜的营养源,但是长时间饲喂犊牛,不利于其消化系统的发育,且长时间饲喂牛奶的犊牛难以适应断奶后的饲草料条件,造成此阶段犊牛生长发育较差,亦不利于后续的养殖。
出生犊牛瘤网胃容积小,乳头发育迟缓,瘤胃肌肉组织发育不健全,微生物区系不完备,消化机能弱。早期断奶技术,让犊牛尽早接触固体饲料可以促进消化器官的发育,减少消化道疾病的发生,提高犊牛的生活率和培育质量,进而有利于后备奶牛的生长和成年母牛生产性能的发挥。
目前,由于早期断奶犊牛的消化系统和免疫系统在生理结构和功能上都尚未发育完善,现实的饲养环境中,各种致病菌及不适宜的饲养管理方式所造成的应激,极易引发犊牛的消化系统疾病及免疫抑制,影响犊牛的健康成长。此外,现有犊牛饲料中普遍添加抗生素以防止犊牛腹泻,抗生素易引发的耐药性能问题。
因此,现在使用的犊牛饲料,存在营养不足、易引发犊牛营养性腹泻、消化系统疾病及免疫抑制等问题,影响犊牛生长,对牛场整体产能产生巨大影响,鉴于此,针对上述问题深入研究,遂有本案产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,解决了现有的犊牛饲料,存在营养不足、易引发犊牛营养性腹泻、消化系统疾病及免疫抑制的问题。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为:一种犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,上述饲料由基质组分和添加组分构成,按重量份计的原料配比如下:
其中基质组分包括,玉米粉:10-35份、大豆:5-10份、麦麸:10-20份、乳清粉:10-20份、米糠:5-10份、豆粕:2-8份、苜蓿草粉:2-6份、菜籽粕:1-3份以及石粉:1-2份;
其中添加组分包括,食盐:1-3份、一水硫酸亚铁:0.01-0.05份、五水硫酸铜:0.01-0.04份、一水硫酸锌:0.03-0.08份、碘化钾:0.00010-0.00015份、康维乐:0.02-0.04份、维他牛羊乐(酶抑制剂含量为5%):0.005-0.01份、乳铁蛋白:0.3-0.5份以及裂壶藻:0.5-0.8份。
上述基质组分中还包括,大豆浓缩蛋白粉:5-10份。
上述添加组分中还包括,黄芪粉:0.2-0.5份、山楂:0.5-0.8份以及苦参0.2-0.6份。
上述添加组分中还包括,抗氧化剂:0.15-0.25份。
上述抗氧化剂包括但不限于乙氧基喹啉、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基羟基茴香醚以及没食子酸丙酯等。
上述基质组分包括,玉米粉:10份、大豆:10份、麦麸:20份、乳清粉:20份、米糠:10份、豆粕:8份、苜蓿草粉:2份、菜籽粕:1份以及石粉:1份;
所述添加组分包括,食盐:1份、一水硫酸亚铁:0.02份、五水硫酸铜:0.01份、一水硫酸锌:0.03份、碘化钾:0.0001份、康维乐:0.02份、维他牛羊乐(酶抑制剂含量为5%):0.005份、乳铁蛋白:0.3份以及裂壶藻:0.5。
上述基质组分包括,玉米粉:35份、大豆:10份、麦麸:20份、乳清粉:10份、米糠:5份、豆粕:2份、苜蓿草粉:6份、菜籽粕:3份以及石粉:2份;
所述添加组分包括,食盐:3份、一水硫酸亚铁:0.03份、五水硫酸铜:0.02份、一水硫酸锌:0.05份、碘化钾:0.00015份、康维乐:0.04份、维他牛羊乐(酶抑制剂含量为5%):0.01份、乳铁蛋白:0.5份以及裂壶藻:0.8份。
上述基质组分包括,玉米粉:25份、大豆:8份、麦麸:15份、乳清粉:16份、米糠:8份、豆粕:5份、苜蓿草粉:3份、菜籽粕:2份以及石粉:2份;
所述添加组分包括,食盐:2份、一水硫酸亚铁:0.03份、五水硫酸铜:0.025份、一水硫酸锌:0.045份、碘化钾:0.00012份、康维乐:0.03份、维他牛羊乐(酶抑制剂含量为5%):0.007份、乳铁蛋白:0.4份以及裂壶藻0.7份。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,通过玉米、大豆、麦麸、乳清粉、米糠以及豆粕等传统饲料可以有效保证饲料的基础营养成分,同时可以有效控制饲料生产成本,在其中加入苜蓿草粉以及菜籽粕,能够合理推动大胃肠功能,有利于排出来排便和身体的内素,再通过加入添加组分,提高饲料的综合营养成分,为犊牛生长提供充分、丰富的营养物质,尤其是乳铁蛋白和裂壶藻的加入可以降低犊牛腹泻率增强犊牛体质,从多方面显著提高养牛业的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,上述饲料由基质组分和添加组分构成,按重量份计的原料配比如下:上述基质组分包括,玉米粉:10份、大豆:10份、麦麸:20份、乳清粉:20份、米糠:10份、豆粕:8份、苜蓿草粉:2份、菜籽粕:1份以及石粉:1份;添加组分包括,食盐:1份、一水硫酸亚铁:0.02份、五水硫酸铜:0.01份、一水硫酸锌:0.03份、碘化钾:0.0001份、康维乐:0.02份、维他牛羊乐(酶抑制剂含量为5%):0.005份、乳铁蛋白:0.3份以及裂壶藻:0.5;将所述饲料的基质组分中的玉米、大豆、麦麸、乳清粉、米糠、豆粕、苜蓿草粉、菜籽粕以及石粉按照配置比例送入粉碎搅拌机中进行进一步的粉碎搅拌,在搅拌过程中加入添加组分中的食盐、一水硫酸亚铁、五水硫酸铜、一水硫酸锌、碘化钾、康维乐、维他牛羊乐(酶抑制剂含量为5%)、乳铁蛋白以及裂壶藻,并对混合料进行进一步搅拌,经过充分搅拌混合后,将混合料放入到发酵装置中,加入水和酶添加剂,拌匀,密封,发酵,所述发酵的条件为:35~45℃,相对湿度60~70%,培养时间72~120小时,随后转入烘干机中在70℃以下的温度下进行低温烘干处理,使水分下降至15%以下,获得发酵成品精料,再将成品精料熟化制粒而成本发明的犊牛后期配合颗粒饲料一。
实施例2:饲料由基质组分和添加组分构成,按重量份计的原料配比如下:基质组分包括,玉米粉:35份、大豆:10份、麦麸:20份、乳清粉:10份、米糠:5份、豆粕:2份、苜蓿草粉:6份、菜籽粕:3份以及石粉:2份;添加组分包括,食盐:3份、一水硫酸亚铁:0.03份、五水硫酸铜:0.02份、一水硫酸锌:0.05份、碘化钾:0.00015份、康维乐:0.04份、维他牛羊乐(酶抑制剂含量为5%):0.01份、乳铁蛋白:0.5份以及裂壶藻:0.8份;将上述原料按照设计配比加入到熟化制粒而成本发明的犊牛后期配合颗粒饲料二。
实施例3:饲料由基质组分和添加组分构成,按重量份计的原料配比如下:基质组分包括,玉米粉:25份、大豆:8份、麦麸:15份、乳清粉:16份、米糠:8份、豆粕:5份、苜蓿草粉:3份、菜籽粕:2份以及石粉:2份;添加组分包括,食盐:2份、一水硫酸亚铁:0.03份、五水硫酸铜:0.025份、一水硫酸锌:0.045份、碘化钾:0.00012份、康维乐:0.03份、维他牛羊乐(酶抑制剂含量为5%):0.007份、乳铁蛋白:0.4份以及裂壶藻0.7份,将上述原料按照设计配比加入到熟化制粒而成本发明的犊牛后期配合颗粒饲料三。
实施例4:饲料由基质组分和添加组分构成,按重量份计的原料配比如下:基质组分包括,玉米粉:25份、大豆:8份、麦麸:15份、乳清粉:16份、米糠:8份、豆粕:5份、苜蓿草粉:3份、菜籽粕:2份以及石粉:2份;添加组分包括,食盐:2份、一水硫酸亚铁:0.03份、五水硫酸铜:0.025份、一水硫酸锌:0.045份、碘化钾:0.00012份、康维乐:0.03份、维他牛羊乐(酶抑制剂含量为5%):0.007份、乳铁蛋白:0.4份、裂壶藻0.7份以及大豆浓缩蛋白粉:10份,将上述原料按照设计配比加入到熟化制粒而成本发明的犊牛后期配合颗粒饲料四。
在规模化牧场选留90日龄犊牛,按配对试验设计原则,随机分成五个处理组,每组5头犊牛。第一组饲喂日粮配方为饲料一;第二组饲喂日粮配方为饲料二;第三组饲喂日粮配方为实例饲料三;第四组饲喂日粮配方为实例饲料四;第五组为对照组,对照组饲喂精料颗粒。试验犊牛分群饲养,每天饲喂3次,分别为6:00、14:00、22:00,自由饮水且饮用水水质相同。90日龄时测定体重,记录测定日期。试验结束后测定150日龄体重,记录测定日期。于早上饲喂前1小时称重。计算平均日增重,并对犊牛的健康水平进行监测,试验结果表明试验组犊牛比对照组犊牛表现出更为优越的生长速度、且健康状况良,该犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,通过玉米、大豆、麦麸、乳清粉、米糠以及豆粕等传统饲料可以有效保证饲料的基础营养成分,同时可以有效控制饲料生产成本,在其中加入苜蓿草粉以及菜籽粕,能够合理推动大胃肠功能,有利于排出来排便和身体的内素,再通过加入添加组分,提高饲料的综合营养成分,为犊牛生长提供充分、丰富的营养物质,尤其是乳铁蛋白和裂壶藻的加入可以降低犊牛腹泻率增强犊牛体质,从多方面显著提高养牛业的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。
在具体生产过程中,添加组分中还可以加入黄芪、山楂以及苦参作为辅料,黄芪为豆科植物黄芪的干燥根茎,具有补气固表、利水消肿等功效,主治脾胃虚弱、食少倦怠、中气下陷等;山楂为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的成熟干燥果实,具有消食化积、行 气散淤等功效,主治食积不化、伤食泄泻、肚腹胀满、产后瘀血等;苦参为豆科植物苦参的干燥根茎,具有清热燥湿、祛风杀虫等功效,主治湿热泻痢、肠风便血、小便不利、湿疹疥癣等。
在具体生产过程中,上述添加组分中还包括,抗氧化剂,且上述抗氧化剂包括但不限于乙氧基喹啉、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基羟基茴香醚以及没食子酸丙酯等,可以进一步增强饲料的存储稳定性。
上述技术方案仅体现了本发明技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本发明的原理,属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料由基质组分和添加组分构成,按重量份计的原料配比如下:
所述基质组分包括,玉米粉:10-35份、大豆:5-10份、麦麸:10-20份、乳清粉:10-20份、米糠:5-10份、豆粕:2-8份、苜蓿草粉:2-6份、菜籽粕:1-3份以及石粉:1-2份;
所述添加组分包括,食盐:1-3份、一水硫酸亚铁:0.01-0.05份、五水硫酸铜:0.01-0.04份、一水硫酸锌:0.03-0.08份、碘化钾:0.00010-0.00015份、康维乐:0.02-0.04份、维他牛羊乐(酶抑制剂含量为5%):0.005-0.01份、乳铁蛋白:0.3-0.5份以及裂壶藻:0.5-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,其特征在于,所述基质组分中还包括,大豆浓缩蛋白粉:5-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,其特征在于,所述添加组分中还包括黄芪粉:0.2-0.5份、山楂:0.5-0.8份以及苦参0.2-0.6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,其特征在于,所述添加组分中还包括,抗氧化剂:0.15-0.25份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂包括但不限于乙氧基喹啉、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基羟基茴香醚以及没食子酸丙酯等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种犊牛用提高生长性能饲料,其特征在于,所述基质组分包括,玉米粉:10份、大豆:10份、麦麸:20份、乳清粉:20份、米糠:10份、豆粕:8份、苜蓿草粉:2份、菜籽粕:1份以及石粉:1份;
