Abstract

本发明提供了一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法,包括以下步骤:一、胶黏剂制备:称取有机硅压敏胶主剂80‑100份、交联剂0.9‑1.2份、铂崔化剂1‑1.3份、锚固剂1.0‑1.5份,溶剂醋酸乙酯500‑800份搅拌混合均匀,待用;二、在基层的一面涂布制得的胶黏剂,形成一胶黏剂层;三、过七节烤箱烘干,温度分别为120℃/150℃/160℃/180℃/180℃/150℃/120℃,制得双面胶半成品,在胶黏剂层的表面贴合离型层后收纳成卷;四、将制得的胶黏剂涂布于所制得的双面胶半成品的基层的另一面上,形成一胶黏剂层;五、过烤箱烘干,在胶黏剂层的表面贴合离型层,最后将制得的耐高温双面胶带收纳成卷。通过本发明所制得的耐高温双面胶带具有优异的耐高温性能,耐温后无残胶转移。

Description

一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及胶带加工领域,具体为一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法。
背景技术
随着电子产品的日新月异,部分场合对双面胶带的性能要求越来越高,尤其是对耐高温性能的要求,而耐高温性能主要指的是在高温环境下要保证被粘物不脱落并且具有一定的剥离强度。这种耐高温双面胶带用途比较广泛,主要用在工程机械、汽车仪表盘密封发泡垫、洗衣机密封垫等地方,还有用于数码产品电子零部件的各种生产工艺中以及制具铭板或面板与部件的粘贴。特别是双面胶带的耐热性优良,品种齐全,可用于加热工序中的临时固定、遮蔽、薄膜零件等的保护、输送等,也广泛用于电子电器、仪表等行业的高温绝缘保护、补强保护等。
目前市面上双面胶粘带多以常温双面胶带为主,而一般用在电子电路板方面的耐高温双面胶带较少,目前双面胶粘带的制作方法大多数采用PET薄膜为载体,在其表面涂布聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂,制得的双面胶带虽然粘结强度比较大,有一定的耐高温性能,但市面上聚丙烯酸酯耐高温双面胶带大多数耐高温性能不佳或剥离力较低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法,制得的耐高温双面胶带具有优异的耐高温性能,耐温后无残胶转移,180℃高温烘烤后冷撕无残胶、无析出。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法,包括以下步骤
一、胶黏剂制备:称取有机硅压敏胶主剂80-100份、交联剂0.9-1.2份、铂崔化剂1-1.3份、锚固剂1.0-1.5份、溶剂醋酸乙酯500-800份,搅拌混合均匀,待用;
二、在基层的一面涂布制得的胶黏剂,形成一胶黏剂层;
三、过七节烤箱烘干,温度分别为120℃/150℃/160℃/180℃/180℃/150℃/120℃,制得双面胶半成品,在胶黏剂层的表面贴合离型层后收纳成卷;
四、将制得的胶黏剂涂布于所制得的双面胶半成品的基层的另一面上,形成一胶黏剂层;
五、过烤箱烘干,在胶黏剂层的表面贴合离型层,最后将制得的耐高温双面胶带收纳成卷。
进一步的,该基层的材料为聚酰亚胺膜材料,先对该基层进行清洁处理,去除表面的油污和杂质,然后再涂布胶黏剂。
进一步的,用600目过滤布将制得的胶黏剂进行充分过滤,再采用刮刀涂布的方式直接涂布于基层的一面上。
进一步的,采用刮刀涂布的方式,将制得的胶黏剂直接涂布于所制得的双面胶半成品的基层的另一面上。
进一步的,该基层颜色为黄色,厚度规格为0.025mm。
本发明通过以上的技术方案,制得的耐高温双面胶带不但粘结强度大、初粘力好、耐油、耐候性好,而且耐高温性能优良,可耐高温150℃达60min以上,可以很好地应用于一些特殊的高温场合,可用于手机后盖复合板高压成型或热弯成型保护膜中的应用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本发明一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、胶黏剂制备:称取有机硅压敏胶主剂80-100份、交联剂0.9-1.2份、铂崔化剂1-1.3份、锚固剂1.0-1.5份、溶剂醋酸乙酯500-800份,搅拌混合均匀,待用;
步骤2、对基层聚酰亚胺膜材料进行清洁处理,去除表面的油污和杂质,待用;
步骤3、用600目过滤布将步骤1制得的胶黏剂进行充分过滤,过滤后密闭待用;
步骤4、采用刮刀涂布的方式,将步骤3制得的胶黏剂,直涂方式涂布步骤2所制得的基层的一面上,形成胶黏剂层;
步骤5、过七节烤箱烘干,温度分别为120℃/150℃/160℃/180℃/180℃/150℃/120℃,制得双面胶半成品,在胶黏剂层的表面贴合离型层后收纳成卷;
步骤6、采用刮刀涂布的方式,将步骤3制得的胶黏剂直接涂布于步骤5所制得的双面胶半成品的基层的另一面上,形成胶黏剂层2;
步骤7、过烤箱烘干,在胶黏剂层的表面贴合离型层,最后将制得的耐高温双面胶带收纳成卷。
请参考图1所示,采用本发明所制得的耐高温双面胶包括一基层1,该基层1为聚酰亚胺膜,颜色为黄色,厚度规格为0.025mm。该基层1的上下表面覆盖有一胶黏剂层2,该胶黏剂层2表面覆盖有一离型层3,该离型层3为氟塑离型膜。
本发明所制得的耐高温双面胶带能适用于更宽的温度范围和恶劣环境;长期耐温180-220℃,短期耐温可达250-280℃。且长期使用不起翘,无胶层转移,具有良好的耐热性能不会软化收缩卷边,粘结力强,适合各类不同材质表面粘贴。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
一、胶黏剂制备:称取有机硅压敏胶主剂80-100份、交联剂0.9-1.2份、铂崔化剂1-1.3份、锚固剂1.0-1.5份、溶剂醋酸乙酯500-800份,搅拌混合均匀,待用;
二、在基层的一面涂布制得的胶黏剂,形成一胶黏剂层;
三、过七节烤箱烘干,温度分别为120℃/150℃/160℃/180℃/180℃/150℃/120℃,制得双面胶半成品,在胶黏剂层的表面贴合离型层后收纳成卷;
四、将制得的胶黏剂涂布于所制得的双面胶半成品的基层的另一面上,形成一胶黏剂层;
五、过烤箱烘干,在胶黏剂层的表面贴合离型层,最后将制得的耐高温双面胶带收纳成卷。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,该基层的材料为聚酰亚胺膜材料,先对该基层进行清洁处理,去除表面的油污和杂质,然后再涂布胶黏剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,用600目过滤布将制得的胶黏剂进行充分过滤,再采用刮刀涂布的方式直接涂布于基层的一面上。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,采用刮刀涂布的方式,将制得的胶黏剂直接涂布于所制得的双面胶半成品的基层的另一面上。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种耐高温双面胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,该基层颜色为黄色,厚度规格为0.025mm。
