Description

Preparation and application of soil remediation microbial inoculum for continuous cropping obstacles
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of agricultural microbial agents, and particularly relates to preparation and application of a soil remediation microbial agent for continuous cropping obstacles.
Background
The continuous cropping obstacle refers to the occurrence of abnormal growth and development of crops caused by the continuous cultivation of the same crop or nearby crops on the same soil, such as poor growth condition, low yield, poor quality, and increased occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests. Because the agricultural cultivation in China has the characteristics of regionality and continuous cropping, more than 80% of the soil in China has the problem of continuous cropping obstacles, the phenomenon of continuous cropping obstacles commonly exists in crops such as grains, vegetables, fruit trees, medicinal materials, flowers and the like, and the less serious people cause yield reduction and even no more than the serious people. The continuous cropping obstacles mainly include 1. Soil microbial structure unbalance, pathogenic microorganism increase, beneficial microorganism decrease, and soil-borne diseases and insect pests gradually aggravate, such as soft rot and fungal stalk disease of Brassicaceae; wilt, root rot and damping-off of solanaceous fruits; damping-off, epidemic and blight of melons, and stubble density of insect pests such as spider mites, trialeurodes vaporariorum, aphids, thrips, nematodes and the like are also increased year by year. 2. The physical and chemical properties of soil become worse, the nutrients are disordered, and the salt content and pH imbalance become worse along with the prolonging of the cultivation age, so that the surface soil layer is hardened. 3. Because of allelopathy, autotoxicant secreted from crop roots or residues is gradually accumulated to hinder crop growth.
Compared with agricultural measures and chemical prevention and control, the soil remediation microbial inoculum for solving the continuous cropping obstacle problem has the advantages of energy conservation, high efficiency, economy, strong durability, stable improvement effect and the like, and integrates economic, environmental and ecological benefits. In the existing patent of the soil remediation microbial inoculum for the continuous cropping obstacle, the main direction is to add nutrient elements and prevent and control soil-borne diseases without involving insect pests, and eggs of insect pests such as spider mites, whiteflies, aphids, thrips, grubs, scarab, nematodes and the like can overwinter in soil, and the insect pests can gradually rise along with the continuous cropping. And the addition of some nutrient elements causes the soil to have certain limitation, is not suitable for general crops, and can increase the volume weight, the salinity and the alkalinity of the soil and the like.
Aiming at three problems of aggravated diseases and insect pests, unbalanced nutrients and autotoxic substance accumulation which are main reasons causing continuous cropping obstacles, the invention develops a soil remediation microbial inoculum based on the micro-ecological theory of plants, screens beneficial microbes for promoting growth from the root system or rhizosphere soil of a healthy soil plant with serious continuous cropping obstacles, establishes a micro-ecological system microbial resource library, screens out the beneficial microbes for efficiently promoting growth, preventing diseases and resisting stress from the micro-ecological system microbial resource library, and determines the fermentation conditions and carriers of strains as the effective components of the soil remediation microbial inoculum through the research and development of a strain fermentation process and a preparation processing process to convert the strains into soil remediation microbial inoculum products. The fertilizer can resist plant diseases and insect pests, promote the growth of crops, increase soil nutrients and effectively relieve the problem of continuous cropping obstacle of soil.

In the continuous cropping obstacle soil remediation microbial inoculum, further, the functional microbial inoculum comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of bacillus subtilis, 2-5 parts of trichoderma harzianum, 20-30 parts of bacillus megaterium, 10-20 parts of bacillus mucilaginosus and 2-5 parts of metarhizium anisopliae.
A preparation method of a continuous cropping obstacle soil remediation microbial inoculum comprises the following steps:
1. and (3) fermenting mushroom residues: crushing mushroom dregs by a chain crusher, sieving by a 50-mesh sieve, stacking and fermenting, and turning over once every a period of time according to specific conditions. Generally fermenting for about one week.
2. Fermenting strains: respectively carrying out liquid fermentation on bacillus subtilis, bacillus megatherium and bacillus mucilaginosus, and respectively carrying out solid fermentation on trichoderma harzianum and metarhizium anisopliae.
3. According to the proportion, adsorbing the fermentation liquor by using turf, adding humic acid, mushroom residues and vermiculite, uniformly stirring in a stirrer, preparing into powder or granules, and drying to obtain the soil remediation microbial inoculum.
In conclusion, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects:
the five functional bacteria selected by the invention have different effects, and the bacillus subtilis can compete with pathogenic microorganisms for nutrients around the plant body by successfully colonizing in the rhizosphere, the body surface or the body, and can secrete some bacteriostatic substances to inhibit the growth of the pathogenic bacteria around the plant body. Meanwhile, the bacillus subtilis can induce the resistance of a plant system, so that the resistance of a plant body is improved, and the aim of resisting the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms is fulfilled. Trichoderma harzianum mainly utilizes the heavy parasitic action, the antibiotic action and the competitive action to prevent and treat pathogenic bacteria; the bacillus megaterium provides nutrient components for host plants through nitrogen fixation and phosphorus dissolution, and degrades organic phosphorus in soil; the bacillus mucilaginosus can decompose original ecological mineral substances of aluminosilicate such as potassium feldspar, mica and the like, so that insoluble K, P, si and the like in soil are converted into soluble elements for plants to utilize, and medium and trace elements such as soluble calcium, sulfur, magnesium, iron, molybdenum, manganese and the like are released, thereby not only improving the soil fertility, but also effectively improving the utilization rate of a chemical fertilizer. The metarhizium anisopliae can well colonize plant roots and bodies, has a wide pest control range, and has good effects of controlling spider mites, whiteflies, aphids, thrips, grubs, scarab, nematodes and the like. The five functional bacteria can be symbiotically propagated in soil, particularly in the rhizosphere of crops, have complementary action advantages and can be rapidly propagated in the soil to form dominant flora, so that the effects of restoring the soil micro-ecological environment and improving the quality and the yield of the crops are achieved.
The soil remediation microbial inoculum carrier is safe and environment-friendly, effectively solves the comprehensive treatment of reduction, harmlessness and reclamation of agricultural wastes, can effectively avoid soil hardening, and enhances the air permeability and water retention of soil. The preparation method is simple in preparation process, suitable for industrial production and suitable for large-area use in planting of fruits, vegetables, traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the like.
