Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from suffering from kidney-type infectious bronchitis before parturition and having no peak in egg production and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from producing eggs without peaks after suffering from kidney-type infectious bronchitis before parturition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The laying hen has an egg laying peak period after starting for a period of time, and the egg laying peak period is a key period for the profit of the laying hen cultivation. If the laying peak is not reached for a long time after the laying hen is started, even the laying peak period is not reached, the benefit of laying hen cultivation is greatly affected.
Reasons for the fact that laying hens cannot reach an egg laying peak for a long time after opening the egg laying period even do not reach the egg laying peak period include feed reasons, environmental factors, medication problems, disease factors and the like, wherein the disease factors are the most common, and infectious bronchitis of chickens is a frequently occurring disease.
If the laying hen suffers from infectious bronchitis before starting, even if the disease is recovered, the phenomenon of no egg laying peak period often occurs after starting, which causes great economic loss. The infectious bronchitis is clinically manifested by various types, such as respiratory infectious bronchitis, kidney-type infectious bronchitis, adenogastric infectious bronchitis, reproductive infectious bronchitis and the like. Among the many types of nephropathogenic avian infectious bronchitis is one of the most common and primitive types.
In the case of clinically treating kidney-type infectious bronchitis, antibiotics are used for treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine formulas are also used for treatment, but the traditional Chinese medicine formulas are not based on body conditioning, and if the physiological state of the body is not adjusted in advance in the later stage of the disease, the later-stage laying rate is difficult to rise to the peak.
The method for the farms to cope with the peak without egg laying or delay the peak with egg laying adopts the powder with the formula as follows: giant knotweed rhizome, red sage root, dodder seed, chinese angelica, szechuan lovage rhizome, oyster, garden burnet root and desertliving cistanche. The kaleidoscope has a certain effect for treating low laying rate, but is not specially aimed at clinical cases of no egg laying peak caused by kidney-type infectious bronchitis of chickens, and has poor effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the prior art has kidney-shaped infectious bronchitis before starting, even if the disease is recovered, the phenomenon of no egg laying peak occurs after starting, and serious economic loss is caused, and provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing the chicken from producing eggs without peak after the kidney-shaped infectious bronchitis before starting and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted:
the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from producing eggs without peaks after suffering from kidney-type infectious bronchitis before parturition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
150 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 80 parts of motherwort herb, 80 parts of angelica sinensis, 30 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 50 parts of epimedium herb, 40 parts of semen cuscutae, 40 parts of cassia twig, 40 parts of hawthorn, 30 parts of medicated leaven, 30 parts of malt, 30 parts of blackberry lily, 40 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 40 parts of radix isatidis, 40 parts of cortex phellodendri and 30 parts of radix scutellariae.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing the chicken from producing eggs without peaks after suffering from kidney-type infectious bronchitis before beginning production, which comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to the proportion, crushing, soaking in water, decocting and extracting for a plurality of times, combining the extracting solutions, and concentrating to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing the chicken from producing eggs without peaks after suffering from kidney-type infectious bronchitis before beginning to produce.
Preferably, the time of soaking in water is 30min.
Preferably, the water addition amount is 3-5 times of the total mass of each component.
Preferably, the process of decocting and extracting for a plurality of times is as follows: decocting with water for 30min, filtering to obtain first extractive solution and residue, adding water into residue, decocting with water for 30min to obtain second extractive solution, filtering, removing residue, and mixing the first and second extractive solutions.
More preferably, the amount of the re-added water is 3 to 5 times the total mass of each component.
Preferably, the crude drug is concentrated to 1.5g/ml.
The principle of the invention is as follows: the middle veterinarian considers that the kidney is the congenital origin, and the kidney not only has the effect of main water metabolism, but also can main bones and marrow, and has close relation with the growth and development of animals and reproduction. The kidney function of the kidney-shaped infectious bronchitis is damaged and the reproductive system is destroyed, so that the traditional Chinese medicine is added in time for conditioning in the recovery period of the occurrence of the kidney-shaped infectious bronchitis, the influence of the kidney-shaped infectious bronchitis on the reproductive system can be reduced, and the aim of preventing the egg laying without peak after the kidney-shaped infectious bronchitis is achieved. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has good curative effect in the recovery adjustment period after the diseases of the chicken suffering from the kidney-type infectious bronchitis.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from producing eggs without peak after onset of kidney-type infectious bronchitis has the advantages of low cost, easy preparation, no toxic or side effect, obvious curative effect, 100% of effective rate, less ideal effect than other alternatives such as kaleidosis, antibiotics and the like.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from suffering kidney-type infectious bronchitis before parturition and having no peak in egg production comprises, by weight, 150 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 80 parts of motherwort herb, 80 parts of Chinese angelica, 30 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 50 parts of epimedium herb, 40 parts of semen cuscutae, 40 parts of cassia twig, 40 parts of hawthorn, 30 parts of medicated leaven, 30 parts of malt, 30 parts of blackberry lily, 40 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 40 parts of radix isatidis, 40 parts of cortex phellodendri and 30 parts of radix scutellariae.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing the chicken from producing kidney-type infectious bronchitis and producing eggs without peaks comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to the proportion, crushing, adding 3 times of water, soaking for 30min, putting into a traditional Chinese medicine decoction pot, boiling with water for 30min with low fire, filtering, removing residues, adding 3 times of water into the residues, boiling with low fire for 30min after boiling with water, filtering, removing residues, mixing the two decoction liquids, and concentrating to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition containing 1.5g/ml of crude drugs, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition is used for preventing the occurrence of kidney-type infectious bronchitis in chickens before the chickens develop and has no peak in egg laying.
Experiments were carried out on the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared in example 1 on preventing the occurrence of peak in eggs after the onset of kidney-type infectious bronchitis in chickens.
1.1 Experimental methods
The method is characterized in that 6000 large sea-sky-brown groups with the age of 85 days are taken, chickens only have the phenomena of cough, listlessness, remarkably reduced feed intake, messy feathers, improved water intake, remarkably reduced production performance, diarrhea and the like, infectious bronchitis viruses which are typical kidney-type infectious bronchitis diseases are diagnosed by a sectioning and PCR method, the sick chicken groups are randomly divided into three groups (2000 groups) which are respectively an experimental group, an egg-stimulating powder group and a control group, and specific grouping conditions and main quality methods are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 grouping conditions and primary treatment methods
Wherein, the Chinese medicine powder of the kaleidoscope is prepared by the following method: is prepared from rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati 100g, saviae Miltiorrhizae radix 80g, semen Cuscutae 60g, radix Angelicae sinensis 60g, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong 60g, concha Ostreae 60g, radix Sangusorbae 50g, cistanchis herba 60g, flos Caryophylli 20g and radix Paeoniae alba 50g (formula is from Chinese veterinary drug dictionary 2015 edition), by pulverizing, sieving, and mixing.
1.2 determination of efficacy
Standard of efficacy: the standard of curative effect is mainly based on whether the main clinic of the chicken disappears, and the curative effect, the arrival time of the egg laying peak period and the egg laying rate of the peak period are observed after one treatment course, and the specific curative effect is divided into three stages.
And (3) curing: all symptoms of kidney-type infectious bronchitis disappear
Improvement: partial disappearance of symptoms of kidney-type infectious bronchitis
Invalidation: no obvious change
In addition to the above criteria, the therapeutic effect was evaluated from the age of the day of the later peak egg laying period and the highest egg laying rate. The sea orchid brown eggs are generally seen at 130-140 days old, the laying rate at 210 days old reaches more than 80%, and the laying peak at 250 days old, namely the laying rate is more than 90%.
1.3 experimental results
6000 chickens were treated by dividing into three groups and using different schemes, and the treatment effect of each group after one treatment course is shown in table 2.
Table 2 therapeutic effects of various treatment regimens
As can be seen from table 2, the experimental group and the kallikrein group have different therapeutic effects on nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis, wherein the experimental group has better therapeutic effects than the kallikrein group (P < 0.01). The invention has the advantages of not only embodying the cure rate, but also being capable of preventing the serious clinical phenomenon that the egg laid after the nephroinfectious bronchitis has no peak. The presence or absence of the peak laying rate and the delay greatly affect the economic benefit.
Practice proves that the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention is accurate and reasonable in compatibility. The traditional Chinese medicine composition can not only relieve the clinical symptoms of the kidney-type infectious bronchitis, but also give consideration to the invisible loss of no egg laying peak caused by the disease in the later period.
It is apparent that the above embodiments are merely examples for clarity of illustration and are not limiting examples. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications thereof are contemplated as falling within the scope of the present invention.
