Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from suffering kidney-type infectious bronchitis before onset of labor and causing no egg laying peak after chicken suffers from kidney-type infectious bronchitis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from having no peak egg laying after suffering from nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis before laying and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The laying hens have an egg laying peak period for a period of time after the laying hens are started, and the egg laying peak period is a key period for profitability of the laying hens. If the laying peak cannot be reached or even not reached after the laying hens are laid, the benefit of laying hen breeding is greatly influenced.
The reasons that the laying hens cannot reach the laying peak for a long time after the laying hens are started and even do not reach the laying peak comprise feed reasons, environmental factors, medication problems, disease factors and the like, wherein the disease factors are the most common, and the infectious bronchitis of the laying hens is a frequently encountered disease.
If the laying hens suffer from infectious bronchitis before the laying period, even if the disease is recovered, the phenomenon of egg-laying free peak time often occurs after the laying period, and great economic loss is caused. The avian infectious bronchitis is clinically manifested by various types, such as respiratory infectious bronchitis, renal infectious bronchitis, glandular stomach infectious bronchitis, reproductive infectious bronchitis, and the like. Nephrotic avian infectious bronchitis is the more common and most primitive of the many types.
In the case of clinically treating the nephropathogenic avian infectious bronchitis, antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine formulas are used for treating the nephropathogenic avian infectious bronchitis, but the antibiotics and the traditional Chinese medicine formulas are not based on conditioning the organism, and the laying rate hardly rises to a peak in the later period if the physiological state of the organism is not adjusted in advance in the later period of the disease.
The method for the farm to deal with the peak of no egg laying or delay the peak of egg laying adopts the egg activating powder, and the formula of the egg activating powder is as follows: giant knotweed rhizome, red sage root, dodder seed, angelica, szechuan lovage rhizome, oyster shell, garden burnet root and desertliving cistanche. The egg activating powder has a certain effect on treating low laying rate, but is not specially used for the clinical case of the peak of no laying eggs caused by the nephropathogenic avian infectious bronchitis, and has poor effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, when the chicken suffer from the kidney-type infectious bronchitis before the onset of labor, even if the disease recovers, the phenomenon of no egg-laying peak often occurs after the onset of labor, so that the great economic loss is caused, and provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing the chicken from suffering from the kidney-type infectious bronchitis before the onset of labor and having no egg-laying peak after the chicken suffer from the kidney-type infectious bronchitis before the onset of labor and a preparation method thereof.
In order to realize the purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted:
the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from suffering from kidney-type infectious bronchitis before onset of parturition and causing no peak egg laying, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
150 parts of astragalus, 80 parts of motherwort, 80 parts of angelica, 30 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 50 parts of epimedium, 40 parts of semen cuscutae, 40 parts of cassia twig, 40 parts of hawthorn, 30 parts of medicated leaven, 30 parts of malt, 30 parts of blackberry lily, 40 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 40 parts of radix isatidis, 40 parts of golden cypress and 30 parts of scutellaria baicalensis.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from having kidney-type infectious bronchitis before onset of labor and having no peak egg laying, which comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to the proportion, crushing, soaking in water, decocting and extracting for multiple times, combining the extracting solutions, and concentrating to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from having kidney-type infectious bronchitis before laying and having no peak egg laying.
Preferably, the soaking time in water is 30min.
Preferably, the water addition amount is 3-5 times of the total mass of each component.
Preferably, the process of decocting and extracting for multiple times is as follows: decocting in water for 30min, filtering to obtain first extractive solution and residue, adding water to the residue, decocting in water for 30min to obtain second extractive solution, filtering, removing residue, and mixing the first and second extractive solutions.
More preferably, the amount of the further water is 3 to 5 times of the total mass of the components.
Preferably, the concentration is made to 1.5g/ml of crude drug.
The principle of the invention is as follows: the kidney is the congenital foundation, and has the functions of governing water metabolism, bone and marrow generation, and has close relation with the growth, development and reproduction of animals. The nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis causes damage to kidney function and damages reproductive system, so that the influence of the nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis on the reproductive system can be reduced by adding traditional Chinese medicine for conditioning in time in the recovery period of the nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis, and the aim of preventing the nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis from laying no peak is fulfilled. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has good conditioning effect in the recovery and regulation period after the chicken suffers from the disease of the nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing chicken from suffering from kidney-type infectious bronchitis before onset of labor, which is disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of low cost, easiness in preparation, no toxic or side effect and remarkable curative effect, clinical practice proves that the effective rate is 100%, and other alternative schemes such as egg activating powder and antibiotics are not as ideal as the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition.

6000-day-old large herd of cymbidium bicolor is taken, and the phenomenon that the chickens have cough, listlessness, remarkably reduced feed intake, disordered feathers, improved water intake, remarkably reduced production performance, diarrhea and the like is caused, infectious bronchitis viruses are diagnosed by a caesarean section and a PCR method, the infected chicken herd is a typical nephrotic infectious bronchitis, the infected chicken herd is randomly divided into three groups (2000 per group), namely an experimental group, an egg-stimulating group and a control group, and the specific grouping condition and the main quality method are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 grouping of conditions and main treatment methods
Figure BDA0003769033650000051
The egg activating powder traditional Chinese medicine powder is prepared by the following method: pulverizing rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati 100g, saviae Miltiorrhizae radix 80g, semen Cuscutae 60g, radix Angelicae sinensis 60g, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong 60g, concha Ostreae 60g, radix Sangusorbae 50g, cistanchis herba 60g, flos Caryophylli 20g and radix Paeoniae alba 50g (prescription from Chinese animal pharmacopoeia 2015 edition), sieving, and mixing.
1.2 therapeutic efficacy determination
The curative effect standard is as follows: the curative effect standard is mainly based on whether the main clinic of the chicken disappears, the curative effect, the arrival time of the egg laying peak period and the egg laying rate of the peak period are observed after the medicine is taken for one treatment period, and the specific curative effect is divided into three levels.
And (3) curing: the symptoms of nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis disappear completely
Improvement: partial disappearance of symptoms of nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis
And (4) invalidation: without obvious change
In addition to the above criteria, the treatment effect is evaluated from the day age of the later egg laying peak period and the maximum egg laying rate. The Hailanhua generally appears eggs at the age of 130-140 days, the laying rate reaches more than 80% at the age of 210 days, the laying peak reaches at the age of 250 days, namely the laying rate is more than 90%.
1.3 results of the experiment
6000 chickens were treated by three groups using different regimens, and the treatment effect of each group after one treatment course is shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 therapeutic Effect of the various treatment regimens
Figure BDA0003769033650000061
As can be seen from Table 2, the experimental group and the Jieyansan group have different treatment effects on the kidney-type infectious bronchitis, wherein the treatment effect of the experimental group is better and is obviously higher than that of the Jieyansan group (P < 0.01). The invention has the advantages of not only being reflected in the cure rate, but also being capable of preventing the serious clinical phenomenon of egg-laying peak after the nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis. The existence and delay of the peak of laying rate greatly affects the economic benefit.
Practice proves that the traditional Chinese medicine composition is accurate and reasonable in compatibility. The traditional Chinese medicine composition can relieve the clinical symptoms of treating the nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis and also can give consideration to the invisible loss of the peak of no egg laying caused by the disease in the later period.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments are merely examples for clarity of description and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither necessary nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications of the invention may be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
