Description

Skin repair composition
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a skin repair composition.
Background
With the existing work pressure, in addition to factors such as environmental pollution, light radiation, food hormone intake and the like, the factors bring skin problems such as dryness, sensitivity, dryness and the like. The root of these problems is skin damage or skin barrier damage, mainly through the release of large amounts of free radicals, which damage the cells, resulting in accelerated skin damage. Therefore, the antioxidant can effectively resist free radicals, thereby effectively relieving cell damage and improving various skin problems.
However, the skin is divided into: epidermis layer, dermis layer, subcutaneous tissue. These three large levels are subdivided into several finer levels. The skin of different layers plays different roles, and when the skin is damaged, the skin of multiple layers is usually damaged; the existing antioxidant has single function and cannot achieve the effects of completely clearing free radicals and repairing skin.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a skin repair composition, which starts from the principle of skin damage, utilizes sclerotium rolfsii and green tea extract to form a surface free radical scavenger, and is matched with the micromolecular osmosis of glutathione to form a subcutaneous free radical scavenging effect, thereby realizing internal and external oxidation resistance repair and greatly improving the skin repair effect.
In order to realize the technical purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a skin rejuvenation composition comprising: hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, sclerotium rolfsii gum, tetrahydro methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, glutathione, green tea extract and thickening agent.

The sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is a substance naturally existing in the skin, belongs to a derivative of amino acid, has good moisturizing performance, is superior to the traditional moisturizing agents such as glycerin, sorbitol and the like, has an inhibiting effect on the activity of tyrosine oxidase, is matched with the moisturizing agent with extremely high skin adaptability, ensures the absorbability of the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate in the skin, prevents melanin deposition and ensures the skin whitening effect. The sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate effectively improves the absorbability of the skin, reduces the skin irritation, effectively improves the skin sensitivity and realizes the surface layer whitening from the aspect of the absorption of the epidermis by utilizing the characteristics of natural substances in the skin; meanwhile, the skin quality improvement effect of the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol between the dermis and the epidermis realizes the balanced improvement from inside to outside, promotes the skin quality inside and outside the skin while promoting the skin repair, and achieves the effects of whitening and tightening.
The sclerotium rolfsii gum is a natural macromolecular polysaccharide, is also called dextran, has certain thickening property, can form a film-shaped structure, also has strong free radical scavenging capacity, and effectively delays skin aging; sclerotinia sclerotiorum and tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid can form stable protection barrier at skin, and tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid can complex a plurality of water molecules, forms the protection water film on the cell surface, combines the water content promotion between the cell matrix of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, forms stable moisture protection to the cell, and the effect that sclerotiotinia sclerotiorum can combine with the aqueous phase ensures that the protection water film has the effect of free radical scavenging, scavenges the free radical inside and outside the water film fast. Furthermore, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid and the sclerotium rolfsii gum can form a stable barrier, stimulate the activity of cells and promote the cells to be stably repaired, and can promote the absorption of the skin cells on the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate by matching with the adaptability of the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and the skin, so that the inhibition effect is permeated into the epidermis, and the whitening effect is further improved.
Glutathione is a tripeptide compound, is a combination of glutamic acid, cystine and glycine, and can efficiently remove free radicals and peroxides generated by skin metabolism, thereby protecting skin tissues and cells and delaying aging. In the use, glutathione's self small molecule characteristic, the cell matrix water content along with skin repair process rises, enter into in the skin epidermis, to eliminating the inside free radical because of the injury produces of skin, the existence of free radical is eliminated from inside at all, combine the powerful free radical scavenging ability of sclerotium rolfsii gum on the surface, when forming stable surface protection effect, the elimination of skin internal and external free radical, the quick restoration of skin has been promoted, combine the active stimulation effect of sclerotium rolfsii gum self, impel cell activity to promote by a wide margin, delay ageing from inside and outside cell tissue aspect.

the comparative example was petrolatum.
The skin repair compositions of examples 1-3 were compared in clinical trials under the following conditions: 120 volunteers aged 20-45 years were randomly divided into 4 groups of 30 individuals each, who were sensitive skin individuals, had symptoms of redness, itching, burning, stinging or redness at the affected area, were not applied to the test area during the test period with any other skin care product applied once a day, morning and evening, respectively, for four weeks. The room temperature is kept at 25 +/-2 ℃, the relative humidity is 40% +/-3%, and the tested person waits for 30min in the environment and then washes the skin for testing.
The comparative example was petrolatum.
And (3) effect comparison: people with improved skin condition and deteriorated skin condition were counted once a week.
Example 1 Example 2 Example 3 Comparative example
Improve the number of people 29 34 32 6
