S2, a breeder opens a fence door 17 of the fence car 7 and pulls the cattle into the fence car 7, then closes the fence door 17, when the cattle needs to be cleaned, the breeder controls a first electric push rod 18 to start, the first electric push rod 18 drives the fence door 17 to move outwards to open the fence door 17, then the breeder pulls the cattle which are not cleaned onto the fence car 7, then controls the first electric push rod 18 to start, and the electric push rod drives the fence door 17 to move inwards to close the fence door 17, so that the cattle which are not cleaned can eat the feed in the moving trough 20.
S3, conveying cattle into the cleaning area 3 through the rail car 7, brushing cattle by using a brushing mechanism, flushing cattle by using a cattle hoof flushing mechanism, conveying cattle back to the breeding area 2 by using the rail car 7 after cleaning, starting the rail car 11 of the rail car 7 by breeding personnel, moving the rail car 11 along the guide rail 12 and finally moving to a preset position on the bearing car 9, controlling the brushing mechanism and the cattle hoof flushing mechanism by the breeding personnel, starting the brushing mechanism by using the second guide rail 10 to move towards the direction of the rail car 7, driving the brush roller 25 to rotate by using the first driving motor 26, brushing cattle by using the continuously rotating brush roller 25 on the rail car 7, driving the second flushing water pipe 28 to rotate to a position parallel to the first flushing water pipe 27 by using the third electric push rod 29, pumping water in the water tank 31 into the first flushing water pipe 27 and the second flushing water pipe 28 by using the water pump 30, and flushing cattle hoofs in the rail car 7 by using the sprayed high-pressure water.
After the cleaning is finished, the second guide rail 10 drives the brushing mechanism to move towards the direction away from the rail car 7, the water pump 30 is stopped, the third electric push rod 29 drives the second flushing water pipe 28 to rotate outwards for homing, then the rail car 11 moves back along the guide rail 12 for homing, after the rail car 7 moves to the original position, the rail door 17 is opened again by the first electric push rod 18, the breeder pulls the cleaned cattle from the rail car 7, pulls the other head of the cattle which is not cleaned to the rail car 7, and repeats the actions until all cattle are cleaned.
S4, if semen collection work is needed, cattle are conveyed into the semen collection area 33 one by one through the bearing trolley 9 and the rail trolley 7, the cattle are automatically collected by using the cattle automatic semen collection device, after the rail trolley 7 moves to a preset position on the bearing trolley 9, the bearing trolley 9 is started, the bearing trolley 9 conveys the rail trolley 7 and the cattle to a determined position in the semen collection area 33, the second electric push rod 21 is started, the second electric push rod 21 drives the movable trough 20 to rise, the movable trough 20 is lifted to a height which does not interfere with the action of the cattle, meanwhile, the first conveyor 50 is started, the semen collection bottle 48 on the first conveyor 50 moves towards a direction which is close to the drainage pipe 47, after the position of the semen collection bottle 48 is detected by the first positioning element 49, the first conveyor 50 stops, the semen collection bottle 48 is positioned under the drainage pipe 47, and then the inflatable liner 42 is inflated by the air pump 43, so that the inflatable liner 42 is inflated.
After that, semen collection personnel conduct guiding on the cattle in the rail car 7, the tail of the cattle 38 climbs over the upper frame, after the upper frame of the cattle is stable, the penis of the cattle slides out of the foreskin and is closely attached to the horn-shaped guiding tube 41 at the front end of the semen collection tube 39, the cattle is inserted into the semen collection tube 39 through the horn-shaped guiding tube 41, the cattle is stimulated to perform front ejaculation after being fully excited, semen flows into the semen collection bottle 48 through the drainage hose 44 and the drainage tube 47, automatic semen collection work on the cattle is completed, then the first conveyor 50 is started, the semen collection bottle 48 positioned at the conveying tail end of the first conveyor 50 is conveyed to the second conveyor 51, the next semen collection bottle 48 is aligned with the drainage tube 47, and at the same time, the second conveyor 51 is started to convey the semen collection bottle 48, after the second positioning element 60 detects the semen collection bottle 48, the second conveyor 51 is stopped, the fourth electric push rod 59 performs a rapid stretching action, the fourth electric push rod 59 drives the bottle cap baffle 58 to slide outwards, the bottle cap 52 located at the lowest position in the vertical storage barrel 56 falls to the top of the semen collection bottle 48, then drives the bottle cap baffle 58 to move inwards to return to a position to support the remaining bottle caps 52 in the vertical storage barrel 56, so that the bottle caps 52 in the vertical storage barrel 56 are prevented from falling out, and then the second conveyor 51 starts to drive the semen collection bottle 48 to move backwards for a small distance, so that the semen collection bottle 48 passes through the rubber press roller 61, and the bottle caps 52 are fastened to the top of the semen collection bottle 48 by the rubber press roller 61.
S5, pulling cattle in the rail car 7 which finish semen collection to the buffer zone 34, after finishing semen collection, semen collection personnel can pull cattle to enter the buffer zone 34 from the first opening 35, the second electric push rod 21 starts to drive the moving trough 20 to fall to the original position, the bearing trolley 9 moves back to the original position, finally the rail trolley 11 starts to move back to the original position, and breeding personnel can pull the next cattle to enter the rail car 7 to perform semen collection.
In conclusion, the cattle raising house and the raising method thereof provided by the invention realize the zonal raising and cleaning of cattle, avoid the condition of poor sanitation in the raising area 2 caused by sewage and dirt generated by cleaning, realize the automatic semen collection of cattle, improve the safety of the semen collection and ensure the quality of semen.
