Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a piglet pigsty which can clean and cool a pig body conveniently and orderly and enhance the air fluidity in a pigsty workshop by using a fresh air ventilator.

a piglet pigsty is characterized by comprising a plurality of pigsties and an air circulation system, wherein the pigsties are arranged in a factory building;
the pigsty consists of two equally-large pigsties, and the pigsties are communicated through a flushing room;

the washing room comprises a bottom plate, two sides of the bottom plate are respectively erected on two sides of the pigsty base, the left side and the right side of the bottom plate are respectively provided with an outer baffle and an inner baffle, the outer baffle is flush with the baffles on the side surfaces of the pigsty, the inner sides of the outer baffle and the inner baffle are coiled with a washing pipe, the washing pipe enters the washing room from the outer baffle and is respectively fixed on the inner baffle and the outer baffle, the outer side of the outer baffle is provided with a solenoid valve connected with the washing pipe, one side of the solenoid valve is provided with a controller connected with the solenoid valve, the inner side of the outer baffle is provided with a sensor, the washing pipe is provided with a plurality of nozzles, the bottom plate is formed by connecting two inclined square plates and an arc plate, the square plates are respectively connected with two sides of the arc plate, and a water leakage plate is arranged above the bottom plate between the outer baffle and the, a drain pipe is arranged on the inner baffle plate corresponding to the arc-shaped plate, water after being flushed in the flushing room flows into the water storage barrel along the drain pipe, the water storage barrel is arranged on one side of the flushing room, and the drain pipe is connected into the water storage barrel;
when a pig enters the flushing room and passes through the sensor, the sensor transmits an electric signal to the controller, the controller converts the electric signal into a current signal and transmits the current signal to the electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is opened, the flushing pipe discharges water to flush the pig body, and after the flushing time is up, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed to cut off the water in the flushing pipe.

Referring to fig. 2, air circulating system is prior art including setting up fresh air ventilator (101) in the factory building (fresh air ventilator (101)), no longer describe here any more, be provided with fresh air intake pipe (103) on fresh air ventilator (101), fresh air outlet duct (102), foul wind intake pipe (104) and foul wind outlet duct (105), fresh air intake pipe (103) and foul wind outlet duct (105) one end are connected on fresh air ventilator (101), fresh air intake pipe (103) and foul wind outlet duct (105) other end set up in the factory building outside, fresh air outlet duct (102) and foul wind intake pipe (104) set up in the factory building and seted up a plurality of round holes, fresh air ventilator (101) bring outdoor fresh air into the pig house factory building, and discharge foul wind in the pig house factory building.
Referring to fig. 7-12, a rotating door (307) is arranged between the outer baffle (301) and the inner baffle (302) on the front side and the rear side of the washing room (3), the rotating door (307) comprises a rotating shaft (310) and a door plate, two ends of the rotating shaft (310) are respectively fixed on the outer baffle (301) and the inner baffle (302), bolts (308) are arranged on two sides of the door plate, and stoppers (309) matched with the bolts (308) on two sides are arranged on the inner side of the outer baffle (301).
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the pigsty (2) is further provided with a pig catching mechanism, the pig catching mechanism comprises fixed support rods and a pig catching plate (209) which are arranged on a pigsty base (201), the front side and the rear side of the pigsty base (201) are provided with a pair of fixed support rods, the fixed support rods comprise vertical rods (207) arranged on the left side and the right side of the pigsty base (201), the vertical rods (207) on the two sides are provided with transverse rods (208), the transverse rods (208) on the two sides are both provided with sliding mechanisms, each sliding mechanism comprises a pair of V-shaped frames (212), the bottoms of the V-shaped frames (212) are connected through connecting plates (214), the tops of the V-shaped frames (212) are provided with a pair of pulleys (213) close to the surfaces of the transverse rods (208), a connecting rod B (215) is arranged between the connecting plates (214) of the sliding mechanisms on the two sides, the two ends of the connecting, the pig driving plate (209) can move on the cross bar (208) by means of a slideway mechanism.
Referring to fig. 13, an inclined dung guide plate (217) is arranged on the inner side of the base below the dung leakage plate, a dung discharge opening (206) is arranged on the lower side of the dung guide plate (217) along the inclination direction of the dung guide plate (217), and a sewage discharge channel is arranged on the ground of a factory on one side of the dung discharge opening (206).
Referring to fig. 10-15, a water pump is arranged on one side of the water storage barrel (4), a water inlet pipe (501) and a water outlet pipe (502) are arranged on the water pump, one end of the water inlet pipe (501) is connected to the water pump, the other end of the water inlet pipe (501) is arranged at the bottom of the water storage barrel (4), an excrement flushing pipe (218) is arranged on the inner side of one side, away from the excrement discharge port (206), of the piggery base (201), one end of the excrement flushing pipe (218) is arranged on the inner side of the piggery base (201), the other end of the excrement flushing pipe (218) is connected to the water outlet pipe (502) of the water pump, and the excrement guide plate.
Referring to fig. 4, a trough (204) and a water fountain (205) are also arranged in the piggery (2).
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, all seted up a plurality of hourglass excrement holes on hourglass dropping board A (211) and hourglass dropping board B (210), the hourglass excrement hole aperture that leaks dropping board A (211) is less than the hourglass excrement hole aperture that leaks dropping board B (210), the pig has the habit of being close to the guardrail defecation, leak dropping board hourglass excrement and urine of being convenient for greatly of excrement leakage mouth, leak dropping board A (211) is located the pig house intermediate position, leak dropping board A (211) and leak the excrement hole less, prevent the card and hinder the pig foot.
Referring to fig. 1-15, when the piglet in the pigsty needs to be cleaned, firstly, the bolts (308) at two sides of the cleaning room are respectively inserted to death, the revolving doors (307) at two sides can only rotate along the moving direction in the piglet cleaning process, the pig driving plate (209) is pushed, the piglet is driven to respectively drive into the cleaning room (3), the cleaning is sequentially carried out, the piglet in the pigsty (2) at one side enters the pigsty (2) at the other side after being completely cleaned, the revolving doors (307) are fixedly inserted to death to complete the cleaning work, then the collected wastewater is used for cleaning the excrement guide plate (217) by using a water pump, the idle pigsty (2) is thoroughly disinfected and cleaned, and the pigsty is used for washing the piglet for the next time, so that the whole environment of the pigsty is ensured.
