Therefore, a convenient and clean feeding trough for animal husbandry, which can automatically scrape feed residues, automatically spray clear water and automatically knock off the feed residues, is designed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the traditional feeding trough cannot automatically scrape feed residues, cannot automatically spray clear water and cannot automatically knock off the feed residues, the application provides the convenient and clean feeding trough for animal husbandry, which can automatically scrape off the feed residues, automatically spray clear water and automatically knock off the feed residues.
The application is realized in such a way that a feeding trough which is convenient and clean for animal husbandry comprises:
the base is provided with rotating seats on two sides;
the upper parts of the two rotating seats are rotatably connected with a discharging frame;
the first torsion spring is wound on the discharging frame, and two ends of the first torsion spring are respectively connected with the rotating seat on the right side and the discharging frame;
the material scraping mechanism is arranged on the material discharging frame;
the pushing mechanism is arranged on the discharging frame.
More preferably, the scraping mechanism includes:
the upper part of the rotating seat is provided with a mounting plate;
the motor is arranged at the top of the mounting plate;
the motor output shaft is connected with a first rotating shaft which is rotationally connected with the discharging frame;
the upper part of the rotating seat is provided with a first bracket which is rotationally connected with the first rotating shaft;
the second torsion spring is wound on the first rotating shaft, and two ends of the second torsion spring are respectively connected with the first rotating shaft and the first bracket;
the hollow tubes are arranged on the first rotating shaft, and the number of the hollow tubes is six;
the scraping plates are connected among the six hollow pipes in a sliding manner;
six first springs are wound on the scraping plate, and two ends of each first spring are respectively connected with the scraping plate and the hollow tube.
More preferably, the pushing mechanism includes:
the rollers are rotatably arranged on the two sides of the scraping plate;
the two sides of the interior of the discharging frame are respectively provided with three second brackets;
wedge blocks are connected between the three second brackets on the same side, and the wedge blocks are matched with the rollers.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the pulling mechanism includes:
connecting blocks are arranged on two sides of the discharging frame;
the third bracket is connected between the upper parts of the two rotating seats;
the lower part of the third bracket is rotatably provided with a first reel;

the scraping plates are provided with eight fourth brackets;
the top of the hollow pipe is provided with water outlet barrels, and the number of the water outlet barrels is four;
the water storage tanks are arranged at the upper parts of the four water outlet tanks;
screw caps are arranged on the four water storage tanks in a threaded manner;
the upper parts of the four water outlet barrels are respectively provided with two fifth brackets;
the blocking blocks are rotatably connected between the two fifth brackets at the same side and are matched with the water outlet barrel;
the two sides of the upper part of the blocking block are wound with the third torsion spring, and the two ends of the third torsion spring are respectively connected with the fifth bracket and the blocking block;

As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the flapping mechanism includes:
the middle part of the third bracket is rotatably provided with a second rotating shaft;
the transmission assembly is connected between the second rotating shaft and the first wire guide wheel, and the number of the transmission assemblies is two;
and the cams are arranged on two sides of the second rotating shaft.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the collecting mechanism includes:
a sixth bracket is connected between the middle parts of the two rotating seats;
the sixth bracket is provided with a collecting frame;
the slide bars are arranged on two sides of the collecting frame;
the sliding sleeve is arranged on both sliding rods in a sliding manner;
a baffle is connected between the two sliding sleeves;
the middle part of the baffle is provided with a hand pull rod;
and the second springs are wound on the two sliding rods, and two ends of each second spring are respectively connected with the sliding rod and the sliding sleeve.
As a preferable technical scheme of the application, the cam is made of rubber.
The application provides a convenient and clean feeding trough for animal husbandry. The beneficial effects are as follows:
1. according to the application, the scraper is pushed to the outside until the scraper contacts with the discharging frame, the first spring is stretched, so that the scraper scrapes feed residues in the discharging frame in the rotating process, and the effect of scraping the feed residues by the scraper is realized;
2. according to the application, through the influence of the angle of the discharging frame, the feed residues fall onto the ground through the discharging frame, so that a user can conveniently clean the feed residues, and the effect of pulling the discharging frame by the pull rope is realized;

When the feed residues exist in the discharging frame 3, a user starts the motor 52, an output shaft of the motor 52 drives the first rotating shaft 53 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 53 drives the hollow tube 56 to rotate, the hollow tube 56 drives the scraping plate 57 to rotate, the scraping plate 57 drives the first spring 58 to rotate, the second torsion spring 55 is in torsion deformation, in order to scrape the feed residues better, the user pushes the scraping plate 57 outwards until the scraping plate 57 contacts with the discharging frame 3, the first spring 58 is stretched, the scraping plate 57 scrapes the feed residues in the discharging frame 3 in the rotating process, the effect of scraping the feed residues by the scraping plate 57 is achieved, after the feed residues are scraped, the user releases the scraping plate 57, the first spring 58 resets, the scraping plate 57 is driven to move inwards, the user controls the output shaft of the motor 52 to reversely rotate, the second torsion spring 55 resets, the first rotating shaft 53 drives the hollow tube 56, the first spring 58 and the scraping plate 57 to reversely rotate, the motor 52 is closed, and the above actions are stopped.
When the scraper 57 rotates, the scraper 57 drives the roller 61 to rotate, the roller 61 rotates to be in contact with the wedge 63, so that the roller 61 is driven to rotate, the roller 61 drives the scraper 57 to move outwards, the first spring 58 is stretched, the scraper 57 moves outwards to be in contact with the discharging frame 3, the wedge 63 is realized to assist the roller 61 in pushing the scraper 57 to move, after the roller 61 is separated from the wedge 63, the first spring 58 is reset, the scraper 57 is driven to move inwards, the roller 61 stops rotating, and when the scraper 57 stops rotating, the above actions are stopped.
