由于在吹塑成型过程中功能元件3已经布置在吹塑模具4中,基体2以形状配合和防脱落的方式直接成型到功能元件3上。因此,装置1形成易于组装的单元。
图2示出了用于制造装置1的吹塑模具4。吹塑模具4包括第一模具元件5和第二模具元件6,其中在第一模具元件5和第二模具元件6之间在吹塑成型期间由预制件形成基体2。在此,预制件在第一模具元件5和第二模具元件6之间的过渡处受到挤压,导致沿接缝出现多余材料,该多余材料在成型过程后被移除。

第一模具元件5和第二模具元件6在与功能元件3相关联的区域中配备有压断边缘7,压断边缘7在吹塑成型期间以线状并且通过弹性预紧抵靠功能元件3支承。这也在基体2和功能元件3之间的区域中形成了一种接缝,在该接缝处可以特别容易地移除多余材料。多余材料可以在吹塑成型后被切掉或撕掉。优选地,将多余材料撕掉,由此加快制造过程。根据实施例,压断边缘7也可以形成切割边缘,该切割边缘实现基体2与多余材料的明确分离。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于输送介质的装置(1)的制造方法,所述装置包括形成为吹塑成型部分的基体(2)和至少一个功能元件(3),其中提供由聚合物材料组成的预制件和至少一个功能元件(3),并且将预制件和至少一个功能元件(3)布置在吹塑模具(4)中,其中由预制件形成基体(2),其中预制件在成型期间抵靠功能元件(3)支承,其中吹塑模具(4)具有第一模具元件(5)和第二模具元件(6),其中在第一模具元件(5)和第二模具元件(6)之间由预制件形成基体(2),其中第一模具元件(5)和第二模具元件(6)抵靠功能元件(3)支承,使得在吹塑成型期间在功能元件(3)的区域中产生的多余材料能够移除,其中第一模具元件(5)和第二模具元件(6)在吹塑成型期间通过弹性预紧抵靠功能元件(3)支承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,第一模具元件(5)和第二模具元件(6)抵靠彼此并且抵靠功能元件(3)支承,使得所述多余材料能够从基体(2)移除。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,功能元件(3)由聚合物材料形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,第一模具元件(5)和第二模具元件(6)配备有压断边缘(7),压断边缘(7)在吹塑成型期间线状地且通过弹性预紧抵靠功能元件(3)支承。
5.一种用于输送介质的装置(1),其可根据权利要求1所述的方法获得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述装置形成用于温度控制介质的分布结构。
7.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,功能元件(3)形成为连接套管。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连接套管形成软管连接。
9.一种车辆,其包括根据权利要求5所述的装置(1)。
