By adopting the technical scheme, the aloe composition takes aloe whole-leaf dry powder, folium sennae extract and polydextrose as main raw materials, the aloe whole-leaf dry powder is obtained by extracting fresh leaves of aloe vera, and contains active ingredients with various effects on human bodies, such as barbaloin, aloe polysaccharide and the like. The aloin is hydroxy anthraquinone derivative, and when the aloin enters the intestinal tract, under the action of bile, anthraquinone derivatives such as aloe-emodin glycoside and isoaloe-emodin glycoside contained in the aloin derivative release emodin and the like in the intestinal tract, stimulate the large intestine to produce purgation effect, and play a role in loosening the bowel to relieve constipation;
the fructus cannabis extract can stimulate the mucosa of the gastrointestinal tract, and the gastrointestinal tract can secrete a large amount of gastric juice after being stimulated, so that the peristalsis is accelerated, and the effect of reducing the water absorption of the large intestine and then the diarrhea is achieved; the senna leaf is a dianthracene compound comprising sennoside A-sennoside F, the sennoside is absorbed by small intestine and then is converted into rhein anthrone by microorganisms, and the sennoside has beneficial effect on stimulating colon activity, can accelerate intestinal peristalsis, improve digestion, increase fluid secretion, and inhibit absorption of water and electrolyte by large intestine, so that volume and pressure of intestinal contents are increased, and the senna leaf can stimulate push-type contraction movement of colon and is beneficial to discharge of substances in vivo. In addition, the folium sennae also has antibacterial effect on microorganisms such as Escherichia coli, shigella dysenteriae and Proteus.
The aloe whole leaf dry powder, the fructus cannabis extract and the folium sennae extract are matched with each other, the aloe whole leaf dry powder and the folium sennae extract are particularly used as the main materials to play a role in relaxing bowel, and particularly compared with a traditional aloe capsule, the fructus cannabis extract and the folium sennae extract replace partial barbaloin functional components, so that the aloe capsule can play a good role in relaxing bowel, even compared with a single aloe component, the effect of relaxing bowel is better, the adverse effect of overlarge aloe content on a human body is greatly reduced, and the aloe composition can play a better role in relaxing bowel under the condition of containing a lower aloe component.
In addition, the fructus cannabis extract and the senna leaf extract have strong effects and have certain irritation to a human body, so the angelica sinensis extract and the polydextrose are added, the angelica sinensis is mild, and have a certain effect of relaxing bowel, and the polydextrose serving as water-soluble dietary fiber cannot be degraded by intestinal digestive enzymes and can only be partially fermented by intestinal microorganisms to generate short-chain fatty acids to stimulate intestinal peristalsis and increase the water retention of feces, so that the effect of preventing constipation is achieved.
Finally, the aloe composition taking the aloe whole leaf dry powder, the senna leaf extract and the polydextrose as main raw materials can effectively generate a large intestine peristalsis stimulant to play a role in relaxing bowel, in addition, the addition of the angelica sinensis extract can reduce the irritation of the senna leaf extract, the fructus cannabis extract and the aloe whole leaf dry powder to a human body, and the polydextrose as a water-soluble extract can also play a role in reducing the irritation and relieving constipation, can regulate the balance of intestinal flora, promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacterium, inhibit the proliferation of harmful bacteria such as clostridium perfringens, and reduce carcinogens and putrefactive substances generated by bacterial fermentation.
Optionally, the aloe composition contains barbaloin 0.1-0.2g/100g, and total sennoside 0.6-0.8g/100g.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the contents of the effective functional components of the aloe composition, namely the barbaloin and the total sennoside, meet the content requirements, the obtained aloe composition has a better effect of relaxing bowel.
Optionally, the barbaloin in the whole leaf dry powder of aloe is more than or equal to 2500mg/kg.
Optionally, the content of total sennoside in the senna leaf extract is more than or equal to 8%.

Value of T 14.044 8.803 6.619 8.152
P value <0.01 <0.01 <0.01 <0.01
As can be seen from the above table 1, the propulsion rate of the ink for the small intestine of the mouse in the constipation model control group is obviously lower than that of the ink for the negative control group, the first defecation time is obviously prolonged, the total defecation amount in 12 hours and the defecation particle number in 12 hours are obviously reduced, the difference among all indexes is highly significant (P is less than 0.01), and the establishment of the constipation-causing model of the mouse is successful.
(2) The effect of aloe capsules on the rate of propulsion of ink in the small intestine of mice is shown in table 2 below:
table 2:
Figure BDA0003726100990000061
as can be seen from Table 2, the intestinal ink propulsion rate of mice was significantly increased in each dose group compared to the constipation model control group. The mouse intestinal propulsion test is a positive result. The aloe capsule can obviously promote the propulsion rate of the ink in the small intestine.
(3) The effect of aloe capsules on the initial defecation time of mice as well as the total defecation amount and number of defecation granules after 12h is shown in the following table 3:
table 3:
group of First defecation time/min 12h Total defecation volume/g Number of defecation granules/granule for 12h
High dose group 76.1±7.8 1.120±0.142 105.6±16.0
Middle dose group 80.0±10.0 1.090±0.144 97.4±12.1

Model control group 108.9±11.2 0.940±0.050 89.2±8.2
As can be seen from the above Table 3, the first defecation time of each dose group is obviously shortened compared with that of the constipation model group, and the defecation test of the mouse is a positive result.
In conclusion, the aloe capsule prepared in the application can obviously promote the propulsion rate of the small intestine ink and obviously shorten the first defecation time of a constipation-causing mouse, and the two tests are positive results, so that the aloe capsule can be judged to have the effect of relaxing bowel.
In order to consider the influence of the raw materials in the scheme of the application on the effect of relaxing bowel, the defecation test is performed according to the method in the example 2 on the aloe capsules obtained in the above examples and comparative examples, medium doses are selected for the aloe capsules in the other examples and comparative examples, the influence on the first defecation time of the mice after the doses are adopted is considered, and the statistical results are shown in the following table 4.
Table 4:
Figure BDA0003726100990000071
from the above table 4, it can be seen that when the aloe capsule product in the embodiment of the present application is adopted, compared with a constipation model group, the first defecation time of a mouse is obviously shortened, and the effect of relaxing bowel is achieved; referring to the detection results of the example 2 and the comparative example 1, it can be seen that the aloe capsule in the present application has better effect compared to the traditional aloe product with only aloe concentrated powder, polydextrose and aloe whole leaf dry powder, and the content of barbaloin in the aloe capsule prepared in the example of the present application is 0.1-0.2g/100g, and the content of abrotanin is 0.6-0.8g/100g, while the content of barbaloin in the aloe capsule with only aloe concentrated powder, polydextrose and aloe whole leaf dry powder in the comparative example 1 is 20g/100g, and the content of barbaloin in the example of the present application is greatly reduced, so that the influence on human body can be reduced, and the requirement of the current product on barbaloin content can be satisfied.
Referring to the detection results of the example 2 and the comparative examples 2 and 3, it can be seen that when the fructus cannabis extract or the folium sennae extract is not added to the raw materials, the first defecation time is much longer than that of the example 2, and the bowel relaxing effect is reduced; and by combining the detection result in the comparative example 6, when the fructus cannabis extract is replaced by other extracts in an equal amount, the first defecation time is longer, and the result is similar to the result in the comparative example 2, so that when the aloe whole leaf dry powder, the fructus cannabis extract and the folium sennae extract are used as the effective components and added with the three extracts, the bowel relaxing effect is better.
Combining the detection results of example 2, comparative example 4 and comparative example 5, it can be seen that the effect of relaxing bowel is reduced when the angelica extract is not added to the raw materials, and combining the detection result of comparative example 7, it can be seen that the effect is reduced when the same amount of polydextrose is replaced by other water-soluble dietary fibers. Moreover, no obvious diarrhea was observed in the mice during the aloe capsule test in the examples of the present application, while the mice in comparative examples 4-5 had slight diarrhea during the test, and the products in comparative examples 4 and 5 produced some irritation to the mice.
2.2 human feeding trial test
The aloe capsule prepared in example 2 is selected and tested according to a human body eating trial test in a defecation function test method in the technical specification for health food test and evaluation (2003), so that the defecation times of a food trial group are obviously increased and the defecation state integral is obviously reduced before and after eating the food trial, the difference is significant, the defecation times and the defecation state of the food trial group are obviously improved and the difference is significant, and the aloe capsule has a defecation function.
