Abstract
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a mild and fresh feminine care wet wipe and in a second aspect, the present invention provides a method of making a mild and fresh feminine care wet wipe. The female care wet tissue is prepared from non-woven fabrics, plant extracts, moisturizers, antibacterial agents, preservatives, citric acid, sodium citrate, ethanol and deionized water, has excellent sterilization performance, is fresh and not sticky in the use process, and has good use feeling.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to the field of nursing wet tissues, and more particularly relates to a mild and refreshing female nursing wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The private skin of women is tender and sensitive, the private environment is complex, and the stratum corneum of pudendum is thinner, so that the female is easy to cause infection. Urinary tract infection, bacterial, fungal, trichomonas vaginitis and nonspecific vaginitis are common and frequently encountered diseases of women caused by unclean pudendum. Therefore, keeping the pudendum clean is very important to ensure the health of women.
In recent years, along with the development of wet tissue market, some wet tissues which can be used for nursing female private parts begin to appear, but the quality and the action effect of the wet tissues are good and uneven, and some wet tissues for nursing female private parts can only show clean action and cannot play the roles of sterilization and bacteriostasis, and also cannot maintain female private parts when in use. Based on the above, the invention provides a mild and refreshing female care wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a mild and fresh feminine care wet wipe comprising a nonwoven and a care solution; the nursing liquid comprises the following raw materials: plant extract, humectant, antiseptic, citric acid, sodium citrate, ethanol, and deionized water.
Preferably, the plant extract is selected from at least one of aloe extract, tea tree extract, mugwort extract, wild chrysanthemum extract, motherwort extract, rose extract and the like.
Preferably, the plant extract is a compound of aloe extract, mugwort extract, wild chrysanthemum extract, motherwort extract and rose extract.
Preferably, the humectant is selected from at least one of sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, butylene glycol, and 1, 3-propanediol.
Preferably, the antibacterial agent is at least one selected from isothiazolinone and its derivatives, polyhexamethylene guanidine salt, chlorhexidine gluconate, cetylpyridinium chloride, chlorhexidine acetate, chlorhexidine hydrochloride.
Preferably, the preservative is at least one selected from phenoxyethanol, glycerol octanoate, octanoyl hydroxamic acid and butanediol.
Preferably, the preservative is a compound substance of phenoxyethanol and glycerol caprylate.
Preferably, the nursing liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1-5% of plant extract, 1-10% of humectant, 0.05-0.2% of antibacterial agent, 0.005-0.02% of preservative, 0.01-0.03% of citric acid, 0.01-0.03% of sodium citrate, 2-8% of ethanol and deionized water for supplementing the balance.
The invention provides a preparation method of a mild and refreshing female care wet tissue, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) Preparing a nursing liquid: adding deionized water, ethanol and humectant into a preparation container, stirring uniformly, adding plant extract, humectant, antiseptic and antibacterial agent, mixing uniformly, and regulating pH with citric acid and sodium citrate to obtain a care solution;
(2) Preparation of a feminine care wet wipe: immersing the non-woven fabric in the nursing liquid to obtain the female nursing wet tissue.
Preferably, the pH of the care solution in the step (1) is 4.5-6.5.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. in the nursing liquid system prepared by the invention, the combination capability between the nursing liquid and the non-woven fabric is improved through the combined action of a plurality of raw materials.
2. In the nursing liquid system prepared by the invention, the addition of the specific preservative improves the stability of the nursing liquid, and the combined action of a plurality of plant extracts achieves the effect of removing peculiar smell.
3. In the nursing liquid system prepared by the invention, the sterilization effect is further improved under the combined action of the specific preservative and the specific antibacterial agent.
4. The female care wet tissue prepared by the invention is fresh and cool and not sticky in the use process, and has good use feeling.

In a first aspect, the present invention provides a mild and fresh feminine care wet wipe comprising a nonwoven and a care solution; the nursing liquid comprises the following raw materials: plant extract, humectant, antiseptic, citric acid, sodium citrate, ethanol, and deionized water.

the flos Chrysanthemi Indici extract is extract of flos Chrysanthemi Indici (Chrysanthemum indicum L), herba Chrysanthemi Indici (C.borealemak.) and herba Cladoniae Rangiferinae (C.lavandulaefolium (Fisch.) Mak.) of Compositae, and is rich in organic components such as steviol, white chrysanthemum ketone, juniper, vanillyl alcohol, glycosides, epoxyxanthophyll, luteolin, glyceryl behenate, palmitic acid, etc., and has antibacterial, antiviral, heat clearing away, antiinflammatory, antioxidant, and skin aging preventing effects.
The extract of herba Leonuri is extract of aerial parts of herba Leonuri (Leonurusheterophyllus Sweet) belonging to Labiatae, is rich in organic components such as leonurine, rutin, fumaric acid, leonurine, arginine, stigmasterol and sitosterol, has good effects in regulating menoxenia, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, lochiorrhea, puerperal blood stasis and abdominal pain, etc., and has effects of caring skin, resisting aging and preventing aging.

(2) Preparation of a feminine care wet wipe: immersing the non-woven fabric in the nursing liquid to obtain the female nursing wet tissue.
Preferably, the pH of the care solution in the step (1) is 4.5-6.5.
Preferably, the non-woven fabric is all-cotton non-woven fabric purchased from Dongguan city Tuo Yuan composite technology Co., ltd, and the model is TY0246.
In the nursing liquid system prepared by the invention, the glycerol caprylate is added to be intertwined with other raw materials in the nursing liquid, such as plant extracts, through long carbon chains, so that the dispersibility of the plant extracts in the nursing liquid system is improved, and the stability of the nursing liquid system is further improved.
The female care wet tissue prepared by the invention has the advantages that a plurality of specific plant extracts are added into the care solution, active substances contained in the specific plant extracts are fully utilized, the cell activity of private parts is enhanced, the menstruation warming and cold dispelling effects are achieved, pain and uterus warming are achieved, and the health of female pudendum and genital tract is effectively protected.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It is noted herein that the following examples are given solely for the purpose of further illustration and are not to be construed as limitations on the scope of the invention, as will be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing disclosure.
Example 1
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a mild, fresh feminine care wet wipe comprising a nonwoven and a care solution. The nursing liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass, namely 5% of plant extract, 2.5% of humectant, 0.05% of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, 0.02% of preservative, 0.015% of citric acid, 0.01% of sodium citrate, 5% of ethanol and the balance of deionized water.
Wherein the plant extract is a compound of aloe extract, mugwort extract, wild chrysanthemum extract, motherwort extract and rose extract, and the mass ratio of aloe extract, mugwort extract, wild chrysanthemum extract, motherwort extract and rose extract is 3:1.5:2:1:2.

(1) Preparing a nursing liquid: adding deionized water, ethanol and a humectant into a preparation container, uniformly stirring, adding a plant extract, a preservative and polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, uniformly mixing, and then adjusting the pH value by using citric acid and sodium citrate to obtain a care solution with the pH value of 6.0;
(2) Preparation of a feminine care wet wipe: immersing the non-woven fabric in the nursing liquid to obtain the female nursing wet tissue.

Example 2
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a mild, fresh feminine care wet wipe comprising a nonwoven and a care solution. The nursing liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass, namely 2% of plant extract, 3% of humectant, 0.08% of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, 0.02% of preservative, 0.015% of citric acid, 0.01% of sodium citrate, 4% of ethanol and the balance of deionized water.

Example 3
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a mild and refreshing feminine care wet wipe, and in a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a mild and refreshing feminine care wet wipe, the specific embodiments and raw materials used are the same as example 1, except that no plant extract is added.
Example 4
The first aspect of the invention provides a mild and refreshing female care wet tissue, and the second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the mild and refreshing female care wet tissue, and the specific embodiment and the raw materials used are the same as those in the example 1, except that the preservative is phenoxyethanol.
Example 5
The first aspect of the invention provides a mild and refreshing female care wet tissue, and the second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the mild and refreshing female care wet tissue, and specific embodiments and raw materials used are the same as those in example 1, except that the humectant is 1, 3-propanediol.
Performance testing
1. Adsorption performance of the nursing liquid.
Cutting non-woven fabrics into square cloth pieces with the same mass, recording the mass as W0, immersing the cut cloth pieces in the care solution prepared in the embodiment for 1min, taking out, immediately hanging the cloth pieces in a constant temperature box with the temperature of 20 ℃ and the humidity of 75%, placing a glass collector below each cloth piece, collecting the dropped care solution, hanging the cloth pieces for 10min, weighing the cloth pieces, recording the mass as W2, weighing the care solution in the glass collector, and recording the mass as W1. And calculating the adsorption capacity of the nursing liquid.
Adsorption capacity= (W2-W0)/(w1+w2-W0) ×100%.
2. Stability of the care solution.
The care solution was placed in a glass beaker, the beaker was sealed with a gas-permeable sealing film, and placed in an incubator at 54℃with a humidity of 90%, and left for 45 days. After the liquid is taken out, whether the liquid is precipitated or not and layering phenomenon is observed, and whether the liquid is changed in smell is observed.
3. Sterilizing performance.
And (5) performing antibacterial performance test by referring to GB/T15979-2002 standard.

the plant extract is a compound of aloe extract, mugwort extract, wild chrysanthemum extract, motherwort extract and rose extract;
the mass ratio of the aloe extract, the wormwood extract, the wild chrysanthemum extract, the motherwort extract and the rose extract is (2-5): (1-3): 2: (1-2): 2;
the preservative is a compound substance of phenoxyethanol and glycerol caprylate; the mass ratio of the phenoxyethanol to the glycerol caprylate is 0.5: (2-5);
