Abstract
The invention provides a mild and refreshing feminine care wet tissue in a first aspect, and provides a preparation method of the mild and refreshing feminine care wet tissue in a second aspect. The female care wet tissue is prepared from the raw materials of non-woven fabrics, plant extracts, a humectant, an antibacterial agent, a preservative, citric acid, sodium citrate, ethanol and deionized water, has excellent bactericidal performance, is fresh and cool in use, is not sticky, and has good use feeling.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to the field of nursing wet tissues, and more particularly relates to a mild and refreshing female nursing wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin of the female private part is tender and sensitive, the private environment is complex, and the cuticle of the private part is thin, so that the infection is easily caused. Urinary tract infection, bacterial vaginitis, mycotic vaginitis, trichomonas vaginitis and non-specific vaginitis are common diseases and frequently encountered diseases of women caused by unclean pudendum. Therefore, it is very important to keep the pudendum clean to ensure the health of women.
In recent years, with the development of wet tissue markets, some wet tissues which can be used for female private part nursing begin to appear, but the quality and the effect of the wet tissues are different, and some wet tissues for private part nursing can only embody the cleaning effect, cannot play the roles of sterilization and bacteriostasis, and cannot maintain the female private parts when in use. Based on the above, the invention provides a mild and refreshing feminine care wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a mild and refreshing female care wet tissue in a first aspect, which consists of a non-woven fabric and a care solution; the care solution comprises the following raw materials: plant extract, humectant, antibacterial agent, antiseptic, citric acid, sodium citrate, ethanol, and deionized water.
Preferably, the plant extract is at least one selected from aloe vera extract, tea tree extract, wormwood extract, wild chrysanthemum extract, motherwort extract, rose extract, and the like.
Preferably, the plant extract is a compound substance of an aloe extract, an artemisia argyi extract, a wild chrysanthemum extract, a motherwort extract and a rose extract.
Preferably, the humectant is at least one selected from sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, butylene glycol and 1, 3-propylene glycol.
Preferably, the antibacterial agent is at least one selected from isothiazolinone and its derivatives, polyhexamethylene guanidine salt, chlorhexidine gluconate, cetylpyridinium chloride, chlorhexidine acetate, and chlorhexidine hydrochloride.
Preferably, the preservative is at least one selected from phenoxyethanol, glyceryl caprylate, caprylhydroxamic acid and butanediol.
Preferably, the preservative is a compound substance of phenoxyethanol and glyceryl caprylate.
Preferably, the care solution comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1-5% of plant extract, 1-10% of humectant, 0.05-0.2% of antibacterial agent, 0.005-0.02% of preservative, 0.01-0.03% of citric acid, 0.01-0.03% of sodium citrate, 2-8% of ethanol and the balance of deionized water.
The invention provides a preparation method of a mild and refreshing female care wet tissue, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Preparation of a care solution: adding deionized water, ethanol and humectant into a preparation container, stirring, adding plant extract, humectant, antiseptic and antibacterial agent, mixing, and adjusting pH with citric acid and sodium citrate to obtain a solution;
(2) Preparing a female care wet tissue: and immersing the non-woven fabric into the care solution to obtain the female care wet tissue.
Preferably, the pH value of the care solution in the step (1) is 4.5-6.5.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. in the care solution system prepared by the invention, the combination capability between the care solution and the non-woven fabric is improved through the combined action of a plurality of raw materials.
2. In the care solution system prepared by the invention, the stability of the care solution is improved by adding the specific preservative, and the effect of removing peculiar smell is achieved by the combined action of various plant extracts.
3. In the care solution system prepared by the invention, the combined action of the specific preservative and the specific antibacterial agent further improves the sterilization effect.
4. The feminine care wet tissue prepared by the invention is fresh and cool in use process, is not sticky, and has good use feeling.

Preferably, the pH value of the care solution in the step (1) is 4.5-6.5.
Preferably, the non-woven fabric is a cotton non-woven fabric which is purchased from Tuguan, tuyuan Compound science and technology Co., ltd, and the model is TY0246.
In the care solution system prepared by the invention, the glyceryl caprylate is added to be intertwined with other raw materials in the care solution, such as plant extracts, through long carbon chains, so that the dispersibility of the plant extracts in the care solution system is improved, and the stability of the care solution system is further improved.
According to the female care wet tissue prepared by the invention, the plurality of specific plant extracts are added into the care solution, active substances contained in the specific plant extracts are fully utilized, the activity of private cell is enhanced, channel warming, cold dispelling, pain relieving and uterus warming are realized, and the health of female pudendum and genital tract is effectively protected.

The invention provides a mild and refreshing feminine care wet tissue which comprises a non-woven fabric and a care solution. 2. Stability of the care solution.
The nursing liquid is filled into a glass beaker, the glass beaker is sealed by a breathable sealing film, and the glass beaker is placed in a thermostat with the temperature of 54 ℃ and the humidity of 90 percent for 45 days. Claims (10)
1. A mild and refreshing female care wet tissue is characterized in that the care wet tissue consists of non-woven fabrics and a care solution; the care solution comprises the following raw materials: plant extract, humectant, antibacterial agent, antiseptic, citric acid, sodium citrate, ethanol, and deionized water.
2. The feminine care wet wipe as set forth in claim 1, wherein the plant extract is at least one selected from the group consisting of aloe vera extract, tea tree extract, wormwood extract, wild chrysanthemum extract, motherwort extract, rose extract, and the like.
3. The feminine care wet wipe set forth in claim 1 wherein the botanical extract is a combination of aloe vera extract, wormwood extract, wild chrysanthemum extract, motherwort extract, and rose extract.
4. The feminine care wet wipe as set forth in claim 1 wherein the humectant is selected from at least one of sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, butylene glycol, and 1, 3-propylene glycol.
5. The feminine care wet wipe set forth in claim 1 wherein the antimicrobial agent is selected from at least one of isothiazolinone and derivatives thereof, polyhexamethylene guanidine salts, chlorhexidine gluconate, cetylpyridinium chloride, chlorhexidine acetate, chlorhexidine hydrochloride.
6. The feminine care wet wipe of claim 1, wherein the preservative is selected from at least one of phenoxyethanol, glyceryl caprylate, caprylhydroxamic acid, butylene glycol.
7. The feminine care wet wipe of claim 6, wherein the preservative is a combination of phenoxyethanol and glyceryl caprylate.
8. The feminine care wet wipe as set forth in claim 1, wherein the lotion comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1-5% of plant extract, 1-10% of humectant, 0.05-0.2% of antibacterial agent, 0.005-0.02% of preservative, 0.01-0.03% of citric acid, 0.01-0.03% of sodium citrate, 2-8% of ethanol and deionized water for supplementing the rest.
9. A method of making a feminine care wet wipe as set forth in any one of claims 1-8 comprising the steps of:
(1) Preparation of a care solution: adding deionized water, ethanol and humectant into a preparation container, stirring, adding plant extract, humectant, antiseptic and antibacterial agent, mixing, and adjusting pH with citric acid and sodium citrate to obtain a care solution;
(2) Preparing a female care wet tissue: and immersing the non-woven fabric into the care solution to obtain the female care wet tissue.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the pH of the solution in step (1) is 4.5 to 6.5.
