(1) sterilization test
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
preparing experimental bacteria liquid: respectively inoculating staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus agalactiae, streptococcus dysgalactiae and escherichia coli to a nutrient agar culture medium for culturing for 24 hours, then inoculating the staphylococcus aureus to a nutrient broth culture medium, the streptococcus agalactiae and the streptococcus dysgalactiae to a fresh blood agar culture medium, inoculating the escherichia coli to an LB culture medium, and culturing for 18-24 hours at 37 ℃ for later use;
the bacterial liquid is divided into 4 groups, which are respectively as follows: a group of staphylococcus aureus experimental group, B group of streptococcus agalactiae experimental group, C group of streptococcus dysgalactiae experimental group and D group of escherichia coli experimental group; each group of experiments is provided with 6 reaction tubes, and 1mL of corresponding bacterial liquid is added into each tube of each group; after 1-6 test samples are sequentially and respectively added into each group of 6 reaction tubes, 1mL of bacterial liquid of 4 groups of 26 reaction tubes is taken at 5 th, 10 th, 15 th, 20 th, 25 th and 30 th s, 9mL of neutralizing agent is added, shaking is carried out uniformly, after neutralization for 10min, 1mL of the bacterial liquid is taken out, 9mL of corresponding liquid culture medium is added, after shaking is carried out uniformly, the bacterial liquid is placed into a constant temperature box for culturing at 37 ℃ for 24h, the growth condition of bacteria in each tube is observed, and the results are shown in Table 1:

average drop time = total elapsed time/total number of drops after last drop time
And calculating the retention rate of each group of effective components:

Selecting 120 cows with non-difference body conditions as test objects in a certain pasture in Shaanxi, dividing the 120 cows into 6 groups A-F, 20 cows in each group, milking twice a day, after milking each time, sequentially smearing test samples 1-6 medicinal bath liquid on the teats of the 6 groups A-F of cows respectively, measuring the number of somatic cells in the milk sample after milking each time, and stopping the medicinal bath liquid after the experiment lasts for one month; the teat condition of the cows was recorded during the experiment and the somatic cell count and incidence of stealth mastitis were determined in milk samples taken one month and one week off using the bath solution, respectively, and the results are shown in table 5:

from the clinical test results, the nipple medicated bath liquid of the technical scheme has better wetting effect after being tried for one month; the incidence of subclinical mastitis is lower; the number of somatic cells is obviously reduced compared with that of a control group, which shows that the nipple medicinal bath liquid has better effect of repairing mammary tissues. After the medicine is stopped for one week, the nipple of the milk cow is chapped or turned outwards, and the incidence rate of the recessive mastitis is increased in the medicine bath liquid obtained by the prior art, but the nipple of the milk cow has no obvious abnormality after the medicine is stopped for one week, and the incidence rate of the recessive mastitis is still low, which shows that the medicine bath liquid has an obvious effect on improving the self-defense function of the milk cow;
the experimental results show that the compound cow nipple medicated bath liquid is superior to the medicated bath liquid obtained in the prior art in sterilization, anti-dripping, moisturizing and low-temperature resistance, and the clinical experimental results are superior to the prior art in skin care, antibiosis, prevention and treatment of inflammation recurrence and the like.

30 to 50 portions of water
0.2 to 0.5 portion of biguanide bactericide
Emollient 1-10 parts
0.3 to 0.5 portion of thickening agent
30-50 parts of alcohols
0.3 to 0.5 portion of polyethylene glycol
1 to 3 parts of notoginseng extract
1-3 parts of dark plum extract
1-3 parts of clove extracting solution
0.01 to 0.05 portion of pilose antler extract
0.01 to 0.05 portion of pigment
0.1 to 1 portion of nonionic surfactant;
the biguanide bactericide is any one of chlorhexidine acetate, chlorhexidine gluconate and polyhexamethylene biguanide or is formed by mixing any two of the chlorhexidine acetate, the chlorhexidine gluconate and the polyhexamethylene biguanide according to the proportion of 1: 0.1-50;
the skin-moistening agent is any one of hydroxyethyl urea, ceramide, allantoin, provitamin B5 and a tremella extract or is formed by mixing any two of the hydroxyethyl urea, the ceramide, the allantoin, the provitamin B5 and the tremella extract according to the ratio of 1: 0.5-5;
the thickening agent is any one of xanthan gum, curdlan gum, flaxseed gum, locust bean gum, sclerotium gum and gellan gum or is formed by mixing any two of the xanthan gum, the curdlan gum, the sclerotium gum and the gellan gum according to the proportion of 1: 0.1-20;
the alcohol is any one of ethanol, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol or is formed by mixing any two of the ethanol, the ethylene glycol and the propylene glycol according to the proportion of 1: 1-10.

(1) taking water according to the parts by weight, heating to 50-70 ℃, keeping the water temperature unchanged, sequentially adding polyethylene glycol, an emollient and a pigment according to the parts by weight, and heating and stirring until the materials are dissolved to obtain a system A;
