Then, the rear frame 3, the stop lever 4 and the front frame 5 are connected in an extending manner, firstly, as shown in fig. 1, the rear frame 3, the stop lever 4 and the front frame 5 are assembled into a whole, and then, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 10, the rear frame 3 which is used for extension is connected with the other end of the guide rod 6 through the limiting plate 33 in the above manner, so that the rear frame 3 is fixed, and meanwhile, the front frame 5 is inserted between the middle jack 53 in the middle and the tail end of the cross rod 7, so that the extension and the use are facilitated.
The head-to-tail connection of the guide rod 6 is fixed in the above manner, the head-to-tail connection of the cross rod 7 is as shown in fig. 13, 14 and 15, the tail end of the cross rod 7 is clamped with the fixing plate 74 through the mounting groove 73, and then the head section of the other cross rod 7 is clamped with the fixing plate 74 through the first clamping plate 72, so that the clamping position is clamped at the inner side of the middle jack 53, and stability is ensured.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 6, 9, 11, 13 and 18, the rear rack 3 and the front rack 5 are correspondingly connected with the bottom plate 8, the first end 81 of a convex-shaped structure and the second end 82 of a concave-shaped structure are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate 8, when the bottom plate 8 is connected with the rear rack 3 and the front rack 5, the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate 8 are clamped through the first end 81 and the second end 82, and meanwhile, the inner through holes of the bottom plate 8 are correspondingly matched, so that the bottom plate is fixed with the rear rack 3 or the front rack 5 together through the fixing holes 341, the bottom plate is convenient to support, and the stability of the structure is ensured;
after the extension, the first connector 35 at the side of the outermost rear frame 3 is sealed by a cap or sealant, so as to avoid water inlet damage, and the bottom plate 8 is fixed with the bottom surface through the third connecting hole 83 formed in the middle of the bottom plate 8, so that stability is ensured.
When the automobile driver is used, the front wheel is directly pushed into the enclosed space of the guide rod 6, the cross rod 7 and the stop lever 4, then the connector 92 penetrates through the front wheel hub as shown in fig. 10 and 12, the connector 92 and the controllable electromagnet 91 are correspondingly clamped, the controllable electromagnet 91 with corresponding numbers is powered through the internal chip of the controllable electromagnet 91 through code scanning or program control of the mobile phone client, so that the controllable electromagnet 91 and the connector 92 are adsorbed and fixed, the automobile is locked, the spherical camera 22 is matched for use, the safety of the automobile is ensured, or when the automobile is not placed at a specified position, a worker parks the automobile in a standard device through movement, the controllable electromagnet 91 and the connector 92 are adsorbed through the control end, the power-off time of the controllable electromagnet 91 after the unlocking operation of the automobile driver is set, and the automobile driver is reminded;
meanwhile, in a non-motor vehicle locking program, the number of the non-motor vehicle license plate is recorded so as to be convenient for recording, and the non-motor vehicle which is not parked according to the regulations is convenient for carrying out time delay unlocking for a plurality of times, so that educational significance is ensured, and the problem of random parking of the non-motor vehicle is reduced or even avoided.

a second clamping groove (32) is formed in the back of the top end of the rear frame (3), and a first through groove (321) corresponding to the limiting plate (33) is formed in the side surface of the second clamping groove (32) in a communicating mode;
the top end of the guide rod (6) is correspondingly connected between the limiting plate (33) and the gland (332) in a clamping manner, the top end of the guide rod (6) and the first through groove (321) are correspondingly arranged, and the guide rod (6) is attached to the rear frame (3) through an attaching pad (621) arranged at the end part of the guide rod;
a first connector (35) is arranged in the second clamping groove (32) in a clamping way, an extrusion cap (351) is arranged on the inner side of the first connector (35) in a telescopic way, and the extrusion cap (351) and the first through groove (321) are correspondingly arranged;
the front rack (5), the front rack (5) is correspondingly sleeved at the end part of the stop lever (4), a middle jack (53) is formed in the middle of the front rack (5), a second connecting plate (54) is arranged at the bottom end of the front rack (5), the top and the bottom of the front rack (5) are all through-connected and provided with plug holes (51), the side of each plug hole (51) is provided with a second connecting hole (52), and a limit head (75) is arranged in the middle jack (53);
the end part of the stop lever (4) is correspondingly inserted into the insertion holes (51), the end part of the stop lever (4) is provided with first connection holes (41) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the second connection holes (52), and a cross rod (7) is inserted into the middle insertion hole (53);
the bottom plate (8) is correspondingly connected to the inner side of the second connecting plate (54);
the rope (9), the end of the rope (9) is fixedly connected with a connector (92), the rope (9) is magnetically connected inside the controllable electromagnet (91) through the connector (92), and the controllable electromagnet (91) is integrally protruded outside the guide rod (6);
the connector (92) passes through the front wheel hub, so that the connector (92) and the controllable electromagnet (91) are correspondingly clamped, the controllable electromagnet (91) with the corresponding number is powered through the internal chip of the connector through mobile phone client terminal code scanning or program control, the controllable electromagnet (91) and the connector (92) are adsorbed, and accordingly the non-motor vehicle is locked.
