本发明涉及中医药技术领域，具体涉及一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏配方及制作方法，包括对豨莶草、威灵仙、徐长卿、石菖蒲、桃仁、地龙、当归、红花、防风、钩藤、僵蚕、远志、朱砂根、鸡血藤、蓖麻子、川芎、黄芪、胆南星、全蝎、牛膝、细辛、元胡、杜仲、蜈蚣、五加皮、王不留行、牛大力、麻黄、伸筋草和透骨草，进行破碎，得到破碎材料；对破碎材料进行预处理，得到浓缩液；对浓缩液进行处理，得到第一混合液；对冰片、薄荷和助溶剂混合溶解后加入乳化剂，得到溶解液；将增稠剂、第一混合液、溶解液和保湿剂进行加工，得到涂擦护理软膏，本发明对人体温和无刺激，从而解决了涂擦护理材料对人体伤害的问题。

Description

一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏配方及制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中医药技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏配方及制作方法。
背景技术
中医按摩疗法是指由医生或专业技术人员用手推压患者身上的穴位，循经循行，并配合相关部位进行按摩，使机体产生散、散、补的泻下作用，从而达到散寒止痛、健脾和胃、消食化积、疏通经络、舒筋通骨、扶正祛邪的目的。
中医按摩疗法常常需要起润滑和促进治疗功效作用的介质，市面上最常用的有粉剂、水剂、膏剂、精油、酊剂。其中粉剂有滑石粉、松花粉、伸筋丹，这些粉剂的缺点是比较干燥，不利于保持皮肤的水分，且如滑石粉易致癌。而水剂(清水、薄荷水、生姜水、红花水)做介质时，因为容易蒸发干，润滑时间短，且由于是植物的水溶液容易变质，不利于保存。精油做按摩介质，虽然润滑时间足够长，但是进行按摩治疗后剩余在患者皮肤的精油，还要对其的进行擦除清理以避免以避免污染衣物，不利于中医按摩操作者进行操作，经常使用精油做按摩基质，由于精油里含大量芳香类化合物，容易使人内分泌失调。酊剂，一般是药物用规定浓度的乙醇提取或溶解而制成的澄清液体制剂，亦可用流浸膏稀释制成，因为它的溶剂比较容易挥发，以此润滑时间也受限，且酊剂一般颜色比较深，容易给患者皮肤或衣物染上颜色，不利于美观及中医按摩操作者进行操作。因此，膏剂作为按摩介质是有优势的。
但是市面上现在用的膏剂大多数都是凡士林为基质，添加其它一些植物油或药物成分，虽然润滑效果佳，润滑时间也长，但它容易使患者皮肤易长粉刺、痘痘、毛孔粗大、以及某些嗜油微生物可以过量繁殖而导致炎症等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏配方及制作方法，旨在解决现有的涂擦护理材料对人体伤害的问题。
为实现上述目的，第一方面，本发明提供了一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏的制作方法，包括以下步骤
对豨莶草、威灵仙、徐长卿、石菖蒲、桃仁、地龙、当归、红花、防风、钩藤、僵蚕、远志、朱砂根、鸡血藤、蓖麻子、川芎、黄芪、胆南星、全蝎、牛膝、细辛、元胡、杜仲、蜈蚣、五加皮、王不留行、牛大力、麻黄、伸筋草和透骨草，进行破碎，得到破碎材料；
对所述破碎材料进行预处理，得到浓缩液；
对所述浓缩液进行处理，得到第一混合液；
对冰片、薄荷和助溶剂混合溶解后加入乳化剂，得到溶解液；
对增稠剂、所述第一混合液、所述溶解液和保湿剂进行加工，得到涂擦护理软膏。
其中，所述对所述破碎材料进行预处理，得到浓缩液的具体方式为：
对所述破碎材料进行调制，得到调制液；
对所述调制液进行提取，得到提取液；
对所述提取液进行过滤，得到过滤液；
对所述过滤液进行浓缩，得到浓缩液。
其中，所述对所述浓缩液进行处理，得到第一混合液的具体方式为：
将所述浓缩液中加入酒精，进行醇沉，得到醇沉液；
对所述醇沉液进行离心，得到上层清液；
将所述上层清液移动至减压蒸馏设备中进行蒸馏，得到第一混合液。
其中，所述将增稠剂、所述第一混合液、溶解液和保湿剂进行加工，得到涂擦护理软膏的具体方式为:
将所述增稠剂放入所述第一混合液中搅拌，得到搅拌液；
再将所述溶解液和保湿剂加入所述搅拌液中搅拌，得到涂擦护理软膏。
第二方面，本发明提供了一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏配方，
包括中草药、增稠剂、助溶剂、保湿剂和乳化剂；
所述中草药包括豨莶草5-8份、威灵仙8-10份、徐长卿5-6份、石菖蒲5-8份、桃仁6-8份、地龙4-5份、当归5-8份、红花6-8份、防风8-10份、钩藤6-7份、僵蚕3-5份、远志1-2份、朱砂根8-9份、鸡血藤6-8份、蓖麻子7-9份、川芎8-10份、黄芪8-10份、胆南星4-5份、全蝎2-3份、牛膝6-8份、细辛5-8份、冰片3-9份、薄荷脑3-9份、元胡2-9份、杜仲5-7份、蜈蚣2-3份、五加皮5-10份、王不留行5-10份、牛大力1-6份、麻黄1-6份、伸筋草4-9份和透骨草4-9份；
所述增稠剂包括羟乙基纤维素0.5-10份、羟丙甲基纤维素0.5-10份、黄原胶0.5-10份、卡波姆0.5-10份和海藻酸钠0.5-10份；
所述助溶剂包括聚乙二醇100-200份和丙二醇100-200份；
所述保湿剂包括甘油10-200份和丁二醇10-200份。
本发明的一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏配方及制作方法，对豨莶草、威灵仙、徐长卿、石菖蒲、桃仁、地龙、当归、红花、防风、钩藤、僵蚕、远志、朱砂根、鸡血藤、蓖麻子、川芎、黄芪、胆南星、全蝎、牛膝、细辛、元胡、杜仲、蜈蚣、五加皮、王不留行、牛大力、麻黄、伸筋草和透骨草，进行破碎，得到破碎材料；对所述破碎材料进行预处理，得到浓缩液；对所述浓缩液进行处理，得到第一混合液；对冰片、薄荷和助溶剂混合溶解后入乳化剂，得到溶解液；对增稠剂、所述第一混合液、所述溶解液和保湿剂进行加工，得到涂擦护理软膏，本发明提供了一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏。具有以下特点：以水溶性材料为基质，保湿性强、润滑时间较长，对人体温和无刺激，从而解决了解决现有的涂擦护理材料对人体伤害的问题。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例，所述实施例的示例在附图中示出，其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的，旨在用于解释本发明，而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
请参阅图1至图4，第一方面，本发明提供一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏的制作方法，包括以下步骤：
S1对豨莶草、威灵仙、徐长卿、石菖蒲、桃仁、地龙、当归、红花、防风、钩藤、僵蚕、远志、朱砂根、鸡血藤、蓖麻子、川芎、黄芪、胆南星、全蝎、牛膝、细辛、元胡、杜仲、蜈蚣、五加皮、王不留行、牛大力、麻黄、伸筋草和透骨草，进行破碎，得到破碎材料；
S2对所述破碎材料进行预处理，得到浓缩液；
S21对所述破碎材料进行调制，得到调制液；
具体的，将所述破碎材料中加入8-10倍质量的水中，搅拌均匀，用醋酸调节混合液的PH使其为3.8-5之间，加入复合酶(含半纤维素酶、果胶酶、β-葡聚糖酶)质量为中草药质量的5％，保持混合液的温度为50℃-55℃，水解时间不少于8小时，中间每隔半个小时翻搅一次，水解完成后将水解液倒入超声机对水解液进行超声处理，超声功率为240W，超声波频率为40Hz，超声时间为30分钟，得到所述调制液。
S22对所述调制液进行提取，得到提取液；
具体的，将所述调制液放入提取罐，升高水温至100℃，进行水提取2小时左右，得到所述提取液。
S23对所述提取液进行过滤，得到过滤液；
具体的将上诉提取好的所述提取液液置于阴凉干燥处静置至室温后，缓慢过滤，得到所述过滤液。
S24对所述过滤液进行浓缩，得到浓缩液。
具体的，滤液进行浓缩，浓缩至原来中草药液质量的五分之一，得到所述浓缩液。
S3对所述浓缩液进行处理，得到第一混合液；
S31将所述浓缩液中加入酒精，进行醇沉，得到醇沉液；
具体的，往上诉浓缩液中加入95％的酒精，对中草药液进行醇沉，边加酒精边搅拌，转速50r/min，使混合液的酒精度达到65％-68％，将其放置到室温，再将混合液置于10℃的环境中36小时，得到所述醇沉液。
S32对所述醇沉液进行离心，得到上层清液；
具体的，将上述醇沉液进行离心，转速4000r/min，离心时间为10分钟。取上层清液备用，得到所述上层清液。
S33将所述上层清液移动至减压蒸馏设备中进行蒸馏，得到第一混合液
具体的，。
S4对冰片、薄荷和助溶剂混合溶解后加入乳化剂，得到溶解液；
具体的，将冰片3-9份、薄荷脑3-9份进行研碎，然后加入助溶剂(聚乙二醇400、丙二醇)100-200份，搅拌使其溶解，再加入乳化剂(吐温80)1-10份，混匀得到所述溶解液备用。
S5对增稠剂、所述第一混合液、所述溶解液和保湿剂进行加工，得到涂擦护理软膏。
S51将所述增稠剂放入所述第一混合液中搅拌，得到搅拌液；
具体的，将增稠剂(羟乙基纤维素、羟丙甲基纤维素、黄原胶、卡波姆、海藻酸钠)0.5-10份加入上诉回收乙醇后的混合液A，搅拌12小时，使其吸水溶胀，得到所述搅拌液。
S52再将所述溶解液和保湿剂加入所述搅拌液中搅拌，得到涂擦护理软膏。
具体的，边搅拌边加入上诉的溶解液、保湿剂(甘油、丁二醇)10-200份，转速50r/min，搅拌30分钟即得成品涂擦护理软膏。
第二方面，本发明提供了一种用于中医按摩疗法配方，
包括中草药、增稠剂、助溶剂、保湿剂和乳化剂；
所述中草药包括豨莶草5-8份、威灵仙8-10份、徐长卿5-6份、石菖蒲5-8份、桃仁6-8份、地龙4-5份、当归5-8份、红花6-8份、防风8-10份、钩藤6-7份、僵蚕3-5份、远志1-2份、朱砂根8-9份、鸡血藤6-8份、蓖麻子7-9份、川芎8-10份、黄芪8-10份、胆南星4-5份、全蝎2-3份、牛膝6-8份、细辛5-8份、冰片3-9份、薄荷脑3-9份、元胡2-9份、杜仲5-7份、蜈蚣2-3份、五加皮5-10份、王不留行5-10份、牛大力1-6份、麻黄1-6份、伸筋草4-9份和透骨草4-9份；
所述增稠剂包括羟乙基纤维素0.5-10份、羟丙甲基纤维素0.5-10份、黄原胶0.5-10份、卡波姆0.5-10份和海藻酸钠0.5-10份；
所述助溶剂包括聚乙二醇100-200份和丙二醇100-200份；
所述保湿剂包括甘油10-200份和丁二醇10-200份。
所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇400。
有益效果：
寻来年龄20-75岁的跌打损伤疼痛患者46例、中风偏瘫患者30例、颈椎腰椎疼痛患者80例，每种患者随机分成两组，每组分别用实施例1配比和方法制作成涂擦护理软膏结合中医按摩(实验组用)、按摩精油结合中医按摩(对照组用)进行治疗，其余护理条件相同。治疗组和对照组患者的资料比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。

治疗方法：以痛点或病灶处为中心，治疗组每次涂擦上10g涂擦膏，加上30分钟中医按摩，治疗组每次涂擦上10g精油，加上30分钟中医按摩，每天一次，12天一个疗程，中间休息5天，做两个疗程，期间让患者忌生冷辛辣饮食以及局部受凉。
报告如下：
治疗组和对照组治疗后视觉模拟量VAS疼痛量表评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组治疗后VAS疼痛量表评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
1、跌打损伤
治疗组和对照组治疗前后视觉模拟量VAS疼痛量表评分(分，平均值±标准差)
2、中风偏瘫
治疗组和对照组治疗前后肢体灵活度评分(分，平均值±标准差)
0分：重度偏瘫，影响正常工作、生活
1-3分：中度偏瘫，影响工作生活、生活
4-6分：轻度偏瘫，不影响工作生活、生活
7-10分：灵活自如，能完成工作生活中的所有动作
3、腰椎颈椎疼痛
治疗组和对照组治疗前后视觉模拟量VAS疼痛量表评分(分，平均值±标准差)
4、治疗组和对照组疗效比较
治疗组的有效率明显大于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
治疗组和对照组患者的有效率比较(例/％)
结论：涂擦膏结合中医按摩疗法治疗跌打损伤、中风偏瘫、腰椎颈椎疼痛疗效理想。
5、润滑时间测试
寻来年龄20-75岁的120人，随机分成6组，每组20人，分别用涂擦膏、粉剂、水剂、膏剂(油基)、精油、酊剂各10g配合中医按摩使用，使用部位(背部)以及面积(30×40cm)相同，其余护理条件相同。
涂擦膏和其他中医按摩介质润滑时间比较(分，min)
结论：润滑时间：粉剂、精油＞涂擦膏＞膏剂(油基)＞水剂＞酊剂。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏的制备方法，其特征在于，
所述中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏由中草药、增稠剂、助溶剂、保湿剂和乳化剂制成；
所述中草药由如下重量份数的原料组成：豨莶草5-8份、威灵仙8-10份、徐长卿5-6份、石菖蒲5-8份、桃仁6-8份、地龙4-5份、当归5-8份、红花6-8份、防风8-10份、钩藤6-7份、僵蚕3-5份、远志1-2份、朱砂根8-9份、鸡血藤6-8份、蓖麻子7-9份、川芎8-10份、黄芪8-10份、胆南星4-5份、全蝎2-3份、牛膝6-8份、细辛5-8份、冰片3-9份、薄荷脑3-9份、元胡2-9份、杜仲5-7份、蜈蚣2-3份、五加皮5-10份、王不留行5-10份、牛大力1-6份、麻黄1-6份、伸筋草4-9份和透骨草4-9份；
所述增稠剂包括羟乙基纤维素0.5-10份、羟丙甲基纤维素0.5-10份、黄原胶0.5-10份、卡波姆0.5-10份和海藻酸钠0.5-10份；
所述助溶剂包括聚乙二醇100-200份和丙二醇100-200份；
所述保湿剂包括甘油10-200份和丁二醇10-200份；
所述中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏按以下步骤进行制备：
对除冰片、薄荷以外的中草药进行破碎，得到破碎材料；
对所述破碎材料进行预处理，得到浓缩液；
对所述浓缩液进行处理，得到第一混合液；
对冰片、薄荷和助溶剂混合溶解后加入乳化剂，得到溶解液；
对增稠剂、所述第一混合液、所述溶解液和保湿剂进行加工，得到涂擦护理软膏。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏的制备方法，其特征在于，对所述破碎材料进行预处理，得到浓缩液的具体方式为：
将所述破碎材料加入8-10倍质量的水中，搅拌均匀，用醋酸调节混合液的PH使其为3.8-5之间，加入复合酶(含半纤维素酶、果胶酶、β-葡聚糖酶)质量为中草药质量的5％，保持混合液的温度为50℃-55℃，水解时间不少于8小时，中间每隔半个小时翻搅一次，水解完成后将水解液倒入超声机对水解液进行超声处理，超声功率为240W，超声波频率为40Hz，超声时间为30分钟，得到所述调制液；
将所述调制液放入提取罐，升高水温至100℃，进行水提取2小时左右，得到所述提取液；
将上述提取液置于阴凉干燥处静置至室温后，缓慢过滤，得到所述过滤液；
滤液进行浓缩，浓缩至原来中草药液质量的五分之一，得到所述浓缩液。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏的制备方法，其特征在于，对所述浓缩液进行处理，得到第一混合液的具体方式为：
往浓缩液中加入95％的酒精，对中草药液进行醇沉，边加酒精边搅拌，转速50r/min，使混合液的酒精度达到65％-68％，将其放置到室温，再将混合液置于10℃的环境中36小时，得到所述醇沉液；
将上述醇沉液进行离心，转速4000r/min，离心时间为10分钟，得到所述上层清液；
将所述上层清液移动至减压蒸馏设备中进行蒸馏，得到第一混合液。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种用于中医按摩疗法的涂擦护理软膏的制备方法，其特征在于，将增稠剂、所述第一混合液、所述溶解液和保湿剂进行加工，得到涂擦护理软膏的具体方式为:
将所述增稠剂放入所述第一混合液中搅拌，得到搅拌液；
再将所述溶解液和保湿剂加入所述搅拌液中搅拌，得到涂擦护理软膏。
