Abstract

本发明公开了一种降低漂白段纸浆中金属含量和灰分含量的方法,对未漂硫酸盐浆进行漂白,氧脱木素段和过氧化氢漂白段以非硅稳定剂替换硅酸盐,以三聚氰胺、亚胺丁二酸中的一种或两种替换镁盐或镁盐络合物,来减少硅和金属(尤其是镁)离子的带入。利用该技术生产的漂白硫酸盐浆,含预水解硫酸盐法溶解浆,无有毒物质残留,符合行业标准。本发明能够进一步降低普通漂白硫酸盐浆中灰分和金属(尤其是镁)离子的含量,提升漂白硫酸盐浆的质量,为生产莱赛尔级和醋纤级溶解浆创造更有利的条件。

一种降低漂白段纸浆中金属含量和灰分含量的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及制浆造纸技术领域,特别涉及一种降低漂白段纸浆中金属含量和灰分含量的方法。
背景技术
纸浆制备过程中,漂白是进一步提升浆料纯度和白度的过程,目的主要有3个:①提高白度,②调节聚合度,③去除灰分。因而漂白成为纸浆生产中非常重要的工序。随着漂白技术的发展,无元素氯(ECF)漂白和全无氯(TCF)漂白已成为造纸工业漂白技术的发展趋势,其中氧脱木素和过氧化氢漂白是其重要的组成部分,二者均具有漂浆白度高、稳定性好、不易返黄、得率高和污染负荷低等优点,但是漂白过程中均需要加入硅酸盐、镁盐或镁盐络合物,在氧脱木素段,加入硅酸盐和镁盐或镁盐络合物以减少碳水化合物的降解,在过氧化氢漂白段,加入硅酸盐和镁盐或镁盐络合物以减少过氧化氢的无效分解。但是硅酸盐和镁盐或镁盐络合物的加入给漂后纸浆带入了硅和镁杂质,影响成品浆质量,此外硅酸盐会在漂白设备和碱回收设备中产生坚硬的硅垢沉积物,致使设备清洗困难。普通用的螯合剂都是EDTA和DTPA的钠盐,但是由于它们具有较低的可生物降解性以及很难从漂白废液中被去除,需要开发或寻找其替代品。
综上,引进一种环境友好型的稳定剂,满足高品质的漂白硫酸盐浆,特别是溶解浆,低金属含量和灰分含量的要求具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明提供了一种降低漂白段纸浆中金属含量和灰分含量的方法,拟解决现有氧脱木素和过氧化氢漂白过程中存在的不足之处。本发明的技术方案如下:
氧脱木素段和过氧化氢漂白段以非硅稳定剂替换硅酸盐,以三聚氰胺、亚胺丁二酸中的一种或两种替换镁盐或镁盐络合物,来减少金属(尤其是镁)离子和硅的带入。
所述的氧脱木素条件为通入氧气至氧压为0.4~0.8MPa,浆浓5~20wt%;相对绝干浆质量,NaOH用量为0.5~4.0wt%,三聚氰胺、亚胺丁二酸用量为0.3~1.0wt%,非硅稳定剂用量为0~6wt%,在80~120℃下搅拌漂白20~100min。
所述的过氧化氢漂白条件为通入氧气至氧压为0~0.4MPa,浆浓为5~20wt%;相对绝干浆质量,H2O2用量为0.1~3.0wt%,NaOH用量为0.4~1.5wt%,非硅稳定剂用量为0~6wt%,三聚氰胺、亚胺丁二酸用量为0.1~1.0wt%,温度为70~100℃,时间为60~150min。
所述的非硅稳定剂包括但不限于柠檬酸及柠檬酸盐、有机磷酸盐类。
所述的非硅稳定剂和镁盐替代物应用于硫酸盐浆。
本发明的技术特点及优良效果如下:
对于硫酸盐浆,特别是溶解浆,在纸浆漂白效果达标的前提下,不管是氧脱木素还是过氧化氢漂白,以非硅稳定剂替换硅酸盐,以三聚氰胺、亚胺丁二酸中的一种或两种替换镁盐或镁盐络合物,来减少金属(尤其是镁)离子和硅的带入,能显著降低成品浆金属(尤其是镁)离子和硅的含量,并且与常用的螯合剂EDTA和DTPA相比,本发明选用的几种药品均具有生物降解性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,但不限于此,药品用量均是相对于绝干浆质量,未漂浆特性粘度为900±50mL/g。

某未漂桉木硫酸盐浆采用ECF(OD0[EOP]D1P)工艺漂白,条件如下表所示:

由3个实施例的结果可知,本发明制备的漂白硫酸盐浆品质较高,可直接应用或稍加处理,如提纯α纤维素,应用于更高等级的产品,如醋酸纤维用浆粕、莱赛尔纤维用浆粕等。

Claims (5)

1.一种降低漂白段纸浆中金属含量和灰分含量的方法,其特征在于,氧脱木素段和过氧化氢漂白段以非硅稳定剂替换硅酸盐,以三聚氰胺、亚胺丁二酸中的一种或两种替换镁盐或镁盐络合物,来减少硅和金属(尤其是镁)离子的带入。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降低漂白段纸浆中金属含量和灰分含量的方法,其特征在于,氧脱木素条件为通入氧气至氧压为0.4~0.8MPa,浆浓5~20wt%;相对绝干浆质量,NaOH用量为0.5~4.0wt%,三聚氰胺或亚胺丁二酸用量为0.3~1.0wt%,非硅稳定剂用量为0~6wt%,在80~120℃下搅拌漂白20~100min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降低漂白段纸浆中金属含量和灰分含量的方法,其特征在于,过氧化氢漂白条件为通入氧气至氧压为0~0.4MPa,浆浓为5~20wt%;相对绝干浆质量,H2O2用量为0.1~3.0wt%,NaOH用量为0.4~1.5wt%,非硅稳定剂用量为0~6wt%,三聚氰胺或亚胺丁二酸用量为0.1~1.0wt%,温度为70~100℃,时间为60~150min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种降低漂白段纸浆中金属含量和灰分含量的方法,其特征在于,非硅稳定剂包括但不限于柠檬酸及柠檬酸盐、有机磷酸盐类。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种降低漂白段纸浆中金属含量和灰分含量的方法,其特征在于,非硅稳定剂和镁盐替代物应用于硫酸盐浆。
