Description

Amino acid cleansing soap flake and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, in particular to an amino acid cleansing soap piece and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Facial skin, particularly in the "T" region, is prone to oil and acne if not cleaned cleanly. Therefore, the cleansing product has become an indispensable daily product. The common cleansing products in the market are generally water-shaped, milky and pasty, and solid products such as cleansing soaps, but the volumes of the products are generally large, so that the cleansing products are inconvenient for short-distance use; alternatively, they are not quantitatively designed, and the amount used per use is not well known. Therefore, the development of the face cleaning product which is small in size, convenient to carry out and capable of quantitatively designing has good market prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide an amino acid cleansing soap piece which is mild, has no stimulation and is convenient to carry.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the basic acid cleansing soap piece, which is simple to operate.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
an amino acid cleansing soap piece comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 18-50% of water, 10-13% of cocoyl sodium glutamate, 10-13% of cocoyl sodium isethionate, 5-7% of lauroyl amphoacetate, 1-2% of cocoyl glucoside, 5-8% of corn starch, 5-8% of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-7% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 7-14% of humectant, 3-8% of emollient, 0.2-2% of skin conditioner and 0.1-1% of preservative.
The invention provides a facial cleanser, which is different from traditional products such as facial cleanser, facial cleanser gel and the like, is a solid sheet-shaped product, is easy to carry, and is particularly suitable for business trip and travel carrying. The invention adopts 4 surfactants for matching, has moderate cleaning, mild skin-friendly and rich foaming, and can provide excellent experience. Wherein, the disodium cocoyl glutamate belongs to an amino acid surfactant, has good decontamination and foam increasing capabilities, and is mild and has good compatibility with skin. The sodium cocoyl isethionate has good detergency, rich foam and mild property, and can be used for giving soft and smooth bacillus to skin after washing. Sodium lauroyl amphoacetate and cocoyl glucoside are both mild surface activities, and can be matched with other surface activities of the invention, so that the irritation of the whole surface activity combination can be further reduced. Meanwhile, the polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone have a film forming function, and the formed film can be matched with corn starch to form a corn starch-polymer film, so that the corn starch-polymer film can well absorb and take away grease, dirt and other viscera on the skin when the face is cleaned, and the cleaning capability is improved. Corn starch plays a certain friction role, and can massage skin and remove cutin slightly. The moisturizing agent can prevent skin dryness, improve skin moisture content, nourish skin by using the moisturizing agent, and condition skin by using the skin conditioning agent, so that the skin can be kept natural, healthy and active better.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the humectant is one or any combination of glycerin, mannitol, D-panthenol, ethylhexyl glycerin and saccharide isomers.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the emollient is one or any combination of iso Wang Suanyi Wang Zhi, PEG-7 glycerol cocoate and glycerol oleate.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the skin conditioning agent is lactobionic acid and/or honey extract. The lactobionic acid has the functions of antioxidation and exfoliating, can reduce the cohesion between keratinocytes, accelerates the shedding of aged keratinocytes, and makes the skin smooth and fine. Lactobionic acid also stimulates proliferation and rearrangement of hyaluronic acid, mucopolysaccharide, collagen and spandex, and increases the water content of skin, and makes the skin compact and elastic. The honey extract is nutritious, and has antibacterial, antiinflammatory, tissue regeneration promoting, pigment relieving, wrinkle eliminating, antiaging, and skin revitalizing effects.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the preservative is phenoxyethanol.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the amino acid cleansing bar comprises the following components in weight percent: 18-50% of water, 10-13% of cocoyl sodium glutamate, 10-13% of cocoyl sodium isethionate, 5-7% of lauroyl amphoacetate, 1-2% of cocoyl glucoside, 5-8% of corn starch, 5-8% of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-7% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 5-7% of glycerol, 1-3% of mannitol, 1-2% of D-panthenol, 0.1-1% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.1-1% of saccharide isomer, wang Suanyi Wang Zhi-3% of iso-Wang Suanyi Wang Zhi, 1-3% of PEG-7 glycerol cocoate, 1-2% of glycerol oleate, 0.1-1% of lactobionic acid, 0.1-1% of honey extract and 0.5-1% of preservative.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the amino acid cleansing bar comprises the following components in weight percent: 30.7% of water, 11% of sodium cocoyl glutamate, 12% of sodium cocoyl isethionate, 6% of sodium lauroyl amphoacetate, 1.5% of cocoyl glucoside, 7% of corn starch, 7% of polyvinyl alcohol, 6% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 6% of glycerin, 2% of mannitol, 1.5% of D-panthenol, 0.8% of ethylhexyl glycerin, 0.8% of saccharide isomer, wang Suanyi Wang Zhi% of iso, 2% of PEG-7 glycerin cocoate, 1.5% of glycerin oleate, 0.8% of lactobionic acid, 0.7% of honey extract and 0.7% of preservative.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shape and size of the amino acid cleansing bar may be flexibly designed according to market demands, and may be configured as a rectangle, a circle, a semicircle, a heart, a star, a triangle, etc.
The second purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of an amino acid cleansing soap piece comprises the following steps:
1) Heating water to 80-90 ℃, sequentially and slowly adding polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone, and continuously stirring until the transparent glue is completely dissolved to obtain a solution I;

As can be seen from the records in Table 2, the amino acid chips provided in the examples of the present invention were evaluated more than the comparative examples in each of the various criteria. The surfactant of comparative example 1 became changed, mainly affecting the cleanliness and foamability of the product; comparative example 2 omits corn starch, and the degree of cleanliness and angle-removal drop is greatest. The omitted polyvinylpyrrolidone of comparative example 3 had a somewhat reduced cleanliness and angle of attack. Comparative example 4 omits lactobionic acid, and the cleanliness and the angle of removal are reduced to a certain extent, and the moisture retention and the smoothness are reduced to the greatest extent. Meanwhile, the scores of the components of comparative examples 1 to 4 are more or less lower than those of the examples, which shows that a certain synergistic effect exists between the components of the invention.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention as claimed.
