Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of organic fertilizer production, in particular to an organic fertilizer based on livestock and poultry manure and a processing method thereof.
Background
Common processes for producing organic fertilizer from livestock and poultry manure comprise: the organic fertilizer produced by processing raw materials such as livestock manure straws and the like is organic matter long-acting fertilizer, the fertilizer effect time is long, the soil can be improved, vegetables and grains grown by the organic fertilizer belong to pollution-free food, the organic fertilizer is a project vigorously popularized by the nation, and is health food expected by people at present, for a large cultivation area, a large amount of pig manure, chicken manure and cattle manure are produced in a farm every day, and are randomly stacked and discharged to pollute the air and the foul smell, so that river water pollution is caused, surface water pollution is caused, the environmental standard of scale operation does not reach the standard, an environmental protection department needs to strictly check and regulate the source of a large amount of manure, the source of the raw materials of the livestock production line is ensured, the organic fertilizer processing can be ensured, the enterprise benefit is increased, and the organic fertilizer is produced by the livestock manure, the organic fertilizer can also solve the problem of local environmental protection, comprehensively utilizes the waste, produces organic fertilizer by taking the livestock and poultry manure as raw materials, not only can meet the requirement of local fertilizer, but also can provide the requirement of meeting peripheral market, and is widely applied to various fields such as farmlands, fruit trees, flowers, landscaping, high-grade lawns, soil improvement and the like, thereby having good effect.
At present, biological organic fertilizers are generally obtained by composting fermentation treatment, wherein the composting is a process of degrading organic matters and generating fertilizers suitable for land utilization under the action of microorganisms under the conditions of certain moisture, C/N ratio and the like, and the currently used fertilizers in agricultural production mainly comprise two types: one is inorganic fertilizer, also called chemical fertilizer such as urea, phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer, the other is organic fertilizer such as soil and miscellaneous fertilizer, livestock and poultry manure, the practice proves that the two fertilizers have respective advantages and respective disadvantages in use: inorganic fertilizers are convenient to use, quick in fertilizer effect and easy to control, and have good short-term effect, but long-term use of the inorganic fertilizers not only increases soil acidity, reduces organic matters, hardens soil and reduces soil fertility, and consequently, the dependence of people on the inorganic fertilizers is stronger, so that vicious circle is formed, the soil quality is reduced to a surprising degree from the national scope at present, but also the content of nitrate and nitrite of vegetable crops greatly exceeds the standard of 432mg/kg of daily allowable intake (AOI) specified by the world health organization and the food and agriculture organization (WHO/FAO1973) of the United nations by applying the inorganic fertilizers, so that the management and control of chemical fertilizers are emphasized and strengthened in the present countries, the existing organic fertilizers have various types, such as cow dung compost, pig dung compost, chicken dung compost and the like, and the existing organic fertilizer manufacturing method cannot accurately control the proportion of the mixed inorganic fertilizers according to the types of the organic fertilizers, so that the content of the inorganic fertilizer in the produced organic fertilizer exceeds the standard, the quality and the use effect of the organic fertilizer prepared from the livestock and poultry manure are influenced, the waste of a large amount of inorganic fertilizer is also caused, and the production cost is greatly increased, thereby providing the organic fertilizer based on the livestock and poultry manure and the processing method thereof.
