The auxiliary materials in the step C can be pharmaceutically acceptable pharmaceutical auxiliary materials selected from any one or more of starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose, aspartame, dextrin, lactose, powdered sugar, glucose, sodium chloride, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium stearate, micro powder silica gel, vitamin C, cysteine, citric acid and sodium sulfite.
Animal test
About 20kg of adult goats infected with digestive tract worms (nematodes and fasciola) are selected, and the goats are divided into 8 groups, 10 goats are fed in each group in a limiting column, the basic daily ration is the same, and the feeding management level is consistent. Groups 1-6 are granules of examples 1-6, warm water is uniformly mixed in daily ration to enable goats to self-eat on an empty stomach, and the goats are used for 3 days continuously once a day; the daily ration of the blank group is not added with any insect repellent; the control group ration was added with the chemical anthelmintic sodium chlorocyaniodate and the amounts were as described by the merchant.
Before the start of the experiment, fresh manure was collected from 8 groups of 80 goats in different houses, the eggs of the parasites in the digestive tract were checked, the eggs were counted by Liao Dangjin method, and the eggs per gram of manure (EPG) were checked for each goat. The number of Eggs (EPG) of each goat was checked in the same manner 30 days after the test administration, and all goats were weighed before the test and 30 days after the administration. During the test, whether the animal feces are excreted or not is observed, and the drink, appetite and clinical symptoms of each goat after administration are recorded.
TABLE 1 variation of number of ova in goat feces after administration
Note that: the egg negative conversion rate=the number of sheep with egg negative conversion/(the number of sheep with egg negative conversion+the number of sheep without egg negative conversion) ×; worm egg reduction rate = (pre-dosing EPG average-post-dosing EPG average)/pre-dosing EPG average x%.
Table 2 weight change of goats 1 month after taking the medicine
As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, the insect repellent, i.e., the sodium chlorocyanioxazin, has good effect of expelling sheep parasites, but the drug effect is short in maintenance time, and the feeding condition of goats after administration is poor, and weight gain is slow; after the compound preparation is adopted by the group B, the insect repellent effect is slightly lower than that of the western medicine, namely the chlorocyanioxazin sodium, but the pesticide effect is long in maintenance time, the toxic and side effects are small, the feeding capacity of the goats after administration is obviously increased, and the compound preparation has the advantages of strengthening the spleen, invigorating the stomach and increasing weight, is a broad-spectrum efficient low-toxicity insect repellent, can be used for curing goats suffering from parasitic diseases, and can play a role in preventing after being taken 1-2 times per month at ordinary times.
The foregoing examples merely illustrate specific embodiments of the invention, which are described in greater detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
