本发明涉及一种助混剂和氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂,属于农药制剂领域。所述助混剂包括醇醚羧酸盐与烷基糖苷,所述助混剂在氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂与液态肥混配时作为抗絮凝剂和/或抗沉淀剂使用。制备氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂时或者与液态肥混配前,加入该助混剂,可以提高氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂与液态肥的混配稳定性,解决氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂与氨基酸水溶肥、微量元素水溶肥混合使用时易出现絮凝、分层沉淀的问题,保证了药肥混配的稳定性,提高了药肥对病害的防治效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药制剂领域,具体涉及一种助混剂和氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂。
背景技术
氯吲哚酰肼是京博农化与南开大学合作,在四氢咔啉酰肼类化合物基础上开发的一种新化合物。经过药效试验验证,发现该化合物具有十分优良的抗病毒特性,对马铃薯疫病、番茄黄化曲叶病毒病、烟草花叶病毒等病毒的防治效果要优于市场上销售的氨基寡糖素、宁南霉素、盐酸吗啉胍的防治效果;根据目前的实验结果,氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂对植物病毒病的防治效果优于可湿性粉剂等其它制剂。
植物病毒病指由植物病毒引起的瓜果蔬菜病害,号称“植物癌症”。近几年,随着全国设施果树、蔬菜、瓜果面积增加和传毒昆虫猖獗,病毒病呈大发生的趋势,几乎所有果树蔬菜都有病毒病,严重危害瓜果蔬菜生产,重者绝产。病毒病防治关键是以防为主,综合防治,在防治过程中,需增强植物的抵抗力,在防治过程中为了提高药物作用效果,减少病害的抗性产生,经常需要多种药剂混合使用。所以在病毒防治的过程中除了加入病毒防治药剂,还要混配液态肥等;通过实验室发现,氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂搭配氨基酸水溶肥、微量元素水溶肥混合使用时,会出现絮凝、分层沉淀现象,导致药效降低。
发明内容
针对氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂与氨基酸水溶肥、微量元素水溶肥混合使用,易出现絮凝、分层沉淀的技术问题,发明人通过大量的试验寻找合适的助混剂,使氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂与氨基酸水溶肥和微量元素水溶肥混配使用时保持稳定。本发明提供了一种助混剂和氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂。
第一方面,本发明提供一种助混剂,所述助混剂用于在氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂与液态肥混配时作为抗絮凝剂和/或抗沉淀剂,所述助混剂包括醇醚羧酸盐与烷基糖苷。
作为一种具体实施方式,所述醇醚羧酸盐与烷基糖苷的重量比为1:1.5~5。
作为一种具体实施方式,所述醇醚羧酸盐为AEC-9Na,所述烷基糖苷为APG0810。
作为一种具体实施方式,所述液态肥包括氨基酸水溶肥和/或微量元素水溶肥。
该助混剂可以单独配制,然后与不含助混剂的常规氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂混匀后使用,也可以在制备氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂的过程中直接掺入。
另一方面,本发明提供了一种氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂,所述氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂包含有效成分和助剂;所述有效成分为氯吲哚酰肼,所述助剂包括分散剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和助混剂,各成分的重量份数如下:
所述助混剂包括醇醚羧酸盐与烷基糖苷。
作为一种具体实施方式,所述分散剂至少包括高分子双亲型阴非离子表面活性剂SP-SC29、聚羧酸盐类分散剂SP-27001、羧酸共聚物Atlox 4913中的一种。
作为一种具体实施方式,所述润湿剂至少包括低泡润湿剂GY-W07、非离子嵌段聚醚共聚物Atlox G-5000中的一种。
作为一种具体实施方式,所述消泡剂为三聚硅氧烷类消泡剂SAG 1572,所述防冻剂至少包括丙三醇、乙二醇中的一种,所述增稠剂包括黄原胶和硅酸镁铝。
所述氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将水、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、助混剂按配比加入反应釜中,搅拌使其混匀;
(2)按配比将氯吲哚酰肼原药、增稠剂加入反应釜中,搅拌、剪切使其混合均匀,得到混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的混合液加入砂磨机中进行研磨,至粒径D90=5μm,研磨完成即得氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂。
作为一种具体实施方式,所述步骤(3)研磨过程中温度控制在30℃以下。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、助混剂中包括醇醚羧酸盐和烷基糖苷,且醇醚羧酸盐和烷基糖苷的重量比为1:1.5~5,在氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂中加入该助混剂,避免了氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂与氨基酸水溶肥和微量元素水溶肥混配使用时絮凝、分层沉淀现象的发生,药肥混配的稳定性显著提高。
2、本发明中氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂的制备方法,为环保水基化制剂加工方法,有利于保护农业生态环境。

下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的氨基酸水溶肥为施好美,来自京博农化科技有限公司;微量元素水溶肥为倍润锌,来自京博农化科技有限公司;所用的试剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠AEC-9Na和烷基糖苷APG0810来自江苏万淇生物科技有限公司,高分子双亲型阴非离子表面活性剂SP-SC29和聚羧酸盐分散剂SP-27001来自江苏擎宇化工科技有限公司,羧酸共聚物Atlox 4913和非离子嵌段聚醚共聚物Atlox G-5000来自禾大化学品(上海)有限公司,低泡润湿剂GY-W07来自北京广源益农有限责任公司;其他原料、试剂,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
一、悬浮剂制备实施例
实施例1一种氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂由以下组分组成:
10份氯吲哚酰肼原药,3份SP-SC29,2份Atlox 4913,1份Atlox G-5000,0.2份SAG1572,5份乙二醇,5份助混剂,0.15份黄原胶,1份硅酸镁铝,水补足100份;
其中,助混剂由AEC-9Na和APG0810按1:2复配而成。
对比例1一种氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂由以下组分组成:
10份氯吲哚酰肼原药,3份SP-SC29,2份Atlox 4913,1份Atlox G-5000,0.2份SAG1572,5份乙二醇,5份助混剂,0.15份黄原胶,1份硅酸镁铝,水补足100份;
其中,助混剂由AEC-9Na和环糊精按1:2复配而成。
对比例1与实施例1相比,助混剂由AEC-9Na和环糊精按1:2复配而成,其它同实施例1。
对比例2一种氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂由以下组分组成:
10份氯吲哚酰肼原药,3份SP-SC29,2份Atlox 4913,1份Atlox G-5000,0.2份SAG1572,5份乙二醇,5份助混剂,0.15份黄原胶,1份硅酸镁铝,水补足100份;
其中,助混剂由AEC-9Na和APG0810按1:0.5复配而成。
对比例2与实施例1相比,助混剂由AEC-9Na和APG0810按1:0.5复配而成,其它同实施例1。
对比例3一种氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂由以下组分组成:
10份氯吲哚酰肼原药,3份SP-SC29,2份Atlox 4913,1份Atlox G-5000,0.2份SAG1572,5份乙二醇,5份助混剂,0.15份黄原胶,1份硅酸镁铝,水补足100份;
其中,助混剂由环糊精和APG0810按1:2复配而成。
对比例3与实施例1相比,助混剂由环糊精和APG0810按1:2复配而成,其它同实施例1。
对比例4一种氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂由以下组分组成:
10份氯吲哚酰肼原药,3份SP-SC29,2份Atlox 4913,1份Atlox G-5000,0.2份SAG1572,5份乙二醇,0.15份黄原胶,1份硅酸镁铝,水补足100份;
对比例4与实施例1相比,不含助混剂,其它同实施例1。
实施例2一种氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂由以下组分组成:
10份氯吲哚酰肼原药,3份SP-SC29,2份Atlox 4913,1份Atlox G-5000,0.2份SAG1572,5份乙二醇,5份助混剂,0.15份黄原胶,1份硅酸镁铝,水补足100份;
其中,助混剂由AEC-9Na和APG0810按2:3复配而成。
实施例3一种氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂由以下组分组成:
10份氯吲哚酰肼原药,3份SP-SC29,2份Atlox 4913,1份Atlox G-5000,0.2份SAG1572,5份乙二醇,5份助混剂,0.15份黄原胶,1份硅酸镁铝,水补足100份;
其中,助混剂由AEC-9Na和APG0810按2:5复配而成。
实施例4一种氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂由以下组分组成:
15份氯吲哚酰肼原药,5份SP-27001,2份Atlox 4913,1.5份GY-W07,0.2份SAG1572,4份丙三醇,8份助混剂,0.1份黄原胶,1.2份硅酸镁铝,水补足100份;
其中,助混剂由AEC-9Na和APG0810按1:2复配而成。
实施例5一种氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂由以下组分组成:
5份氯吲哚酰肼原药,2份SP-SC29,1份SP-27001,1份GY-W07,0.5份Atlox G-5000,0.2份SAG 1572,6份乙二醇,3份助混剂,0.2份黄原胶,1份硅酸镁铝,水补足100份;
其中,助混剂由AEC-9Na和APG0810按1:2复配而成。
上述氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂通过下述步骤方法制备得到:(1)先将水、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、助混剂按配比加入反应釜中,搅拌使其混匀;(2)按配比再加入氯吲哚酰肼原药、增稠剂,搅拌、剪切使其混合均匀,得到混合液;(3)将步骤(2)得到的混合液加入砂磨机中进行研磨,至粒径D90=5μm,研磨过程中温度控制在30℃以下,研磨完成即得氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂。
二、药肥混配性能测试
本发明按照以下方法进行氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂与施好美氨基酸水溶肥料、倍润锌水溶肥料混配性能测试,从而说明本发明的有益效果。
首先将一定用量氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂稀释于一定量的342mg/L标准硬水中,搅拌均匀;然后加入一定量施好美氨基酸水溶肥料,搅拌均匀;最后加入一定量倍润锌水溶肥料,混合均匀。将混合均匀的药肥加入到250ml尖底具塞量筒中,将尖底具塞量筒置于(30±2)℃恒温水浴中,静止30min、120min时观察溶液外观,记录溶液有无絮凝、分层沉淀现象。实施例1、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3、对比例4与施好美、倍润锌混配后静置120min后的状态如图1所示;
测定结果及分析:

表1和图1表明,实施例1-5与氨基酸水溶肥料、微量元素水溶肥料混配使用时,静置120min无絮凝、分层现象,保证了药肥混配的稳定性;对比例1-4与氨基酸水溶肥料、微量元素水溶肥料混配使用时,静置30min均出现絮凝,静置120min,对比例1-4出现絮凝、沉淀,药肥混配的稳定性较差。
三、药效验证试验
试验对象:感染TMV病毒的粉王101番茄
试验材料:实施例1-3、对比例1-3、施好美、倍润锌、水
试验设计:将正常生长的番茄用摩擦法接种TMV病毒,确定感染后移入试验温室备用。成功接种病毒10天后,使用多种药肥混配剂进行茎叶喷雾,每间隔7天喷雾一次,共喷雾3次。具体实验方案如下表2。

试验结果处理:
1.番茄病毒病害程度分级,分级标准如下:
1级:小于等于1/10叶片表现为病毒病症状;
2级:大于1/10小于等于1/5叶片表现为病毒病症状;
3级:大于1/5小于等于3/10叶片表现为病毒病症状;
4级:大于3/10小于等于2/5叶片表现为病毒病症状;
5级:大于2/5小于等于1/2叶片表现为病毒病症状;
6级:大于1/2小于等于3/5叶片表现为病毒病症状;
7级:大于3/5小于等于7/10叶片表现为病毒病症状;
8级:大于7/10小于等于4/5叶片表现为病毒病症状;
9级;大于4/5叶片表现为病毒病症状。
2.防治效果
相关计算公式如下:
病情指数(%)=[∑(各级病叶数×相对级数值)]/(调查总数×9)×100;
相对防效(%)=(空白对照组病情指数-实验组病情指数)/空白对照组病情指数×100
不同处理方案对番茄病毒病的防治效果如下表3。

通过以上不同处理方案对番茄病毒病防治效果来看,实施例1-3与施好美和倍润锌的混用防治效果最好;单剂实施例的防治效果稍低;对比例1-3与施好美和倍润锌的混用,由于出现絮凝、分层或沉淀,防治效果大大降低。
尽管通过参考附图并结合优选实施例的方式对本发明进行了详细描述,但本发明并不限于此。在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的前提下,本领域普通技术人员可以对本发明的实施例进行各种等效的修改或替换,而这些修改或替换都应在本发明的涵盖范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种助混剂,其特征在于,所述助混剂用于在氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂与液态肥混配时作为抗絮凝剂和/或抗沉淀剂,所述助混剂包括醇醚羧酸盐与烷基糖苷。
2.如权利要求1所述的助混剂,其特征在于,所述醇醚羧酸盐与烷基糖苷的重量比为1:1.5~5。
3.如权利要求1所述的助混剂,其特征在于,所述醇醚羧酸盐为AEC-9Na,所述烷基糖苷为APG0810。
4.如权利要求1所述的助混剂,其特征在于,所述液态肥包括氨基酸水溶肥和/或微量元素水溶肥。
6.如权利要求5所述的氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述醇醚羧酸盐与烷基糖苷的重量之比为1:1.5~5。
7.如权利要求5所述的氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂至少包括高分子双亲型阴非离子表面活性剂SP-SC29、聚羧酸盐类分散剂SP-27001、羧酸共聚物Atlox 4913中的一种。
8.如权利要求5所述的氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂至少包括低泡润湿剂GY-W07、非离子嵌段聚醚共聚物Atlox G-5000中的一种。
9.如权利要求5所述的氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将水、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、助混剂按配比加入反应釜中,搅拌使其混匀;
(2)按配比将氯吲哚酰肼原药、增稠剂加入反应釜中,搅拌、剪切使其混合均匀,得到混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的混合液加入砂磨机中进行研磨,至粒径D90=5μm,研磨完成即得氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂。
10.如权利要求9所述的氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的研磨过程中温度控制在30℃以下。
