具体实施方式

如图5(a)和图5(b)所示,废料收集组件90可以包括脱离组件92、传送部94和收集托盘96,它们共同工作以在将复合带段86传递到将复合带段86施加到工作台底座16的压实组件38之前,从衬纸50上移除废料部分88。复合带段86和废料部分88沿着包括第二重新定向辊44和废料脱离重新定向辊46在内的带路径。第二重新定向辊46可以是固定安装在框架上的被动辊,用于在复合带向压实组件行进时改变带路径的方向。当复合带36向压实组件38行进时,废料脱离重新定向辊46也可以被动地改变带路径的方向。然而,废料脱离重新定向辊44可以与第二脱离辊98一起包括在脱离组件38中,第二脱离辊98可以在被定位于废料收集模式的同时选择性地改变复合带行进的方向或带路径的形状。脱离组件92包括废料脱离重新定向辊46、第二脱离辊98、枢轴100和活塞102或类似的机械致动器或机电致动器(使脱离组件92在带铺设模式和废料收集模式之间选择性地运动)。在一些实施方式中,废料脱离重新定向辊46可以绕枢轴100的枢轴旋转轴线旋转或枢转。脱离组件92可以包括辊架104,辊架104承载输送废料脱离重新定向辊46和第二脱离辊98。枢轴100可以将脱离分离组件92旋转地连接到带层压头14的框架32。活塞102(例如液控滑枕或线性马达)可以伸出或缩回,从而使脱离组件92绕枢轴100运动。在其他实施方式中,可以使用不同的机械致动器。第二脱离辊98与废料脱离重新定向辊46相对定位,使得第二脱离辊98可以与衬纸50接触,废料脱离重新定向辊46可以与复合带36接触。
在带铺设模式中,脱离组件92可以被定位为在复合带36传递到压实组件38时,带路径受到第二重新定向辊44和废料脱离重新定向辊46的影响。在带铺设模式或定位中的脱离组件92的定位如图5a所示。当切割复合带段86并生成废料部分88作为切割的一部分时,可将脱离组件92运动到废料收集模式或定位,其中脱离组件92改变复合带36的带路径或方向,使其朝向将废料部分88转移到收集托盘96的传送部94。图5b示出了废料收集模式下脱离组件92的定位。在本实施例中,脱离组件92绕枢轴100旋转,使第二脱离辊98与复合带36的衬纸50接合,并改变带路径或方向,使传送部94可以接收废料部分88。一旦传送部94接收到废料部分88,脱离组件92就会移回带铺设模式定位,复合带段86可以行进到压实组件38。
传送部94可以接收废料部分88并将其转移到收集托盘96。传送部94可以包括两个相对的传送带106、108,它们反向旋转以将废料部分88从衬纸50中拉出,并将其传送到收集托盘96。传送带106、108的一端与第二重新定向辊44相邻定位,使得废料部分88在第二重新定向辊44和废料脱离重新定向辊46之间通过。当第一传送带106和第二传送带108相互接合时,第一传送带106可以逆时针方向旋转,第二传送带108可以顺时针方向旋转。第一传送带106和第二传送带108的共同运动可以使废料部分88从第二重新定向辊44沿着废料路径110运动到传送带106、108的另一端,其中收集托盘96接收废料部分88。第一传送带106和第二传送带108可以由类似橡胶的材料制成,该材料是柔性的,但也具有足够的摩擦系数,将废料部分88从衬纸50上拉下,并在废料部分88转移到收集托盘96时将其固定在传送带106、108之间。收集托盘96可以是尺寸能够接受特定长度和数量的废料部分88的容器。收集托盘96也可以从带层压头14上拆下,以便可以处理废料部分88。在另一个实施方式中,收集托盘96可以被替换为废料卷轴112,废料卷轴112从传送部94接收废料部分88,并将废料部分卷绕在废料卷轴112上,如图7所示。废料卷轴112可以被配置为在废料部分88离开传送部94时处理较长的废料部分88。废料部分88可以在废料卷起介质(例如运输带)上的废料卷轴112上卷起。

Claims (15)
1.一种用于带层压头的废料收集组件,所述带层压头施加多个复合带段,所述废料收集组件包括:
脱离组件,包括:
废料脱离重新定向辊,被配置为与一个或多个复合带段和一个或多个废料部分接合;
第二脱离辊,被配置为与一个或多个复合带段和一个或多个废料部分接合;
枢轴,将所述脱离组件连接到所述带层压头,其中所述第二脱离辊选择性地绕所述枢轴运动以改变所述复合带的运动方向;以及
传送部,从所述第二脱离辊接收所述一个或多个废料部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废料收集组件,还包括收集托盘,该收集托盘被配置为从所述传送部接收所述一个或多个废料部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的废料收集组件,其中所述收集托盘被配置为能够从所述废料收集组件上拆下。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废料收集组件,还包括废料卷轴,该废料卷轴从所述传送部接收所述一个或多个废料部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的废料收集组件,还包括收集托盘,该收集托盘被配置为从所述传送部接收所述一个或多个废料部分。
6.根据权利要求1所述的废料收集组件,还包括活塞,该活塞与所述带层压头的框架和所述废料收集组件附接,所述活塞使所述脱离组件绕所述枢轴旋转。
7.根据权利要求1所述的废料收集组件,其中所述第二脱离辊与复合带的衬纸接触。
8.根据权利要求1所述的废料收集组件,其中所述废料脱离重新定向辊绕所述枢轴的枢轴旋转轴线旋转。
9.一种用于施加多个复合带段的带层压头,包括:
框架,承载复合带供应盘和多个重新定向辊;
脱离组件,包括:
废料脱离重新定向辊,被配置为与一个或多个复合带段和一个或多个废料部分接合;
第二脱离辊,被配置为与一个或多个复合带段和一个或多个废料部分接合;
枢轴,将所述脱离组件连接到所述带层压头,其中所述第二脱离辊选择性地绕所述枢轴运动以改变所述复合带的运动方向;以及
传送部,从所述第二脱离辊接收所述一个或多个废料部分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的带层压头,还包括收集托盘,该收集托盘被配置为从所述传送部接收所述一个或多个废料部分。
11.根据权利要求10所述的带层压头,其中所述收集托盘被配置为能够从所述废料收集组件上拆下。
12.根据权利要求9所述的带层压头,还包括废料卷轴,该废料卷轴从所述传送部接收所述一个或多个废料部分。
13.根据权利要求9所述的带层压头,还包括收集托盘,该收集托盘被配置为从所述传送部接收所述一个或多个废料部分。
14.根据权利要求9所述的带层压头,还包括活塞,该活塞与所述带层压头的框架和所述废料收集组件附接,所述活塞使所述脱离组件绕所述枢轴旋转。
15.根据权利要求9所述的带层压头,其中所述废料脱离重新定向辊绕所述枢轴的枢轴旋转轴线旋转。
