(2) the invention obviously increases the using area coefficient of the one-stair two-family high-rise residence, greatly improves the practicability and the economy of the one-stair two-family residence in the high-rise residence building and improves the competitiveness of the one-stair two-family residence in market application;
(3) the planar shape of each space in the traffic core is a spacious and square rectangular plane, a spacious and bright rectangular garden allowing the elevator to enter the house or a rectangular garden allowing the elevator to enter the house independently is also arranged, the elevator directly enters the house, the comfort and the home feeling of the elevator are obviously enhanced, and the quality of the house and the sensitivity of the elevator are greatly improved;

the shared front chamber 1 is arranged between the left and right adjacent house type main bodies 2, the shared front chamber 1 is communicated with the house type inlets 21 of the two house type main bodies 2, a pipeline well 3 is arranged on the wall body of the shared front chamber 1, and the shared front chamber 1 is provided with landscape corners for viewing, resting and communicating;
the evacuation staircase room 4 is positioned between the two house type main bodies 2, a first evacuation door 41 which is communicated with the shared front room 1 is arranged on the wall body of the evacuation staircase room 4, and a lighting and ventilation channel 5 which is used for receiving outdoor natural light and air by the shared front room 1 is arranged between the side wall body of the evacuation staircase room 4 and at least one side of the adjacent house type main body 2;

the wall bodies of the two house type main bodies 2 close to one side of the evacuation staircase 4 extend to the front end positions close to the two side walls of the elevator car 6, and a house type entrance 21 is arranged between the two house type main bodies and the two side walls of the elevator car 6;
an entrance door 22 is arranged on the house type entrance 21;
the stairs in the evacuation staircase 4 are dual-running stairs.
The shared front chamber 1 comprises a rectangular plane evacuation walkway 11 and a rectangular shared front chamber small ear 12, the rectangular shared front chamber small ear 12 is one of landscape corners, and the rectangular plane evacuation walkway 11 is close to one side of the elevator car 6; the rectangular shared front chamber small ear 12 comprises a front chamber left small ear and a front chamber right small ear, the front chamber left small ear and the front chamber right small ear are respectively limited by two connecting walls, walls on the left side and the right side of an evacuation staircase 4 and two walls of a house type main body 2 forming a house type entrance 21 and are communicated with a rectangular plane evacuation walkway 11, and an elevator door 61 is arranged on the wall of the elevator car 6 facing the rectangular plane evacuation walkway 11;
the pipe shaft 3 and the first evacuation door 41 are both arranged on one side wall of the evacuation stairwell 4 close to the rectangular planar evacuation walkway 11.
Referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present invention, different from the first embodiment, is that a first evacuation door 41 is opened on at least one side wall of an evacuation stairwell 4 forming a left lower ear of a front room and a right lower ear of the front room; the pipe well 3 is arranged on the wall of the house type main body 2 forming the left small ear and the right small ear of the front chamber.
Referring to fig. 3, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the shaft 3 and the first evacuation door 41 are both disposed on the side of the evacuation stairwell 4 close to the shared front room 1, the connecting wall is a sloped wall, and the sloped wall is obliquely arranged from the evacuation stairwell 4 to the main house type body 2;

In the first to fourth embodiments, the evacuation staircases 4 are vertically arranged, and the front walls thereof are arranged to protrude from the front walls of the house-type bodies 2 on both sides, so that the distance between the left and right sides of the shared front room can be reduced, and the shared front room is compact and small in area.
Referring to fig. 5, in the fifth embodiment of the present invention, a lighting and ventilation channel 5 is provided between each of the left and right walls of the evacuation stairwell 4 and the walls of the two house-type main bodies 2, and a connecting wall is provided on the connecting wall, which is close to one side of the shared front room 1 and is provided with walls connecting the left and right walls of the evacuation stairwell 4 and the adjacent house-type main bodies 2, and a first lighting and ventilation window 51 is provided on the connecting wall; the shared front room 1 comprises a rectangular plane evacuation walkway 11 and two rectangular home-entry gardens 15, the rectangular home-entry gardens 15 are three in the shape of landscape corners, the rectangular plane evacuation walkway 11 is arranged between the evacuation stairway 4 and the elevator car 6 correspondingly, and the two rectangular home-entry gardens 15 are respectively arranged between the house-type entrances 21 of the two house-type main bodies 2 and the wall bodies on the two sides of the elevator car 6 and are communicated with the rectangular plane evacuation walkway 11;

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a sixth and seventh embodiments of the present invention are different from the fifth embodiment in that the piping shaft 3 is installed on the wall of the rectangular planar evacuation walkway 11 corresponding to the main dwelling unit 2. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the pipe shaft 3 is disposed on a wall of one of the main dwelling units 2 corresponding to the rectangular planar evacuation walkway 11; referring to fig. 7, the two house-type bodies 2 are provided with piping shafts 3 on the walls of the rectangular planar evacuation walkways 11.

In the fifth to eighth embodiments, the evacuation staircases 4 are all arranged horizontally, so that the distance between the left and right sides of the shared front room can be increased, and the arrangement of the garden entering the house is facilitated; this embodiment of the staircase is suitable for residential buildings over 54 meters.

the traffic nucleus has the advantages that one point of four sides of the traffic nucleus is used by the shared front chamber, all spaces in the traffic nucleus are effectively organized in the form of the shared front chamber, and the functions of traffic evacuation, visual landscape and life feeling are compounded by fully utilizing a relatively spacious and bright rectangular plane space, so that the traffic nucleus has the beneficial effects of being clearer in concept, simpler in structure form and more pleasant and good in plane shape;
the elevator is a popular way to enter the house, and is combined with a spacious and bright garden to enter the house, so that the privacy, the living convenience, the comfortable feeling and the home sense of the house are obviously enhanced, and the beneficial effect of greatly improving the quality of the house and the feeling of the resident is achieved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following differences:
1) compared with CN201420791796.2, the difference is obvious in the core tube of the quasi-one-ladder two-family type high-rise residential unit and the prior art of the connected structure of the corridor; in the prior art, two relatively independent traffic cores are connected together by a corridor which is independent from a building main body, and each traffic core respectively serves a two-family house type in use, but is greatly different from a common one-ladder two-family traffic core, so that the house type is defined as 'quasi one-ladder two-family'; although the corridor and the main body of the house are separated, the influence on the middle two-family house type still exists, and the using effect of the corridor and the main body of the house is different from that of the common one-ladder two-family house type in daily life. The invention relates to a traffic core, which is an improvement on the common one-step two-family traffic core technology.
2) Compared with the prior art of CN201510344644.7, the recessed collective residential building in one elevator and multiple households is obviously different in that:
(1) in order to reduce the shared area of the house type, the prior art and the invention adopt different technical routes; the invention aims at the technical improvement of a one-step two-family traffic core, and improves the plane shape and the organization form in the traffic core, namely the overall layout in the traffic core. There is a need for improvements in the technical route which is conceptually clearer, of simpler organization and of more pleasant and useful planar shape; therefore, it is obvious that the present invention faces more difficulty by distinguishing the technical routes for solving the problems;
(2) the invention uses a shared front chamber arranged in the center of the traffic core to organize a front evacuation staircase and a rear elevator, organize lighting and ventilating channels on the left side and the right side and a garden for entering into the home, and is a traffic core organization form with one point and four sides, the concept is clearer and the form is simpler; in the prior art, a plurality of walkways and ante-chambers are arranged to form a traffic core; therefore, the difference is that the planar organization form of the traffic core is different;
(3) the planar shape of each space in the traffic core is a relatively spacious and square rectangular plane, so that conditions are created for the multi-function composition and more comfortable and more sensitive living space of each space in the traffic core, and the planar shape is more pleasant and useful; in the prior art, most of the pavement spaces are long strips or bent walkways meeting traffic evacuation conditions; the difference lies in that the planar shapes of all spaces in the traffic core are different;
(4) the lighting and ventilation channel adopted by the invention is a narrow slot with the width of about 1 meter, only meets the lighting and ventilation requirements, occupies a small area of a house, has small influence on the width of an effective room in the house, and realizes the separation of the lighting and ventilation function and the traffic connection function in a traffic core; in the prior art, the connection function of 'a middle notch walkway which is certainly arranged deep into a public inner walkway of a building and serves as horizontal traffic' ensures that the surface width of a middle notch is larger, the influence on the effective room width in a house is larger, the middle notch walkway mainly has the horizontal connection function, and the lighting and ventilation functions are assisted; therefore, the groove is used in the invention, and the mouth is used in the prior art, and the difference is that the shape, the purpose and the function are different;
(5) the invention sets a spacious and bright rectangular plane between the shared front room, the elevator and the house type entrance, which is used as the garden of the entrance house, the elevator directly enters the house, so that the householder enters the spacious and bright garden after returning home, the comfort and the home feeling are obviously enhanced, and the sensitivity of the householder is greatly improved; therefore, the garden sharing the front room landscape angle for entering the house better combines the functions of traffic evacuation, visual landscape and life feeling; the functions provided by the prior art are single; the differences are that the functions are utilized differently, the user feels different and the use effect is different;
(6) the combined front chamber is provided with the lighting ventilating windows on the left side and the right side respectively, and the lighting ventilating windows are arranged in different directions of the combined front chamber, so that the air flow is facilitated, the smoke exhaust and ventilation effects are better, and the requirements of 'architectural design fire prevention regulations' are better met.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. For the traffic core disclosed in the embodiment, since the traffic core corresponds to the planar shape and the planar organization form disclosed in the embodiment, the description is relatively simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the partial description of the planar shape and the planar organization form.

1. The traffic core of the high-rise residence with two households in one elevator is characterized in that the overall layout of the traffic core comprises:
the evacuation system comprises a shared front room (1), an evacuation staircase (4) and an elevator room (6), wherein the evacuation staircase (4) and the elevator room (6) are arranged in the front-back direction of the shared front room (1);
the shared front chamber (1) is arranged between two left and right adjacent house type main bodies (2), the shared front chamber (1) is communicated with the house type inlets (21) of the two house type main bodies (2), a pipeline well (3) is arranged on the wall body of the shared front chamber (1), and the shared front chamber (1) is provided with landscape corners for viewing, resting and communicating;
the evacuation staircase (4) is positioned between the two house-type main bodies (2), a first evacuation door (41) communicated with the shared front room (1) is arranged on the wall body of the evacuation staircase (4), and a lighting and ventilation channel (5) used for receiving outdoor natural light and air from the shared front room (1) is arranged between the side wall body of the evacuation staircase (4) and at least one side of the adjacent house-type main body (2);
the elevator rooms (6) are arranged side by side, the two elevator rooms (6) are respectively provided with an elevator door (61) communicated with the shared front chamber (1), and the elevator doors (61) are arranged in a mode that the elevator doors which are opened to one direction are arranged in one elevator room (6) or the elevator doors which are opened to two directions are simultaneously arranged in one elevator room (6).
2. The traffic core of the one-stair two-family high-rise dwelling according to claim 1, wherein the lighting and ventilation channels (5) are respectively arranged between the left and right walls of the evacuation stairwell (4) and the walls of the two house-type main bodies (2), a connecting wall is arranged on one side of the lighting and ventilation channels (5) close to the shared front room (1) and provided with the walls connecting the left and right walls of the evacuation stairwell (4) and the adjacent house-type main bodies (2), and a first lighting and ventilation window (51) is arranged on the connecting wall;
the wall bodies of the two house type main bodies (2) close to one side of the evacuation staircase (4) extend to the front end positions close to the two side walls of the elevator car (6), and a house type entrance (21) is arranged between the two house type main bodies and the two side walls of the elevator car (6);
an entrance door (22) is arranged on the house type entrance (21);
the stairs in the evacuation staircase (4) are dual-running stairs.
3. Traffic core for a one-lift two-family high-rise dwelling according to claim 2, characterized in that the shared front room (1) comprises a rectangular planar evacuation walkway (11) and a rectangular shared front room small ear (12), the rectangular shared front room small ear (12) being one of the shapes of the landscape corners, the rectangular planar evacuation walkway (11) being close to the elevator car (6) side; the rectangular shared front chamber small ear (12) comprises a front chamber left small ear and a front chamber right small ear, the front chamber left small ear and the front chamber right small ear are respectively limited by the two connecting walls, the walls on the left side and the right side of the evacuation staircase (4) and the walls of the two house type main bodies (2) forming the house type entrance (21) and are communicated with the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11), and the elevator door (61) is arranged on the wall of the elevator chamber (6) facing the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11);
the pipe shaft (3) and the first evacuation door (41) are arranged on a wall body on one side of the evacuation staircase (4) close to the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11);
or the like, or, alternatively,
the first evacuation door (41) is arranged on at least one side wall body of the evacuation stairwell (4) forming the left small ear and the right small ear of the front chamber; the pipe well (3) is arranged on the wall of the house-type main body (2) forming the left small ear and the right small ear of the front chamber.
4. The traffic core of one-or two-family high-rise dwelling according to claim 2, characterized in that the piping shaft (3) and the first evacuation door (41) are both disposed on the side of the evacuation stairwell (4) close to the shared front room (1), the connecting wall is a slanted wall which is arranged obliquely from the evacuation stairwell (4) to the dwelling body (2);
the shared front chamber (1) comprises a rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11) and a trapezoidal evacuation walkway (13) which are mutually communicated, two rhombic shared front chamber planes (14) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the trapezoidal evacuation walkway (13), the rhombic shared front chamber planes (14) are in the shape of the landscape angle II, the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11) is arranged close to the elevator room (6), and the two rhombic shared front chamber planes (14) are formed by the parallel enclosure of the corresponding inclined wall, the rear wall of the pipe shaft (3), the left and right inclined edges of the middle part of the trapezoidal evacuation walkway (13) and the front edge of the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11);
the elevator doors (61) are arranged on the walls of the two elevator rooms (6) facing the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11).

The traffic core of the one-stair two-family high-rise residence according to claim 1, wherein the light and ventilation channel (5) is arranged between the wall body at one side of the evacuation staircase (4) and the wall body of the house type main body (2) adjacent to the evacuation staircase, and the wall body at the other side and the wall body of the house type main body (2) adjacent to the evacuation staircase share the wall body;
the pipe shaft (3) and the first evacuation door (41) are arranged on one side of the evacuation staircase (4) close to the shared front room (1);
the lighting and ventilating channel (5) is close to one side of the shared front room (1) and is provided with a connecting wall which is connected with a wall body on one side of the evacuation staircase (4) and a wall body of the house type main body (2) adjacent to the wall body, and a first lighting and ventilating window (51) is arranged on the connecting wall; the combined front chamber (1) comprises a rectangular planar evacuation walkway (11) and a rectangular combined front chamber small ear (12), the rectangular combined front chamber small ear (12) is the landscape corner, the rectangular combined front chamber small ear (12) is limited by the connecting wall, the wall body on one side of the evacuation stairway (4) and the wall body on one side of the house type main body (2) and is communicated with the rectangular planar evacuation walkway (11) to form an L-shaped planar space; the elevator door (61) is arranged on the wall of the elevator room (6) facing the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11);
an entrance door (22) is arranged on the house type entrance (21);
the stairs in the evacuation staircase (4) are dual-running stairs.

The traffic core of the one-stair two-family high-rise dwelling according to claim 1, wherein the lighting and ventilation channel (5) is arranged between the wall bodies on the left and right sides of the evacuation stair room (4) and the wall bodies of the two house-type main bodies (2), a connecting wall is arranged on one side of the lighting and ventilation channel (5) close to the shared front room (1) and provided with the wall bodies connecting the wall bodies of the left and right sides of the evacuation stair room (4) and the adjacent house-type main bodies (2), and a first lighting and ventilation window (51) is arranged on the connecting wall; the shared front room (1) comprises a rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11) and two rectangular home-entry gardens (15), the rectangular home-entry gardens (15) are in the shape of the third landscape corner, the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11) is arranged between the evacuation stairway (4) and the elevator car (6) correspondingly, and the two rectangular home-entry gardens (15) are respectively arranged between the house type inlets (21) of the two house type main bodies (2) and the wall bodies on the two sides of the elevator car (6) and are communicated with the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11);
the elevator doors (61) are arranged on the walls of the two elevator rooms (6) facing the rectangular garden (15) allowing the elevator to enter the house;
the pipe shaft (3) is arranged on the wall body of the evacuation staircase (4) close to the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11); or the pipe shaft (3) is arranged on the wall body of the house-type main body (2) corresponding to the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11);
two first evacuation doors (41) are arranged on the wall bodies, close to the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11), on the two sides of the evacuation stairwell (4), and the two first evacuation doors (41) are respectively arranged corresponding to the two rectangular garden allowing entry (15);

the stairs in the evacuation staircase (4) are scissors stairs.

The transportation core for the one-elevator two-apartment high-rise dwelling as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front wall of the two elevator cabs (6) is provided with a first extending section extending from left to right to the side walls of the house-type main bodies (2), the first extending section is provided with a second evacuation door (161) and a second lighting ventilation window (52), the walls of the evacuation staircases (4) are provided with a second extending section extending to the two first extending sections, the second extending section is provided with a third lighting ventilation window (53), the lighting ventilation channel (5) extending correspondingly is arranged between the two second extending sections and the adjacent wall of the house-type main body (2), the second evacuation door (161) and the second lighting ventilation window (52), the house-type entrance (21), the elevator door (61), and the wall where the door and window are located and the extending section of the elevator rear wall enclose a complete rectangular independent entrance garden (16), the rectangular independent entering garden (16) is arranged between the house type entrances (21) of the two house type main bodies (2) and the wall bodies on the two sides of the elevator room (6), the shared front room (1) comprises a rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11) and two rectangular independent entering gardens (16), the rectangular independent entry gardens (16) are four of the shapes of the landscape corners, the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11) is arranged corresponding to the evacuation staircase (4) and the elevator car (6), the two rectangular independent entry gardens (16) are communicated with the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11) through the second evacuation door (161), the second lighting and ventilating window (52) is communicated with the rectangular independent entering garden (6) and the lighting and ventilating channel (5), the third lighting and ventilating window (53) is communicated with the rectangular plane evacuation walkway (11) and the lighting and ventilating passage (5);

The transportation core for the high-rise residence with two residences and one stair, as claimed in claim 8, wherein the refrigerated ventilation box (7) is formed by enclosing an upper top cover plate, a lower bottom plate, side walls of the evacuation stairwell (4), side walls of the main body (2) and two front and rear side plates, and a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in each of the two front and rear side plates.

The traffic nucleus of one-stair two-family high-rise dwelling as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that a connecting beam plate (8) is arranged between the side wall body of the evacuation staircase (4) and at least one side of the adjacent house type main body (2), and the connecting beam plate (8) is positioned at the front side of the lighting and ventilation channel (5).
