Detailed Description
For the purposes of the following detailed description, it is to be understood that the invention may assume various alternative variations and step sequences, except where expressly specified to the contrary. Furthermore, except in any operating examples, or where otherwise indicated, all numbers expressing, for example, quantities of ingredients used in the specification and claims are to be understood as being modified in all instances by the term "about". Accordingly, unless indicated to the contrary, the numerical parameters set forth in the following specification and attached claims are approximations that may vary depending upon the desired properties to be obtained by the present invention. At the very least, and not as an attempt to limit the application of the doctrine of equivalents to the scope of the claims, each numerical parameter should at least be construed in light of the number of reported significant digits and by applying ordinary rounding techniques.
Notwithstanding that the numerical ranges and parameters setting forth the broad scope of the invention are approximations, the numerical values set forth in the specific examples are reported as precisely as possible. Any numerical value, however, inherently contains certain errors necessarily resulting from the standard deviation found in their respective testing measurements.
When a range of values is disclosed herein, the range is considered to be continuous and includes both the minimum and maximum values for the range, as well as each value between such minimum and maximum values. Further, when a range refers to an integer, each integer between the minimum and maximum values of the range is included. Further, when multiple range description features or characteristics are provided, the ranges may be combined. In other words, unless otherwise indicated, all ranges disclosed herein are to be understood to include any and all subranges subsumed therein. For example, a specified range from "1 to 10" should be considered to include any and all subranges between the minimum value of 1 and the maximum value of 10. Exemplary subranges from 1 to 10 include, but are not limited to, 1 to 6.1, 3.5 to 7.8, 5.5 to 10, and the like.
In order to solve the above technical problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a collagen composition, which at least comprises soluble collagen, a fermentation product, sodium hyaluronate and tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid.
As a preferred technical scheme, the mass ratio of the soluble collagen, the fermentation product, the sodium hyaluronate and the tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid is (3-7): (0.5-1.5): (1-3): (3-4).
As a preferred technical solution, the mass ratio of the soluble collagen, the fermentation product, the sodium hyaluronate and the tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid is between 5:1:2:3.4.
As a preferred technical scheme, the molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is less than 10000Da.
The inventor finds that by adding a fermentation product into the soluble collagen, the collagen composition can be deeply put into the skin, the permeability of the collagen composition is improved, the water-oil balance of the skin is regulated, the cutin is softened, the absorption capacity of the skin to the collagen is improved, the cell elasticity is maintained, the regeneration of damaged tissues is promoted, the repairing capacity of the skin is improved, and the aging of cells is delayed, so that the purposes of maintaining the skin elasticity and improving the anti-aging capacity of the skin are achieved. The inventor adds sodium hyaluronate to improve the content of sodium hyaluronate in the interstitial of skin cells, so as to change the metabolic environment of the cells and the balance of water and ions, thereby increasing the viscoelasticity and the moisture retention of the skin and achieving the effects of resisting wrinkles, preserving moisture and whitening. The inventor adds a certain amount of tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid to strengthen the repairing capability of a skin barrier repairing system, strengthen the skin barrier function, improve the capability of skin for resisting external environment, build skin micro balance, maintain the moisture degree of the skin and reproduce the skin activity. The moisturizing effect of the skin can be better improved by adding a certain content of sodium hyaluronate, but when the adding amount of sodium hyaluronate is too small, the moisturizing effect is not ideal, and when the adding amount of sodium hyaluronate is large, as sodium hyaluronate has better hygroscopicity, under the condition of long-time use, sodium hyaluronate can absorb more impurities in the environment, the stability of the collagen composition is affected, even liquid turbidity phenomenon can occur, and the inventor discovers that the comfort of the collagen composition is slightly poor.
As a preferable technical scheme, the method also comprises dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
The inventor finds that the moisturizing effect and the whitening effect of the collagen composition can be improved, the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of the collagen composition can be improved, the sensibility and the irritation of the collagen composition are reduced, the relieving effect of the collagen composition is improved, and the audience of the collagen composition is enlarged through a certain amount of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
As a preferred technical scheme, the fermentation product is candida/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product.
The inventor finds that the candida/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product is especially selected, so that the collagen composition can be deeply put into the skin, the permeability of the collagen composition is improved, the water-oil balance of the skin is regulated, the cutin is softened, the absorption capacity of the skin to the collagen is improved, the cell elasticity is maintained, the regeneration of damaged tissues is promoted, the repairing capacity of the skin is improved, the aging of cells is delayed, the purposes of maintaining the skin elasticity, improving the anti-aging capacity of the skin are achieved, the antibacterial property of the skin is better improved, and the sensibility of the skin is reduced.
The second aspect of the invention provides a micro-essence lotion, which is prepared from the raw materials of the collagen composition, the p-hydroxyacetophenone, the non-reducing disaccharide, the complexing agent, the plant extract, the emollient, the bacteriostatic agent, the humectant and the water.
As a preferable embodiment, the non-reducing disaccharide is trehalose.
The inventor can make the micro-essence liquid form a layer of protective film on the surface of the skin by adding a certain amount of trehalose into the micro-essence liquid, so that the antibacterial property of the skin is improved, the immunity and the repair capability of the skin are improved, but trace impurities possibly exist in the trehalose to influence the stability of the essence liquid.
As a preferred embodiment, the complexing agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of aminocarboxylic acids, hydroxycarboxylic acids and hydroxyaminocarboxylic acids.
As a preferable technical scheme, the bacteriostatic agent at least comprises octanoyl hydroxamic acid.
As a preferable technical scheme, the bacteriostatic agent also comprises 1, 2-hexanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol and propylene glycol.
As a preferable technical scheme, the complexing agent is amino carboxylic acid, and the amino carboxylic acid is disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate.

However, the inventors found that the antibacterial agent is easily affected by impurities in the remaining substances to reduce stability and corrosion resistance, and unexpectedly found that the stability, the antioxidant property, the corrosion resistance and the antioxidant effect of the micro-essence can be improved by adding a certain amount of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate and complexing impurities in the essence, but when the amount of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate is excessively added, the use effect of the micro-essence is affected, and when the amount of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate is excessively small, the stability of the micro-essence is affected.
As a preferred embodiment, the plant extract is selected from at least one of aloe extract, licorice extract, fennel extract, tarragon extract, mulberry bark extract, black tea extract, purslane extract, flos Rosae Multiflorae extract, daisy flower extract, inula flower extract, kava pepper extract, cynanchum atratum extract and small fruit coffee seed extract.
As a preferred technical scheme, the plant extract is aloe extract, and the aloe extract is aloe vera leaf extract.
As a preferred technical scheme, the softener is jojoba wax PEG-120 esters.
As a preferable technical scheme, the humectant is selected from at least one of alcohols, amides, chitin and derivatives thereof.
