Abstract
本申请涉及一种含胆碱的多种维生素和矿物质的组合物及其制备方法和应用。经本发明方法改善了酒石酸氢胆碱的引湿性,制得的片剂裂片、胀片现象明显改善,且无需使用含合成色素的有色包衣对片剂潜在褐变进行掩盖,经透明包衣后,于37℃,75%相对湿度条件下3个月加速稳定性考察后,营养素含量稳定,外形美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及制剂或保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种组合物,特别是含胆碱的多种维生素和矿物质的组合物,及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
维生素是人体维持正常生理功能必需的一类微量有机物质,例如维生素A、维生素C、B族维生素等。矿物质是构成人体组织和维持正常生理功能必需的各种无机物的总称,包括钙、镁等常量元素,和铁、锌、硒等微量元素。维生素和矿物质在人体生长、代谢、发育过程中发挥着重要的作用,但是大多数不能由人体自身合成,必须从食物中获取。当食物来源的营养素摄入不足时,也可以通过膳食补充剂来补充,例如多种维生素矿物质片。
但是多种维生素矿物质片体系复杂,吸潮后各成分容易相互反应导致褐变,特别是添加维生素胆碱时。胆碱是一种有机碱,是卵磷脂和神经鞘磷脂的关键组成成分,能够保证大脑和神经系统发育,促进肝脏脂肪代谢等。市面上多种维生素矿物质片中添加胆碱的产品屈指可数。因为胆碱常见的两种化合物来源——酒石酸氢胆碱和氯化胆碱,都是极易吸潮的白色结晶性粉末,而且添加量较大,因此存在一定的工艺应用难度。目前市售品常用有色包衣对多种维生素矿物质片剂进行外观修饰,但即使有色包衣能掩饰片剂吸潮后的褐变,也掩盖不住因吸潮导致片剂膨胀后将包衣撑破裂开的情况。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种含多种维生素和矿物质的片剂,及其生产工艺,改善了多种维生素矿物质片的胀片、裂片以及褐变问题。本发明的片剂外形美观,仅需透明包衣,经37℃,75%相对湿度条件下三个月的加速稳定性考察后,营养素含量稳定。
在一个方面,本发明提供一种含维生素、胆碱和矿物质的组合物,其含有以下组分:
组分1:酒石酸氢胆碱;
组分2:矿物质,其中含以下营养素:钙、镁、铁、锌和硒;
组分3:维生素,其中含以下营养素:维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B6、烟酸、生物素、泛酸、维生素B2、维生素B12和叶酸;
组分4:抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯。
在一些实施方案中,所述酒石酸氢胆碱以独立的制剂单元形式存在,例如以微囊的形式存在。
在一些实施方案中,所述微囊中除酒石酸氢胆碱外,进一步含有填充剂和囊材。
在一些实施方案中,所述填充剂选自玉米淀粉、微晶纤维素和糊精(例如麦芽糊精)。
在一些实施方案中,所述囊材选自乙基纤维素、醋酸纤维素和羟丙基纤维素。
在一些实施方案中,所述矿物质以独立的制剂单元形式存在,例如以矿物质粒的形式存在。
在一些实施方案中,所述矿物质粒中除所述营养素外,进一步含粘合剂。
在一些实施方案中,所述粘合剂选自羟丙基甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚维酮、共聚维酮和明胶。
在一些实施方案中,所述组分3中不含维生素C。
在一些实施方案中,所述组分3中所含成分分为以下两组:
第一组:维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B6、烟酸、生物素和泛酸;
第二组:维生素B2、维生素B12和叶酸;并且,
所述第一组中进一步含填充剂;
所述第二组中进一步含润滑剂。
在一些实施方案中,所述填充剂选自淀粉、微晶纤维素、糊精和麦芽糊精。
在一些实施方案中,所述第一组中进一步含微晶纤维素、麦芽糊精、共聚维酮、淀粉和交联羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方案中,所述润滑剂选自二氧化硅、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉和微粉硅胶。
在一些实施方案中,所述第一组和第二组分别混合后再合并。
在一些实施方案中,按重量百分数计,所述各营养素含量为:
维生素A 0.16~0.80份,维生素D 0.002~0.015份,维生素E 5-150份,维生素K0.015-0.10份,维生素B1 0.5-20份,维生素B2 0.5-20份,维生素B6 0.5-10份,维生素B120.0005-0.01份,烟酸3-15份,叶酸0.08-0.50份,生物素0.01-0.10份,泛酸1-20份,维生素C30-500份,胆碱100-1000份,钙200-1000份,镁65-350份,铁5-20份,锌3-15份,硒10-100份,其中,
提供维生素C的原料为抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯;
提供胆碱的原料为酒石酸氢胆碱。
在一些实施方案中,所述组合物为片剂或胶囊剂;
优选地,按2000片/粒计算,所述组合物含以下营养素:
维生素A 80~400mg,维生素D1~7.5mg,维生素E 2.5-75g,维生素K 7.5-50mg,维生素B1 0.25-10g,维生素B2 0.25-10g,维生素B6 0.25-5g,维生素B12 0.25-5mg,烟酸1.5-7.5g,叶酸40-250mg,生物素5-50mg,泛酸0.5-10g,维生素C15-250g,胆碱50-500g,钙100-500g,镁32.5-175g,铁2.5-10g,锌1.5-7.5g,硒5-50g。
在另一个方面,本发明提供第一方面任一项所述组合物的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)制备酒石酸氢胆碱微囊;
(2)制备矿物质粒:将提供钙、镁、铁和锌的原料混合,制粒,得所述矿物质粒;
(3)制备维生素预混料:将维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B6、烟酸、生物素和泛酸混匀,得维生素预混料1;将维生素B2、维生素B12和叶酸混匀,得维生素预混料2;将维生素预混料1和维生素预混料2混匀,得所述维生素预混料;
(4)制剂:将所述酒石酸氢胆碱微囊、矿物质粒、维生素预混料、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯混合,得混合物料,而后制成所需剂型;
任选地,还包括对步骤(4)所得剂型进行包衣的步骤。
在一些实施方案中,提供硒的原料在步骤(2)和提供钙、镁、铁和锌的原料混合,或者在第(3)步和所述维生素预混料1中的组分混合。
本发明中各营养素的添加量在人体所需适宜范围,并且提供各营养素的原料为本领域已知,本领域技术人员可根据一般技术知识进行选择。更具体地,提供钙的原料可以为碳酸钙、醋酸钙、氯化钙、柠檬酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、磷酸二氢钙、磷酸三钙(磷酸钙)、硫酸钙、L-乳酸钙、甘油磷酸钙、柠檬酸苹果酸钙等;提供镁的原料可以为碳酸镁、硫酸镁、氧化镁、氯化镁、L-苏糖酸镁、葡萄糖酸镁等;提供铁的原料可以为葡萄糖酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、硫酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁、琥珀酸亚铁、焦磷酸铁、柠檬酸铁、柠檬酸亚铁钠等;提供锌的原料可以为硫酸锌、柠檬酸锌、柠檬酸锌(三水)、葡萄糖酸锌、氧化锌、乳酸锌、醋酸锌、氯化锌等;提供硒的原料可以为亚硒酸钠、富硒酵母、L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸、硒化卡拉胶、硒蛋白、硒酸钠等;提供维生素A的原料可以为醋酸视黄酯、棕榈酸视黄酯、β-胡萝卜素等;提供维生素B1的原料可以为盐酸硫胺素、硝酸硫胺素等;提供维生素B2的原料可以为核黄素、核黄素-5’-磷酸钠等;提供维生素B6的原料可以为盐酸吡哆醇等;提供维生素B12的原料可以为氰钴胺等;提供烟酸的原料可以为烟酸、烟酰胺等;提供泛酸的原料可以为D-泛酸钙、D-泛酸钠等;提供维生素E的原料可以为D-α-生育酚、D-α-醋酸生育酚、D-α-琥珀酸生育酚、d1-α-醋酸生育酚、d1-α-生育酚、维生素E琥珀酸钙等;提供维生素K的原料可以为维生素K1、维生素K2等;提供维生素D的原料可以为维生素D2、维生素D3等;提供生物素的原料可以为D-生物素等。
在一些实施方案中,通过以下步骤制备酒石酸氢胆碱微囊:
a)将酒石酸氢胆碱和填充剂混匀;
b)将囊材混匀,作为包衣液;
c)将步骤a)和b)所得产品混匀,干燥,得所述酒石酸氢胆碱微囊。
在一些实施方案中,通过下述方法干燥:在喷雾干燥机中喷干,而后在流化床中干燥。
在一些实施方案中,在干燥后,还包括过筛的操作。
在一些实施方案中,所述填充剂和囊材如前文中所定义。
在一些实施方案中,在步骤(2)中,向混合后的矿物质中加入粘合剂,沸腾制粒。
在一些实施方案中,所述粘合剂如前文任一项中所定义。
在一些实施方案中,在制备维生素预混料1的过程中,还包括向维生素中加入填充剂的步骤。
在一些实施方案中,在制备维生素预混料2的过程中,还包括向维生素中加入润滑剂的步骤。
在一些实施方案中,所述填充剂和润滑剂如前文任一项中所定义。
在一些实施方案中,在步骤(4)中,混合物料中还含有填充剂、粘合剂和崩解中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方案中,所述填充剂选自淀粉、微晶纤维素和糊精(例如麦芽糊精)。
在一些实施方案中,所述粘合剂选自羟丙基甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚维酮、共聚维酮和明胶。
在一些实施方案中,所述崩解剂为交联羧甲基纤维素钠。
在另一个方面,本发明提供第一方面任一项所述的组合物在制备膳食营养补充剂中的用途。
发明的有益效果
本发明提供含胆碱的多种维生素和矿物质的组合物及其制备方法和应用,其能实现下述至少一种技术效果:
1.本发明改善了酒石酸氢胆碱的引湿性;
2.本发明的组合物在保留了维生素C抗氧化能力的同时防止了络合反应的发生;
3.经本发明制得的片剂可以采用透明包衣,外形美观,而且褐变、裂片、胀片问题有明显改善。

下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品。
实施例一
处方1(1700g,2000片):
钙240g,镁70g,铁7g,锌8g,硒26mg,维生素A 340mg,维生素D 8mg,维生素E10g,维生素K 45mg,维生素B1 3g,维生素B23g,维生素B6 3g,维生素B12 3mg,烟酸10g,叶酸300mg,生物素42mg,泛酸6g,维生素C 50g,酒石酸氢胆碱110g。
制备工艺如下:
(1)酒石酸氢胆碱微囊的制备
1)将酒石酸氢胆碱1kg粉碎过筛,加入玉米淀粉50g混匀备用;
2)按比例称取乙基纤维素50g和二氧化硅3g,高速匀浆机中溶解作为包衣液备用;
3)将1)中酒石酸胆碱和玉米淀粉混合物与2)中包衣液混合,高速匀浆机中均质;
4)将3)中混合物于喷雾干燥机中喷干后转移至流化床中干燥,得酒石酸胆碱微囊;
5)过筛后干燥环境中储存。
(2)矿物质粒的制备
按处方量取碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸锌以及碳酸镁至流化床中,以3%羟丙基甲基纤维素溶液为粘合剂,沸腾制粒。制粒完成后,过筛备用。
(3)维生素预混料的制备
按处方量取维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B6、烟酸、生物素、泛酸和富硒酵母以及与等量微晶纤维素混匀;按处方量取维生素B2、维生素B12、叶酸与二氧化硅混匀后与其余维生素预混料混匀。
(4)混料压片

钙300g,镁70g,铁16g,锌8g,硒26mg,维生素A 340mg,维生素D 8mg,维生素E10g,维生素K 4 5mg,维生素B1 3g,维生素B2 3g,维生素B6 3g,维生素B12 3mg,烟酸10g,叶酸300mg,生物素42mg,泛酸6g,维生素C 50g,酒石酸氢胆碱120g。其余制备工艺与实施例一一致。
实施例四
处方4(1700g,2000片)
钙300g,镁70g,铁10g,锌2.8g,硒26mg,维生素A 160mg,维生素D 8mg,维生素E12g,维生素K 20mg,维生素B1 1.6g,维生素B2 3.5g,维生素B6 1.6g,维生素B12 1.6mg,烟酸3.2g,叶酸400mg,生物素26mg,泛酸1.26g,维生素C 50g,酒石酸氢胆碱120g。其余制备工艺与实施例一一致。

对比处方1(1700g,2000片)
钙240g,镁70g,铁7g,锌8g,硒26mg,维生素A 340mg,维生素D 8mg,维生素E10g,维生素K 45mg,维生素B1 3g,维生素B2 3g,维生素B6 3g,维生素B12 3mg,烟酸10g,叶酸300mg,生物素42mg,泛酸6g,维生素C 50g,酒石酸氢胆碱110g。
(1)矿物质粒的制备
按处方量取碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸锌、碳酸镁、富硒酵母于流化床干燥机中,以3%羟丙基甲基纤维素溶液为粘合剂,沸腾制粒。制粒完成后,过筛备用。
(2)维生素预混料的制备
按处方量取维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B6、烟酸、生物素、泛酸以及与等量微晶纤维素混匀;按处方量取维生素B2、维生素B12、叶酸与二氧化硅混匀后与其余维生素预混料混匀。
(3)混料压片
按处方量称取矿物质粒、维生素预混料、市售酒石酸氢胆碱、市售抗坏血酸以及微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁总混后压片;
(4)包衣
取透明包衣剂适量,溶于适量的水中使包衣粉的质量分数为10%,包衣锅预热后,将素片投入包衣锅中,控制进风温度为70±10℃,片床温度为50±5℃,出风温度为55±10℃,喷气压力为0.4MPa,将包衣液雾化后喷包于片芯表面成膜,即得。

(1)酒石酸氢胆碱微囊的制备
1)将酒石酸氢胆碱1kg粉碎过筛,加入玉米淀粉50g混匀备用;
2)按比例称取乙基纤维素50g和二氧化硅3g,高速匀浆机中溶解作为包衣液备用;
3)将1)中酒石酸胆碱和玉米淀粉混合物与2)中包衣液混合,高速匀浆机中均质;
4)将3)中混合物于喷雾干燥机中喷干后转移至流化床中干燥,得酒石酸胆碱微囊;
5)过筛后干燥环境中储存。
(2)矿物质粒的制备
按处方量取碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸锌、碳酸镁、富硒酵母于流化床干燥机中,以3%羟丙基甲基纤维素溶液为粘合剂,沸腾制粒。制粒完成后,过筛备用。

试验例1
按上述实施例工艺要求选择原辅料及制剂工艺制备多种维生素矿物质,于37℃,75%RH条件下考察一天,考察片剂变化,片剂变化情况如图1所示。

将上述实施例按照两个月营养素设计量压片包衣后装入HDPE瓶中,并加入4g干燥剂,密封加盖,并于37℃,75%RH恒温加速箱中考察片剂成分的稳定性,3个月后检测加速样品中营养素的含量,结果如下表所示。
实验结果
结果表明,各实施例依照本发明所述工艺压制片剂并包无色透明包衣,片剂呈淡黄色,颜色均匀,在高温高湿条件下,片剂颜色较为稳定。在各对比例中,片剂由于配伍不合理,工艺不成熟,个别物料引湿性强在高温高湿加速过程中片剂显现出褐变、斑点等问题。在对比例一中,片剂发生明显的褐变,富马酸亚铁在片剂引湿的状态下电离出富马酸根及亚铁离子,抗坏血酸根与亚铁离子络合生成紫黑色物质。在对比例二中,颜色变化较小,经分析,在此片剂体系中,不存在抗坏血酸根与亚铁离子生成紫黑色抗坏血酸亚铁络合物的现象发生,片剂颜色变化由酒石酸氢胆碱引湿形成。在对比例三中,由于酒石酸氢胆碱微囊比市售酒石酸氢胆碱具有更好的防潮性能,但反应未根本杜绝,所以仍有抗坏血酸亚铁导致的褐变。对比例四中,由于在维生素预混工艺中,核黄素在片剂中不仅承担着营养素补充剂的角色,同时也能使片剂颜色更加美观,与此同时,维生素E静电吸附能力较强,容易吸附粒径较小的核黄素,从而形成颜色较深的黄色小球,导致片剂表明易形成颜色较深的黄点,通过改变预混料的加料顺序,并充分中和其静电作用,可明显消除片剂黄点的情况。
通过在恒温恒湿箱中对片剂增重情况进行测定,结果表明,除对比例一、二之外,其余实施例和对比例均有较小的增重百分比,这表明此发明片剂具有更低的引湿率,从而具有更好的片剂稳定性。通过测定各实施例3个月加速稳定性样品中营养素的含量,结果表明,在此发明中,片剂稳定性良好。
试验例2酒石酸氢碱处理工艺对片剂引湿性影响
胆碱是人体重要的营养素,但其常见的化合物形式酒石酸氢胆碱具有较强的引湿性,在片剂中容易引湿并对其他物料的稳定性形成一定的影响。本实施例考察了酒石酸氢胆碱不同处理工艺对片剂引湿性影响。
1、聚乙二醇包衣胆碱的制备:取适量聚乙二醇溶于水中作为包衣液备用,将酒石酸氢胆碱于流化床中,喷入包衣液,制备聚乙二醇包衣胆碱,酒石酸氢胆碱含量为90%。
2、单双甘油脂肪酸酯包埋工艺:取适量酒石酸氢胆碱于搅拌式制粒机中,启动,取适量单双甘油脂肪酸酯熔融,将单双甘油脂肪酸酯与酒石酸氢胆碱搅拌制粒并整粒,酒石酸氢胆碱含量为70%。
3、微晶纤维素混合制粒工艺:将微晶纤维素与酒石酸氢胆碱混合后置于流化床中,以羟丙基甲基纤维素为粘合剂,制粒。酒石酸氢胆碱含量为70%。
4、聚乙二醇冻干工艺:将聚乙二醇溶于水中,并将酒石酸氢胆碱溶于其中,搅拌使其充分溶解,冻干机中冻干,整粒。酒石酸氢胆碱含量为90%。
5、二氧化硅包埋工艺:取适量二氧化硅与酒石酸氢胆碱于三维混合机中混匀,酒石酸氢胆碱含量为95%。
6、乙基纤维素微囊工艺:取适量酒石酸氢胆碱过80目筛,取适量玉米淀粉、二氧化硅以及乙基纤维素混匀后,高速匀浆机中混匀溶解,于喷雾干燥机中制得样品,酒石酸氢胆碱含量为95%。
7、聚乙烯醇微囊工艺:取适量酒石酸氢胆碱过80目筛,取适量玉米淀粉、二氧化硅以及聚乙烯醇混匀后,高速匀浆机中混匀溶解,于喷雾干燥机中制得样品,酒石酸氢胆碱含量为95%。
8、β-环糊精喷雾干燥工艺:取适量酒石酸氢胆碱过80目筛,取适量玉米淀粉、二氧化硅以及β-环糊精混匀后,高速匀浆机中混匀溶解,于喷雾干燥机中制得样品,酒石酸氢胆碱含量为95%。
将制备好的样品根据胆碱的实际用量加入多种维生素矿物质片混料中,并控制片剂的片重和硬度,压片,具体操作与实施例一一致,37℃,75%RH条件下,考察片剂的引湿情况。
由实验结果可知,本发明制得的片剂具有较好的防潮性能,较其他工艺具有显著优势。

Claims (12)
1.一种含胆碱的多种维生素和矿物质的组合物,其含有以下组分:
组分1:酒石酸氢胆碱;
组分2:矿物质,其中含以下营养素:钙、镁、铁、锌和硒;
组分3:维生素,其中含以下营养素:维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B6、烟酸、生物素、泛酸、维生素B2、维生素B12和叶酸;
组分4:抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯。
2.权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述酒石酸氢胆碱以独立的制剂单元形式存在,例如以微囊的形式存在;
优选地,所述微囊中除酒石酸氢胆碱外,进一步含有填充剂和囊材;
优选地,所述填充剂选自玉米淀粉、微晶纤维素、糊精和麦芽糊精;
优选地,所述囊材选自乙基纤维素、醋酸纤维素和羟丙基纤维素。
3.权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述矿物质以独立的制剂单元形式存在,例如以矿物质粒的形式存在;
优选地,所述矿物质粒中除所述营养素外,进一步含粘合剂;
优选地,所述粘合剂选自羟丙基甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚维酮、共聚维酮和明胶。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组分3中不含维生素C;
优选地,所述组分3中所含成分分为以下两组:
第一组:维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B6、烟酸、生物素和泛酸;
第二组:维生素B2、维生素B12和叶酸;并且,
所述第一组中进一步含填充剂;优选地,所述填充剂选自淀粉、微晶纤维素、糊精和麦芽糊精;
所述第二组中进一步含润滑剂;优选地,所述润滑剂选自二氧化硅、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉和微粉硅胶;
优选地,所述第一组和第二组分别混合后再合并。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物,按重量百分数计,所述各营养素含量为:
维生素A 0.16~0.80份,维生素D 0.002~0.015份,维生素E 5-150份,维生素K0.015-0.10份,维生素B1 0.5-20份,维生素B2 0.5-20份,维生素B6 0.5-10份,维生素B120.0005-0.01份,烟酸3-15份,叶酸0.08-0.50份,生物素0.01-0.10份,泛酸1-20份,维生素C30-500份,胆碱100-1000份,钙200-1000份,镁65-350份,铁5-20份,锌3-15份,硒10-100份,其中,
提供维生素C的原料为抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯;
提供胆碱的原料为酒石酸氢胆碱。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述的组合物,其为片剂或胶囊剂;
优选地,按2000片/粒计算,所述组合物含以下营养素:
维生素A 80~400mg,维生素D1~7.5mg,维生素E 2.5-75g,维生素K 7.5-50mg,维生素B1 0.25-10g,维生素B2 0.25-10g,维生素B6 0.25-5g,维生素B12 0.25-5mg,烟酸1.5-7.5g,叶酸40-250mg,生物素5-50mg,泛酸0.5-10g,维生素C15-250g,胆碱50-500g,钙100-500g,镁32.5-175g,铁2.5-10g,锌1.5-7.5g,硒5-50g。
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述组合物的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)制备酒石酸氢胆碱微囊;
(2)制备矿物质粒:将提供钙、镁、铁和锌的原料混合,制粒,得所述矿物质粒;
(3)制备维生素预混料:将维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B6、烟酸、生物素和泛酸混匀,得维生素预混料1;将维生素B2、维生素B12和叶酸混匀,得维生素预混料2;将维生素预混料1和维生素预混料2混匀,得所述维生素预混料;优选地,提供硒的原料在步骤(2)和提供钙、镁、铁和锌的原料混合,或者在此步和所述维生素预混料1中的组分混合;
(4)制剂:将所述酒石酸氢胆碱微囊、矿物质粒、维生素预混料、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯混合,得混合物料,而后制成所需剂型;
任选地,还包括对步骤(4)所得剂型进行包衣的步骤。
8.权利要求7所述的制备方法,通过以下步骤制备酒石酸氢胆碱微囊:
a)将酒石酸氢胆碱和填充剂混匀;
b)将囊材混匀,作为包衣液;
c)将步骤a)和b)所得产品混匀,干燥,得所述酒石酸氢胆碱微囊;
优选地,通过下述方法干燥:在喷雾干燥机中喷干,而后在流化床中干燥;
优选地,在干燥后,还包括过筛的操作;
优选地,所述填充剂和囊材如权利要求2中所定义。
9.权利要求7或8所述的制备方法,在步骤(2)中,向混合后的矿物质中加入粘合剂,沸腾制粒;
优选地,所述粘合剂如权利要求3中所定义。
10.权利要求7-9任一项所述的方法,在制备维生素预混料1的过程中,还包括向维生素中加入填充剂的步骤;
优选地,在制备维生素预混料2的过程中,还包括向维生素中加入润滑剂的步骤;
优选地,所述填充剂和润滑剂如权利要求4中所定义。
11.权利要求7-10任一项所述的方法,在步骤(4)中,混合物料中还含有填充剂、粘合剂和崩解中的一种或多种;
优选地,所述填充剂选自淀粉、微晶纤维素和糊精(例如麦芽糊精);
优选地,所述粘合剂选自羟丙基甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚维酮、共聚维酮和明胶;
优选地,所述崩解剂为交联羧甲基纤维素钠。
12.权利要求1-6任一项所述的组合物在制备膳食营养补充剂中的用途。
