本发明涉及表面活性剂技术领域,具体涉及一种低泡杀菌的表面活性剂组合物。
背景技术
表面活性剂是一类在添加量很少时就能显著降低界面张力的物质,其分子具有独特结构:一端为亲水性的极性基团,另一端为亲油性的非极性基团,也称为两亲分子。在溶液中可自发形成胶束、溶致液晶、微乳液、囊泡、蠕虫状胶束、微乳液凝胶等稳定、有序排列的缔合结构。广泛应用于人类生产、生活的各个方面,俗称“工业味精”。
但表面活性剂通常都具有起泡性,这种起泡性有助于其在日用化学品如牙膏、沐浴液、洗衣液、洗发水等领域的应用,但是在很多工业领域,特别是在高新技术材料开发领域,或水循环利用的零排放工业化生产中,这种泡沫会带来致命的危害,导致材料的应用性能变差、或者材料的生产加工因泡沫而中断、或者泡沫导致材料的生产工艺水污染,加重污水处理负担等等泡沫问题。使用表面活性剂的工业产品生产企业为了降低表面活性剂使用中产生的泡沫,常常会加入各种类型的消泡剂,不但会增加工业生产成本,而且消泡剂自身的生物降解性差,在零排放的循环水中长期积累,水中的COD和BOD会增加导致后期水处理难度和成本均增加。另外,普遍的表面活性剂存在去杀菌能力不足问题。因此,亟需一种较为泡沫量少、杀菌能力强的表面活性剂组合物。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种低泡杀菌的表面活性剂组合物,具有优异的净洗能力,泡沫量少,杀菌能力强,原料成本低。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来解决:
一种低泡杀菌的表面活性剂组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱20~40份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐20~40份、氟碳表面活性剂5~10份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵3~7份、破乳剂0.1~1份、对氯间二甲苯酚0.1~0.3份。
具体的,包括以下重量份的组分:月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱30份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐30份、氟碳表面活性剂7份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵5份、破乳剂0.2份、对氯间二甲苯酚0.1份。
具体的,所述脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐中的盐为钠盐、钾盐、镁盐中的一种。
具体的,所述氟碳表面活性剂选自羧酸盐型阴离子氟碳表面活性剂、磺酸盐型阴离子氟碳表面活性剂、硫酸盐型阴离子氟碳表面活性剂、磷酸盐型阴离子氟碳表面活性剂、季铵盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂、氧化铵型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂、聚乙二醇型非离子氟碳表面活性剂中的一种。
具体的,所述破乳剂选自SP型破乳剂、AP型破乳剂、AE型破乳剂中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明提供的表面活性剂组合物,以月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐为主要净洗成分,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐同时具有阴/非离子特性,属于阴-非两性表面活性剂,在阴离子表面活性剂中,是净洗能力最高的产品,其净洗能力远高于其它阴离子型产品,月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱的去污力强,具有优良的增稠性、柔软性、杀菌性、抗静电性、抗硬水性,两者复配使用后对污垢的净洗能力极佳,并且脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐具有抑制月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱泡沫产生的特性;
2.增加了氟碳表面活性剂,氟碳表面活性剂中含有氟烃基,氟烃基具有憎水憎油的特性,表面活性剂组合物作为清洗剂使用时,具有优异的驱油特性,能够将物品表面的油污驱除;
3.增加了破乳剂,破乳剂能使乳状状态破坏,从而提升其驱油效果;
4.增加了十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵与对氯间二甲苯酚,提升了表面活性剂组合物的杀菌效果。
具体实施方式
为了能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
将300g月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、300g脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸钠、70g磺酸盐型阴离子氟碳表面活性剂、50g十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、2gSP型破乳剂、1g对氯间二甲苯酚加入搅拌装置中,在常温下搅拌均匀,制得表面活性剂组合物。
其中,SP型破乳剂的主要组分为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚,理论结构式为R(PO)x(EO)y(PO)zH,式中:EO-聚氧乙烯;PO-聚氧丙烯;R-脂肪醇;x、y、z-聚合度。SP型破乳剂的疏水部分由碳12~18烃链组成,其亲水基是通过分子中的羟基(-OH)、醚基(-O-)与水作用形成氢键而达到亲水的目的。本实施例增加了破乳剂,能使乳状状态破坏,从而提升其驱油效果。
测试:取5g以上表面活性剂组合物测试25℃下的泡沫高度,并采用《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》的测试方法测定组合物的去污力,记录如下表1。

取5g月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱测试25℃下的泡沫高度,并采用《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》的测试方法测定月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱的去污力,记录如下表1。

取5g脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸钠测试25℃下的泡沫高度,并采用《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》的测试方法测定脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸钠的去污力,记录如下表1。

2.5g月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、2.5g脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸钠,混合均匀后测试两者混合物的在25℃下的泡沫高度,并采用《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》的测试方法测定两者混合物的去污力,记录如下表1。

经测试,实施例1使用本申请的表面活性剂组合物,相比对比例1、2,去污值有较大的提升。并且实施例1的泡沫高度相比对比例1的泡沫高度明显降低。
