The natural alcoholization of the tobacco needs 1 to 3 years, the aroma is full, the irritation is weak, but the occupied area of a factory and a warehouse is large, and the economic cost is high; the artificial fermentation ensures that the flue-cured tobacco leaves are fermented under certain temperature and humidity, can shorten the fermentation time, and has poorer tobacco leaf quality, aroma quality and the like than natural fermentation. At present, the fermentation period of tobacco leaves is shortened and the quality of the tobacco leaves is improved by using a biological technology, the existing technical workers add a complex enzyme preparation into the tobacco after alcoholization for one year for fermentation for 10-60 days, so that enzymolysis and fermentation are carried out simultaneously, the quality of the cigar tobacco leaves is improved, but the problem of long fermentation period is not well solved, the conditions of enzyme treatment and fermentation alcoholization are consistent, and the fermentation conditions are strict. The cellulase pretreatment of the tobacco leaves destroys the coordination of aroma substances in the tobacco leaves, so that the total amount of volatile aroma components is reduced. But the content of the volatile nicotine pretreated by the cellulase is 1.95 times of that of the control, and the suitable nicotine is one of the strength and the mouthfeel source of the cigarette, so the sensory score of the treated cigarette is higher than that of the control.
