Abstract
本发明涉及服装面料领域,具体涉及一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,梭织面料服装通过多功能梭织面料拼接缝合后制作得到;其中,多功能梭织面料由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成;经纱是通过使用改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺而成;纬纱是通过使用棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维混纺而成。本发明的经纱中,聚酯纤维本身具有很好的抗皱、弹性以及速干性,改性后主要是增强了其抗紫外线性,同时加入抗菌性好的甲壳素纤维混纺,使其同时能够表现出更好的抗菌性;纬纱中,采用舒适度和吸湿透气性更好的棉纤维结合弹性好的聚氨基甲酸酯纤维混纺。最终得到的面料不仅具有舒适度和柔软度的优点,还具有非常好的抗紫外性和抗菌性。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,具体涉及一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装。
背景技术
梭织面料是织机以投梭的形式,将纱线通过经、纬向的交错而组成,其组织一般有平纹、斜纹和缎纹三大类。此类面料因织法经纬交错而牢固、挺括、不易变形。但是随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对于服装的功能和特性等方面越来越苛求,服装设计师对于功能性面料也就越来越关注。首先,在人们进行户外活动,接受阳光的照射时,而面料的防晒性能不好的话,会导致面料抗紫外性较差,紫外线的穿透性极强,面料很容易被穿透,从而使得皮肤受到紫外线的晒伤老化;其次,在现有的面料中有部分面料是具有一定抗菌性的,但是抗菌效果往往不足且无法持久。
因此,在现有的服装面料中,除了考虑服装的生态、舒适、柔软等方面外,也需要增加抗紫外线和抗菌性等一些功能,从而满足人们的多种需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,通过多功能梭织面料拼接缝合后制作得到;其中,多功能梭织面料由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成;经纱是通过使用改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺而成;纬纱是通过使用棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维混纺而成;
所述改性聚酯纤维的制备过程包括:
S1. 碱减量处理聚酯纤维:
将聚酯纤维在加入有苯扎氯铵的氢氧化钠溶液中回流搅拌处理,得到碱处理聚酯纤维;
S2. 乙烯基改性聚酯纤维:
将碱处理聚酯纤维投入至含有乙烯基环氧乙烷与苯扎氯铵的去离子水中,加热处理后,得到乙烯基改性聚酯纤维;
S3. 丁香酚共聚乙烯基改性聚酯纤维:
将丁香酚与乙烯基改性聚酯纤维在有机溶剂内引发聚合,得到丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维;
S4. 4-乙酰氨基水杨酸酯化聚酯纤维:
使用4-乙酰氨基水杨酸与丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维在脱水剂和催化剂的作用下接枝反应,得到改性聚酯纤维。
优选地,所述经纱的支数是40-50s,所述经纱的成分中,改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维的重量比值是(7.8-9.4):(0.6-2.2)。
优选地,所述经纱的混纺过程依次为:清棉、梳棉、预并条、精梳、混并、粗纱、细纱和络筒。
优选地,所述纬纱的支数是30-40s,所述纬纱的成分中,棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的重量比值是(8.8-9.6):(0.4-1.2)。
优选地,所述纬纱的混纺过程依次为:清花、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒。
优选地,所述甲壳素纤维购买自青岛即发新材料有限公司生产的,长度为45mm,纤度为1.5D。
优选地,所述多功能梭织面料织造工艺为平纹或斜纹,经向密度为168-172根/英寸,纬向密度75-80根/英寸。
优选地,所述多功能梭织面料的制作步骤包括:经过经纬交织后形成面料坯料,然后依次经过前处理、染色和后整理处理。
优选地,所述前处理即退浆,在30-45g/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入退浆剂Goon209至退浆剂浓度为1g/L,然后加入面料坯料,升温至90℃热处理1h后,使用90℃的水清洗。
优选地,所述染色是将退浆后的面料坯料置于染缸内,染缸内有染液,面料坯料与染液的重量比值是1:20,染液中包括10g/L的分散染料,1g/L的渗透剂JFC,10g/L的防泳移剂,染色温度是80-100℃,染色时间是0.5-1h。
优选地,所述后整理处理为,将染色后的面料坯料经过轧车烘干定型后,使用清水漂洗,再次烘干后即得到多功能梭织面料;其中,烘干定型的温度是110-130℃,车速是30-50m/min。
优选地,步骤S1的过程为:
将苯扎氯铵加入至氢氧化钠溶液中,混合均匀,之后加入聚酯纤维,超声20-40min,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,在油浴95-105℃的条件下回流搅拌处理40-80min,冷却至45-50℃后,捞出其中的纤维,沥干后,浸泡至45-50℃的纯水中涮洗,期间更换三次涮洗液,然后再次捞出纤维沥干,放置在100-110℃的烘箱内干燥,得到碱处理聚酯纤维;
其中,氢氧化钠溶液的质量浓度是5%-10%,聚酯纤维与氢氧化钠溶液的固液比是1:(5-7),苯扎氯铵的加入量是聚酯纤维质量的2%-4%。
优选地,步骤S2的过程为:
将乙烯基环氧乙烷与苯扎氯铵混合至去离子水中,投入碱处理聚酯纤维,超声20-40min,倒入反应容器内,在油浴80-100℃的条件下搅拌处理50-100min,捞出纤维后沥干,再放入100-110℃的烘箱内干燥,得到乙烯基改性聚酯纤维;
其中,乙烯基环氧乙烷、苯扎氯铵与去离子水的重量比值是3-6:1-2:100;碱处理聚酯纤维与去离子水的固液比是1:(6-10)。
优选地,步骤S3的过程为:
将丁香酚混合至N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,再投入乙烯基改性聚酯纤维,超声均匀后,滴加过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,在油浴75-95℃的条件下搅拌处理5-7h,捞出纤维后沥干,依次使用无水乙醇和去离子水洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维;
其中,丁香酚、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的重量比值是(5.2-6.8):(1-2):100;乙烯基改性聚酯纤维与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的重量比值是1:(6-10)。
优选地,步骤S4的过程为:
将4-乙酰氨基水杨酸混合于二氯甲烷中,均匀混合后,加入催化剂,放置在冰水浴条件下搅拌10-20min,然后加入脱水剂,继续搅拌15-20min后,加入丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至55℃,回流搅拌处理7-9h,自然冷却后,捞出纤维后沥干,使用丙酮洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到改性聚酯纤维;
其中,催化剂为对二甲氨基吡啶,脱水剂为二环己基碳化二亚胺,4-乙酰氨基水杨酸、催化剂、脱水剂与二氯甲烷的重量比值是(1.95-2.35):(0.04-0.08):(1.2-1.6):100,丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维与二氯甲烷的固液比是1:(10-15)。
优选地,所述穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装的制备过程是,将交织形成的多功能梭织面料经过剪切、拼接和缝合后,制作成合适的服装。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明制备出了一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,除了考虑到面料的舒适度和柔软度之外,还在面料中加入了抗紫外线和抗菌性等一些功能。
2.本发明的服装是采用多功能梭织面料拼接缝合制作得到,制作包括面料材料的织造,对面料的前处理、染色和后整理处理。梭织面料织造使用改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺成的经纱和棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维混纺成的纬纱交织形成。经纱中,聚酯纤维本身具有很好的抗皱、弹性以及速干性,改性后主要是增强了其抗紫外线性,同时加入抗菌性好的甲壳素纤维混纺,使其同时能够表现出更好的抗菌性;纬纱中,采用舒适度和吸湿透气性更好的棉纤维结合弹性好的聚氨基甲酸酯纤维混纺。最终得到的面料不仅具有舒适度和柔软度的优点,还具有非常好的抗紫外性和抗菌性。
3.在传统的抗紫外添加剂中,水杨酸酯类化合物(比如水杨酸苯酯)属于其中最常用的一类,但是其缺陷是熔点较低、紫外吸收系数较低以及光照下会引起色变。为了解决这个现象,同时为了增强织物的抗紫外线性,本发明对水杨酸酯类化合物进行改进,同时将其固定引入纤维上,从而增强面料长久的抗紫外性。传统的水杨酸苯酯是通过水杨酸和苯酚合成,本发明选择含有酚羟基的丁香酚替代苯酚,含有酰胺基团的4-乙酰氨基水杨酸替代水杨酸,从而合成一种新型的水杨酸苯酯类化合物。
4.本发明对纤维的改性过程中,是先将聚酯纤维进行碱减量处理,目的之一是增加聚酯纤维表面活性,之二是使聚酯纤维的表面形成凹坑,能够吸纳更多的目标物质。碱减量处理后的纤维表面活性增加,之后通过使用含有烯烃基团的乙烯基环氧乙烷对其进行烯烃基化处理,目的是为了引入同样含有烯烃基团的丁香酚,丁香酚中的双键基团与烯烃基化纤维表面的双键基团共聚,从而把丁香酚固定在纤维的表面。最后通过引入4-乙酰氨基水杨酸反应合成目标产物。由于选用的4-乙酰氨基水杨酸含有酰胺基团,所以具有一定的亲水性以及抗菌性,而通过丁香酚的引入,使得生成的水杨酸苯酯类化合物能够固定在纤维上。经过检测发现,得到的纤维面料具有优异的抗紫外线性,同时还具有一定的吸湿透气性和抗菌性,从而能够满足人们对于服装面料的多种需求。
具体实施方式
为了更清楚的说明本发明,对本发明的技术特征、目的和有益效果有更加清楚的理解,现对本发明的技术方案进行以下详细说明,但不能理解为对本发明的可实施范围的限定。
水杨酸酯类化合物,作为传统比较常用的紫外线吸收剂之一,能吸收280~330nm波长的紫外线,广泛的用于需要防晒的材料中,由于其原料无毒副作用,因此常被用于食品添加剂、化妆品材料以及面料中。但是这种紫外线吸收剂,比如水杨酸苯酯,熔点较低、易升华,且紫外吸收系数较低,并在强烈光照下会引起色变现象,因此逐渐被市场所抛弃。本发明在水杨酸酯类的基础上进行了一系列的改进,从而增强其紫外线的吸收系数以及增加其熔点,使其能够更好的服务于抗紫外的材料。
本发明中的固液比指的是固体的质量(g)与液体的体积(mL)比值(g/mL)。
下面结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,通过多功能梭织面料拼接缝合后制作得到;其中,多功能梭织面料由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成;经纱是通过使用改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺而成;纬纱是通过使用棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维混纺而成;
经纱的支数是40s,经纱的成分中,改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维的重量比值是8.5:1.5;经纱的混纺过程依次为:清棉、梳棉、预并条、精梳、混并、粗纱、细纱和络筒。
纬纱的支数是30s,纬纱的成分中,棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的重量比值是9.2:0.8;纬纱的混纺过程依次为:清花、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒。
甲壳素纤维购买自青岛即发新材料有限公司生产的,长度为45mm,纤度为1.5D。
多功能梭织面料织造工艺为平纹或斜纹,经向密度为172根/英寸,纬向密度78根/英寸。
多功能梭织面料的制作步骤包括:经过经纬交织后形成面料坯料,然后依次经过前处理、染色和后整理处理;前处理即退浆,在30g/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入退浆剂Goon209至退浆剂浓度为1g/L,然后加入面料坯料,升温至90℃热处理1h后,使用90℃的水清洗;染色是将退浆后的面料坯料置于染缸内,染缸内有染液,面料坯料与染液的重量比值是1:20,染液中包括10g/L的分散染料,1g/L的渗透剂JFC,10g/L的防泳移剂,染色温度是100℃,染色时间是0.5-1h;后整理处理为,将染色后的面料坯料经过轧车烘干定型后,使用清水漂洗,再次烘干后即得到多功能梭织面料;其中,烘干定型的温度是110℃,车速是40m/min。
其中,改性聚酯纤维的制备过程包括:
步骤S1:
将苯扎氯铵加入至氢氧化钠溶液中,混合均匀,之后加入聚酯纤维,超声30min,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,在油浴100℃的条件下回流搅拌处理60min,冷却至50℃后,捞出其中的纤维,沥干后,浸泡至50℃的纯水中涮洗,期间更换三次涮洗液,然后再次捞出纤维沥干,放置在110℃的烘箱内干燥,得到碱处理聚酯纤维;
其中,氢氧化钠溶液的质量浓度是8%,聚酯纤维与氢氧化钠溶液的固液比是1:6,苯扎氯铵的加入量是聚酯纤维质量的3%。
步骤S2:
将乙烯基环氧乙烷与苯扎氯铵混合至去离子水中,投入碱处理聚酯纤维,超声30min,倒入反应容器内,在油浴90℃的条件下搅拌处理80min,捞出纤维后沥干,再放入100℃的烘箱内干燥,得到乙烯基改性聚酯纤维;
其中,乙烯基环氧乙烷、苯扎氯铵与去离子水的重量比值是4:1:100;碱处理聚酯纤维与去离子水的固液比是1:8。
步骤S3:
将丁香酚混合至N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,再投入乙烯基改性聚酯纤维,超声均匀后,滴加过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,在油浴85℃的条件下搅拌处理6h,捞出纤维后沥干,依次使用无水乙醇和去离子水洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维;
其中,丁香酚、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的重量比值是6:1.5:100;乙烯基改性聚酯纤维与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的重量比值是1:8。
步骤S4:
将4-乙酰氨基水杨酸混合于二氯甲烷中,均匀混合后,加入催化剂,放置在冰水浴条件下搅拌10min,然后加入脱水剂,继续搅拌15min后,加入丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,以2℃/min的速度升温至55℃,回流搅拌处理8h,自然冷却后,捞出纤维后沥干,使用丙酮洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到改性聚酯纤维;
其中,催化剂为对二甲氨基吡啶,脱水剂为二环己基碳化二亚胺,4-乙酰氨基水杨酸、催化剂、脱水剂与二氯甲烷的重量比值是2.15:0.06:1.4:100,丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维与二氯甲烷的固液比是1:10。
上述穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装的制备过程是,将交织形成的多功能梭织面料经过剪切、拼接和缝合后,制作成合适的服装。
实施例2
一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,通过多功能梭织面料拼接缝合后制作得到;其中,多功能梭织面料由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成;经纱是通过使用改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺而成;纬纱是通过使用棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维混纺而成;
经纱的支数是40s,经纱的成分中,改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维的重量比值是7.8:2.2;经纱的混纺过程依次为:清棉、梳棉、预并条、精梳、混并、粗纱、细纱和络筒。
纬纱的支数是30s,纬纱的成分中,棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的重量比值是8.8:1.2;纬纱的混纺过程依次为:清花、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒。
甲壳素纤维购买自青岛即发新材料有限公司生产的,长度为45mm,纤度为1.5D。

其中,改性聚酯纤维的制备过程包括:
步骤S1:
将苯扎氯铵加入至氢氧化钠溶液中,混合均匀,之后加入聚酯纤维,超声20min,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,在油浴95℃的条件下回流搅拌处理80min,冷却至45℃后,捞出其中的纤维,沥干后,浸泡至45℃的纯水中涮洗,期间更换三次涮洗液,然后再次捞出纤维沥干,放置在100℃的烘箱内干燥,得到碱处理聚酯纤维;
其中,氢氧化钠溶液的质量浓度是5%,聚酯纤维与氢氧化钠溶液的固液比是1:5,苯扎氯铵的加入量是聚酯纤维质量的2%。
步骤S2:
将乙烯基环氧乙烷与苯扎氯铵混合至去离子水中,投入碱处理聚酯纤维,超声20min,倒入反应容器内,在油浴80℃的条件下搅拌处理50min,捞出纤维后沥干,再放入100℃的烘箱内干燥,得到乙烯基改性聚酯纤维;
其中,乙烯基环氧乙烷、苯扎氯铵与去离子水的重量比值是3:1:100;碱处理聚酯纤维与去离子水的固液比是1:6。
步骤S3:
将丁香酚混合至N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,再投入乙烯基改性聚酯纤维,超声均匀后,滴加过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,在油浴75℃的条件下搅拌处理5h,捞出纤维后沥干,依次使用无水乙醇和去离子水洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维;
其中,丁香酚、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的重量比值是5.2:1:100;乙烯基改性聚酯纤维与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的重量比值是1:6。
步骤S4:
将4-乙酰氨基水杨酸混合于二氯甲烷中,均匀混合后,加入催化剂,放置在冰水浴条件下搅拌10min,然后加入脱水剂,继续搅拌15min后,加入丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,以2℃/min的速度升温至55℃,回流搅拌处理7h,自然冷却后,捞出纤维后沥干,使用丙酮洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到改性聚酯纤维;
其中,催化剂为对二甲氨基吡啶,脱水剂为二环己基碳化二亚胺,4-乙酰氨基水杨酸、催化剂、脱水剂与二氯甲烷的重量比值是1.95:0.04:1.2:100,丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维与二氯甲烷的固液比是1:10。
上述穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装的制备过程是,将交织形成的多功能梭织面料经过剪切、拼接和缝合后,制作成合适的服装。
实施例3
一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,通过多功能梭织面料拼接缝合后制作得到;其中,多功能梭织面料由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成;经纱是通过使用改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺而成;纬纱是通过使用棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维混纺而成;
经纱的支数是50s,经纱的成分中,改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维的重量比值是9.4:0.6;经纱的混纺过程依次为:清棉、梳棉、预并条、精梳、混并、粗纱、细纱和络筒。
纬纱的支数是40s,纬纱的成分中,棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的重量比值是9.6:0.4;纬纱的混纺过程依次为:清花、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒。
甲壳素纤维购买自青岛即发新材料有限公司生产的,长度为45mm,纤度为1.5D。
多功能梭织面料织造工艺为平纹或斜纹,经向密度为172根/英寸,纬向密度80根/英寸。
多功能梭织面料的制作步骤包括:经过经纬交织后形成面料坯料,然后依次经过前处理、染色和后整理处理;前处理即退浆,在45g/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入退浆剂Goon209至退浆剂浓度为1g/L,然后加入面料坯料,升温至90℃热处理1h后,使用90℃的水清洗;染色是将退浆后的面料坯料置于染缸内,染缸内有染液,面料坯料与染液的重量比值是1:20,染液中包括10g/L的分散染料,1g/L的渗透剂JFC,10g/L的防泳移剂,染色温度是100℃,染色时间是0.5h;后整理处理为,将染色后的面料坯料经过轧车烘干定型后,使用清水漂洗,再次烘干后即得到多功能梭织面料;其中,烘干定型的温度是130℃,车速是30m/min。
其中,改性聚酯纤维的制备过程包括:
步骤S1:
将苯扎氯铵加入至氢氧化钠溶液中,混合均匀,之后加入聚酯纤维,超声40min,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,在油浴105℃的条件下回流搅拌处理80min,冷却至50℃后,捞出其中的纤维,沥干后,浸泡至50℃的纯水中涮洗,期间更换三次涮洗液,然后再次捞出纤维沥干,放置在110℃的烘箱内干燥,得到碱处理聚酯纤维;
其中,氢氧化钠溶液的质量浓度是10%,聚酯纤维与氢氧化钠溶液的固液比是1:7,苯扎氯铵的加入量是聚酯纤维质量的4%。
步骤S2:
将乙烯基环氧乙烷与苯扎氯铵混合至去离子水中,投入碱处理聚酯纤维,超声40min,倒入反应容器内,在油浴100℃的条件下搅拌处理50min,捞出纤维后沥干,再放入110℃的烘箱内干燥,得到乙烯基改性聚酯纤维;
其中,乙烯基环氧乙烷、苯扎氯铵与去离子水的重量比值是6:2:100;碱处理聚酯纤维与去离子水的固液比是1:10。
步骤S3:
将丁香酚混合至N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,再投入乙烯基改性聚酯纤维,超声均匀后,滴加过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,在油浴95℃的条件下搅拌处理7h,捞出纤维后沥干,依次使用无水乙醇和去离子水洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维;
其中,丁香酚、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的重量比值是6.8:2:100;乙烯基改性聚酯纤维与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的重量比值是1:10。
步骤S4:
将4-乙酰氨基水杨酸混合于二氯甲烷中,均匀混合后,加入催化剂,放置在冰水浴条件下搅拌20min,然后加入脱水剂,继续搅拌20min后,加入丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,以3℃/min的速度升温至55℃,回流搅拌处理9h,自然冷却后,捞出纤维后沥干,使用丙酮洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到改性聚酯纤维;
其中,催化剂为对二甲氨基吡啶,脱水剂为二环己基碳化二亚胺,4-乙酰氨基水杨酸、催化剂、脱水剂与二氯甲烷的重量比值是2.35:0.08:1.6:100,丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维与二氯甲烷的固液比是1:15。
上述穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装的制备过程是,将交织形成的多功能梭织面料经过剪切、拼接和缝合后,制作成合适的服装。
对比例1(直接使用水杨酸苯酯处理纤维)
一种梭织面料服装,与实施例1的区别在于改性聚酯纤维的制备方法不同。
改性聚酯纤维的制备过程为:
步骤S1:碱减量处理聚酯纤维,与实施例1相同;
步骤S2:水杨酸苯酯处理碱处理聚酯纤维:
将碱处理聚酯纤维浸泡至10wt%邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯(即水杨酸苯酯)的乙醇溶液中,升温至50℃,搅拌混合5h后,取出并使用纯水冲洗三次,干燥后,得到改性聚酯纤维。
对比例2(在纤维表面合成水杨酸苯酯)
一种梭织面料服装,与实施例1的区别在于改性聚酯纤维的制备方法不同。
改性聚酯纤维的制备过程为:
步骤S1:碱减量处理聚酯纤维,与实施例1相同;
步骤S2:苯酚处理碱处理聚酯纤维:
将碱处理聚酯纤维浸泡至10wt%苯酚的乙醇溶液中,升温至50℃,搅拌混合5h后,取出干燥后,得到苯酚处理聚酯纤维;
步骤S3:使用水杨酸改性苯酚处理聚酯纤维:
将水杨酸混合于二氯甲烷中,均匀混合后,加入催化剂,放置在冰水浴条件下搅拌10min,然后加入脱水剂,继续搅拌15min后,加入苯酚处理聚酯纤维,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,以2℃/min的速度升温至55℃,回流搅拌处理8h,自然冷却后,捞出纤维后沥干,使用丙酮洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到改性聚酯纤维;
其中,催化剂为对二甲氨基吡啶,脱水剂为二环己基碳化二亚胺,水杨酸、催化剂、脱水剂与二氯甲烷的重量比值是2.15:0.06:1.4:100,苯酚处理聚酯纤维与二氯甲烷的固液比是1:10。
为了能够更加清楚地说明本发明,本发明还针对面料进行了实验检测,检测结果如下表1:

注:断裂强力参考标准GB/T 3923.1-2013的方法;透气量参考标准GB/T 5453-1997的检测方法;透湿量参考标准GB/T 12704.2-2009的检测方法;抗紫外性(280-400nm)的检测参考标准GB/T 18830-2002,所使用仪器为紫外-可见分光光度计751GD;抗菌性(抗菌率)的检测参考标准GB/T 20944-2007,通过换算成百分比得出抗菌率;水洗是指使用45℃的清水在洗衣机内正常洗涤30min。
结果分析:从表1中的结果能够看出,实施例1-3制备得到的面料不仅在抗紫外线和抗菌方面表现优异,更加耐高温耐洗耐用,而且在透气透湿方面也有较大改善。相比较于实施例1-3,对比例1和对比例2的抗紫外线性能较弱,原因可能是实施例1直接处理的吸附效率较差,且很容易被热水洗掉,实施例2在表面合成的过程中苯酚的吸附较少,固定性较差,同时合成的水杨酸苯酯熔点较低,也很容易被热水洗掉。
因此,本发明实施例1-3制备的面料穿着更加舒适,同时能够满足人们对于服装面料的多种需求。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,其特征在于,通过多功能梭织面料拼接缝合后制作得到;其中,多功能梭织面料由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成;经纱是使用改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺而成;纬纱是使用棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维混纺而成;
所述改性聚酯纤维的制备过程包括:
S1. 碱减量处理聚酯纤维:
将聚酯纤维在加入有苯扎氯铵的氢氧化钠溶液中回流搅拌处理,得到碱处理聚酯纤维;
S2. 乙烯基改性聚酯纤维:
将碱处理聚酯纤维投入至含有乙烯基环氧乙烷与苯扎氯铵的去离子水中,加热处理后,得到乙烯基改性聚酯纤维;
S3. 丁香酚共聚乙烯基改性聚酯纤维:
将丁香酚与乙烯基改性聚酯纤维在有机溶剂内引发聚合,得到丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维;
S4. 4-乙酰氨基水杨酸酯化聚酯纤维:
使用4-乙酰氨基水杨酸与丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维在脱水剂和催化剂的作用下接枝反应,得到改性聚酯纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,其特征在于,所述经纱的支数是40-50s,所述经纱的成分中,改性聚酯纤维与甲壳素纤维的重量比值是(7.8-9.4):(0.6-2.2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,其特征在于,所述纬纱的支数是30-40s,所述纬纱的成分中,棉纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的重量比值是(8.8-9.6):(0.4-1.2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,其特征在于,所述多功能梭织面料织造工艺为平纹或斜纹,经向密度为168-172根/英寸,纬向密度75-80根/英寸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,其特征在于,所述多功能梭织面料的制作步骤包括:经过经纬交织后形成面料坯料,然后依次经过前处理、染色和后整理处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,其特征在于,所述前处理即退浆,在30-45g/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入退浆剂Goon209至退浆剂浓度为1g/L,然后加入面料坯料,升温至90℃热处理1h后,使用90℃的水清洗;
所述染色是将退浆后的面料坯料置于染缸内,染缸内有染液,面料坯料与染液的重量比值是1:20,染液中包括10g/L的分散染料,1g/L的渗透剂JFC,10g/L的防泳移剂,染色温度是80-100℃,染色时间是0.5-1h;
所述后整理处理为,将染色后的面料坯料经过轧车烘干定型后,使用清水漂洗,再次烘干后即得到多功能梭织面料;其中,烘干定型的温度是110-130℃,车速是30-50m/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,其特征在于,步骤S1的过程为:
将苯扎氯铵加入至氢氧化钠溶液中,混合均匀,之后加入聚酯纤维,超声20-40min,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,在油浴95-105℃的条件下回流搅拌处理40-80min,冷却至45-50℃后,捞出其中的纤维,沥干后,浸泡至45-50℃的纯水中涮洗,期间更换三次涮洗液,然后再次捞出纤维沥干,放置在100-110℃的烘箱内干燥,得到碱处理聚酯纤维;
其中,氢氧化钠溶液的质量浓度是5%-10%,聚酯纤维与氢氧化钠溶液的固液比是1:(5-7),苯扎氯铵的加入量是聚酯纤维质量的2%-4%;固液比指的是固体的质量(g)与液体的体积(mL)比值(g/mL)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,其特征在于,步骤S2的过程为:
将乙烯基环氧乙烷与苯扎氯铵混合至去离子水中,投入碱处理聚酯纤维,超声20-40min,倒入反应容器内,在油浴80-100℃的条件下搅拌处理50-100min,捞出纤维后沥干,再放入100-110℃的烘箱内干燥,得到乙烯基改性聚酯纤维;
其中,乙烯基环氧乙烷、苯扎氯铵与去离子水的重量比值是(3-6):(1-2):100;碱处理聚酯纤维与去离子水的固液比是1:(6-10);固液比指的是固体的质量(g)与液体的体积(mL)比值(g/mL)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,其特征在于,步骤S3的过程为:
将丁香酚混合至N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,再投入乙烯基改性聚酯纤维,超声均匀后,滴加过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,在油浴75-95℃的条件下搅拌处理5-7h,捞出纤维后沥干,依次使用无水乙醇和去离子水洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维;
其中,丁香酚、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的重量比值是(5.2-6.8):(1-2):100;乙烯基改性聚酯纤维与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的重量比值是1:(6-10);固液比指的是固体的质量(g)与液体的体积(mL)比值(g/mL)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿着舒适的多功能梭织面料服装,其特征在于,步骤S4的过程为:
将4-乙酰氨基水杨酸混合于二氯甲烷中,均匀混合后,加入催化剂,放置在冰水浴条件下搅拌10-20min,然后加入脱水剂,继续搅拌15-20min后,加入丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维,倒入反应容器内,架上冷凝回流装置,以2-3℃/min的速度升温至55℃,回流搅拌处理7-9h,自然冷却后,捞出纤维后沥干,使用丙酮洗涤三次,真空干燥,得到改性聚酯纤维;
其中,催化剂为对二甲氨基吡啶,脱水剂为二环己基碳化二亚胺,4-乙酰氨基水杨酸、催化剂、脱水剂与二氯甲烷的重量比值是(1.95-2.35):(0.04-0.08):(1.2-1.6):100,丁香酚共聚改性聚酯纤维与二氯甲烷的固液比是1:(10-15)。
