技术领域
本发明属于保护膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐气候性保护膜。
背景技术
一方面,电子产品等产品在搬运和使用过程中,其表面容易受到接触性污染或磨痕划伤。另一方面,电子装置需要更加轻薄短小的需求下,电气操作的功率密度更需要不断提高,这些电子产品的应用场合一般都有防静电的要求,因为静电的存在不仅是产品表面容易吸附灰尘,更加影响线路的精准度,或导致电子产品加工过程中线路击穿,使产品失效。因此,有必要对保护膜做静电防护处理。
现有抗静电膜受环境湿度影响较大,防静电性能不稳定,从而由于贴覆抗静电膜的电子产品在工艺流程或使用环境等,其湿度变化区间较大,给产品带来了不确定的风险。因此,如何开发一种受环境湿度影响小,防静电性能稳定的抗静电膜,成为本领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种耐气候性保护膜,该耐气候性保护膜既提高了抗静电性能,也使得抗静电膜在环境湿度影变化较大的情况下,表面电阻变化几乎很小,防静电性能稳定,从而适合复杂电子产品工艺流程合气候,大大降低了电子产品损伤的几率。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种耐气候性保护膜,包括基材层、第一抗静电涂层和第二抗静电涂层,所述第一抗静电涂层和第二抗静电涂层分别位于基材层的上表面和下表面,一压敏胶层位于离型层与第二抗静电涂层之间,所述压敏胶层位于第二抗静电涂层与基材层相背的表面;
所述第一抗静电涂层和第二抗静电涂层均由涂覆液烘干获得,此涂覆液由以下重量份组分组成:聚氨酯树脂100份、聚乙烯醇60份、辛基硫酸钠2.5份、N-乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-3-甲基苯胺钠盐1.5份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯12份、正丁醇42份、醋酸异丁酯20份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.5份、三亚乙基四胺0.5份、硅烷类偶合剂0.6份、抗氧化剂1.2份、流平剂0.9份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1、上述方案中,所述抗氧化剂选自抗氧剂1024。
2、上述方案中,所述基材层的厚度为40~100μm。
3、上述方案中,所述第一抗静电涂层和第二抗静电涂层厚度均为3~10μm。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明耐气候性保护膜,其通过添加辛基硫酸钠、N-乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-3-甲基苯胺钠盐和蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,既提高了抗静电性能,也使得抗静电膜在环境湿度影变化较大的情况下,表面电阻变化几乎很小,防静电性能稳定,从而适合复杂电子产品工艺流程合气候,大大降低了电子产品损伤的几率。

上述抗氧化剂选自抗氧剂1024,上述流平剂选自流平剂DC57。
上述基材层为TPU层,上述基材层的厚度为50μm。
上述第一抗静电涂层和第二抗静电涂层厚度均为6μm。
上述耐气候性保护膜的制备方法如下:将聚氨酯树脂、聚乙烯醇、辛基硫酸钠、N-乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-3-甲基苯胺钠盐、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、正丁醇、醋酸异丁酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、三亚乙基四胺、硅烷类偶合剂、抗氧化剂、流平剂混合,搅拌均匀后,得到涂覆液;
将涂覆液均匀涂覆于基材层1上,烘烤干燥获得耐气候性保护膜。
对比例1~2:一种抗静电膜,包括基材层、第一抗静电涂层和第二抗静电涂层,所述第一抗静电涂层和第二抗静电涂层分别位于基材层的上表面和下表面,一压敏胶层位于离型层与第二抗静电涂层之间,所述压敏胶层位于第二抗静电涂层与基材层相背的表面;
所述第一抗静电涂层和第二抗静电涂层均由涂覆液烘干获得,此涂覆液由以下重量份组分组成,如表1所示:

如表2的评价结果所示,实施例抗静电膜抗静电性能优良,在环境湿度影变化较大的情况下,表面电阻变化几乎不变化,而对比例1抗静电效果相对差,对比例2表面电阻随着湿度变化,波动大;可知,本发明既提高了抗静电性能,也使得抗静电膜在环境湿度影变化较大的情况下,表面电阻变化几乎很小,防静电性能稳定,从而适合复杂电子产品工艺流程合气候,大大降低了电子产品损伤的几率。
