Abstract

本发明公开了一种陶瓷环氧涂料,由环氧树脂、流平剂、石英粉及防沉剂组成甲组份;由固化剂、增韧剂、流平剂、石英粉、防沉剂及促进剂组成乙组份。将甲、乙组份以1∶1的配比现场混合均匀构成了甲、乙双组份高分子环氧涂料。由于本发明采用了高强度、高粘接力、高弹性的环氧树脂及强度高、耐腐蚀,抗冲击且廉价的石英粉组成双组份高分子环氧涂料,并且加入了防沉剂和促进剂,避免了石英粉在涂料中的沉淀,使涂料在喷涂过程中不会堵塞和磨损喷嘴,解决了目前涂料喷涂施工困难、且涂层质量差的缺点。石英粉含量的增加也大大降低了涂料的制造成本,本发明不含苯类溶剂,且常温固化、常温施工,符合环保要求,具有十分广阔的市场前景。

发明领域
本发明涉及到化工防腐领域,具体的说是涉及到一种陶瓷环氧涂料。
背景技术
当前,在国内外地下管道防腐领域中对于钢管和铸铁管的防腐,大多是用各类性质的防腐涂料或油漆对其内外壁进行喷涂或刷涂形成内外防腐层。由于一般油漆防腐性能较差,用于地下管道的防腐油漆已经很少见了,而现在常用的防腐涂料中,高分子环氧树脂类防腐涂料使用很普遍,也称为陶瓷环氧涂料。陶瓷环氧涂料一般都是由高分子环氧树脂、增韧剂、流平剂、石英粉及固化剂按一定比例混合而成,虽然这种传统的陶瓷环氧涂料应用很广泛,但也存在着如下的缺点:石英粉虽然能使涂料的粘结力增强并提高涂层机械强度,还耐腐蚀,抗冲击,但其含量不能高,一般都在10%以下,这是因为石英含量高了存在着沉淀的问题,使喷涂时堵塞和磨损喷嘴,造成喷涂困难,而石英粉则也不能均匀到分配到涂料涂层中去,降低了涂层的粘结力,涂层易脱落,影响了涂层的防腐质量。并且由于廉价的石英粉含量很低,也造成了陶瓷环氧涂料的成本很高,使得其推广应用受到了很大的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机械强度高、粘接力强、成本低、防腐性能优良且易喷涂的陶瓷环氧涂料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用在一般陶瓷环氧涂料中增加防沉剂及促进剂的方法来大幅度提高石英粉的含量的技术方案,其特点在于:一种陶瓷环氧涂料,由环氧树脂、流平剂、石英粉及由气相二氧化硅和粉煤灰构成的防沉剂组成甲组份;由固化剂、增韧剂、流平剂、石英粉、气相二氧化硅和粉煤灰构成的防沉剂及由2,4,6--三甲基苯酚构成的促进剂组成乙组份;甲、乙组份成分构成分别为(按重量百分比计):
甲组份:
        环氧树脂                     30-60%
        石英粉                       30-60%
        防沉剂                       1-5%
        流平剂                       1-5%
乙组份:
        石英粉                       40-70%
        固化剂                       10-25%
        增韧剂                       5-20%
        防沉剂                       1-5%
        促进剂                       1-5%
        流平剂                       1-5%
甲乙组份的混合比例为1∶1其中所述的防沉剂的组份为:(按重量百分比计):
        气相二氧化硅                      30%
        粉煤灰                            70%
其中所述的促进剂为2,4,6-三甲基苯酚(DMP---30)
本发明的使用方法是:在对钢铁的管道进行防腐处理时先将要处理的表面清扫干净,再将事先配置好的甲、乙组份以1∶1的配比现场混合均匀,可以用毛刷或是喷涂机械进行刷涂或是喷涂,自然干燥后完成管道的防腐处理。由于本发明采用了甲、乙双组份制备高分子环氧涂料,又选用了高强度、高粘接力、高弹性的环氧树脂,增加了防腐层的粘接力和机械性能,特别是在涂料中加入了防沉剂和促进剂,就可以在涂料中大量增加强度高、耐腐蚀,抗冲击且廉价的石英粉,解决了目前涂料涂层粘结力差、涂层易脱落,影响涂层的防腐质量的缺点。并且由于加入的防沉剂和促进剂,能使涂料中各种有机成分的亲和力提高而使涂料混合更加均匀,而防沉剂则可以使石英粉能在涂料中长时间悬浮,避免了石英粉在涂料中的沉淀,使涂料在喷涂过程中不会堵塞和磨损喷嘴,解决了喷涂困难的这一难题。由于石英粉含量的增加,也就大大降低了涂料的制造成本。具有十分广阔的市场前景。本涂料不含苯类溶剂属于环保型防腐材料,并且在使用时是常温固化、常温施工,也消除了施工中的环境污染。

喷涂施工前,在现场按照实施例1或2将配置好的甲乙组份以1∶1的比例混合均匀后就可以刷涂或喷涂的方式进行施工。

1.一种陶瓷环氧涂料,由环氧树脂、流平剂、石英粉及由30%的气相二氧化硅和70%的粉煤灰构成的防沉剂组成甲组份;由固化剂、增韧剂、流平剂、石英粉、30%的气相二氧化硅和70%的粉煤灰构成的防沉剂及由2,4,6--三甲基苯酚构成的促进剂组成乙组份;甲、乙组份成分构成分别为(按重量百分比计):

        流平剂                      1-5%
乙组份:
        石英粉                      40-70%
        固化剂                      10-25%
