本发明公开一种袋式除尘器,包括带多个腔室的除尘器本体,除尘器本体的中部为进出风室,进出风室的两侧为安装滤袋的袋室,袋室的上部则为净气室,进出风室内设置气流分隔板,将进出风室分隔为前下部分的进风室和后上部分的出风室;净气室与出风室间设置可控制其连通与分隔的离线阀门;除尘器本体下部设置灰斗,灰斗的一侧与进风室相连通,另一侧与袋室相连通,灰斗与进气室通道相连通的位置设置倾斜的折流板,折流板的下方倾斜设置多个分流板、灰斗与除尘器本体相连通的位置设置多个呈错列排布的角钢形除尘挡板。通过折流板、角钢形除尘挡板和分流板过滤排出粗颗粒粉尘,高效实现了对锅炉排烟含尘气体进行过滤清除,提高了安全性。

Description

一种袋式除尘器
技术领域
本发明涉及电力行业除尘设备,具体是用于燃生物质锅炉的袋式除尘器。
背景技术
袋式除尘器是目前燃生物质锅炉排烟中烟尘等颗粒物脱除的主要设备之一,一般由除尘器本体、离线阀组、旁通阀组和脉冲喷吹装置组成,燃生物质锅炉(或燃用其他颗粒较细、质地较轻的燃料),由于其颗粒质量轻,燃料在未燃尽状态下,易随烟气进入到除尘器中,产生二次燃烧,造成布袋烧穿现象。因此,在烟气进入布袋前进行预处理,将其未燃尽的大颗粒物去除,避免二次燃烧问题就显得尤为重要。目前解决这一问题的方法是在袋式除尘器前设置多管旋风除尘器,此方法虽能解决袋式除尘器烧袋问题,但需额外增设多管旋风除尘器,由此增加了土建成本及设备投资成本,同时使得电厂烟风系统更加复杂,增大了烟气阻力及增加了引风机能耗。因额外增设的旋风除尘器需通过烟道与袋式除尘器串联在一起,而旋风除尘器也具有一定的阻力(约500~1000Pa),因此导致锅炉烟风系统阻力增大,引风机压头需同步增大导致其能耗增加。另外,还因为旋风除尘器体积大,不但增加占地面积,还造成设备投资增加,在设备运行过程中还产生烟气阻力增大、引风机能耗高等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种结构简单、高效除尘的袋式除尘器。
本发明所述的袋式除尘器,包括带多个腔室的除尘器本体,除尘器本体的中部为进出风室,进出风室的两侧为安装滤袋的袋室,袋室的上部则为净气室,进出风室内设置气流分隔板,将进出风室分隔为前下部分的进风室和后上部分的出风室;净气室与出风室间设置可控制其连通与分隔的离线阀门;除尘器本体下部设置灰斗,灰斗的一侧与进风室相连通,另一侧与袋室相连通,灰斗与进气室通道相连通的位置设置倾斜的折流板,折流板的下方倾斜设置多个分流板、灰斗与除尘器本体相连通的位置设置多个呈错列排布的角钢形除尘挡板。
所述的袋式除尘器,含尘气体从进风室进入,在气流分隔板的作用下向下从灰斗的一侧通入灰斗内,气流依次撞击灰斗内壁、折流板和分流板,由于惯性及重力作用,气流中的粗颗粒粉尘会掉落至灰斗内,气流又在折流板和分流板的作用下形成折流弯折向上并冲向呈错列排布的角钢形除尘挡板,角钢形除尘挡板防止粗颗粒粉尘从灰斗的另一侧进入袋室内进一步燃烧滤袋引发火灾,而经过灰斗过滤的气体则向上经过袋室内的滤过进行过滤后进入净气室,然后进入出风室排出。本发明结构简单,含粗颗粒的气流通过灰斗内设置的折流板、角钢形除尘挡板和分流板过滤排出粗颗粒粉尘,含细小粉尘的气体向上流通经过袋室的滤袋过滤,最后进入净气室和出气室排出,高效实现了对锅炉排烟含尘气体进行过滤清除,提高了安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种袋式除尘器,包括带多个腔室的除尘器本体1,除尘器本体的中部为进出风室2,进出风室的两侧为安装滤袋的袋室3,袋室的上部则为净气室4,进出风室内设置气流分隔板5,将进出风室分隔为前下部分的进风室和后上部分的出风室;净气室与出风室间设置可控制其连通与分隔的离线阀门;除尘器本体下部设置灰斗6,灰斗的一侧与进风室相连通,另一侧与袋室相连通,灰斗与进气室通道相连通的位置设置倾斜的折流板61,折流板的下方倾斜设置多个分流板62、灰斗与除尘器本体相连通的位置设置多个呈错列排布的角钢形除尘挡板63。所述的袋式除尘器,含尘气体从进风室进入,在气流分隔板的作用下向下从灰斗的一侧通入灰斗内,气流依次撞击灰斗内壁、折流板和分流板,由于惯性重力,气流中的粗颗粒粉尘会掉落至灰斗内,气流又在折流板和分流板的作用下形成折流弯折向上并冲向呈错列排布的角钢形除尘挡板,角钢形除尘挡板防止粗颗粒粉尘从灰斗的另一侧进入袋室内进一步燃烧滤袋引发火灾,而经过灰斗过滤的气体则向上经过袋室内的滤过进行过滤后进入净气室,然后进入出风室排出。本发明结构简单,含粗颗粒的气流通过灰斗内设置的折流板、角钢形除尘挡板和分流板过滤排出粗颗粒粉尘,含细小粉尘的气体向上流通经过袋室的滤袋过滤,最后进入净气室和出气室排出,高效实现了对锅炉排烟含尘气体进行过滤清除,提高了安全性。
还包括由多个离线阀门组成的离线阀组,每个净气室配置两个离线阀门,工作时离线阀组处于打开状态,净气室的经过过滤的干净气体由离线阀门排入出风室。离线阀门的开和闭,由直接与阀杆连接的气缸进行控制。气缸的给气和排气由二位五通电磁阀控制,而电磁阀的动作由清灰程序控制仪进行控制。
所述除尘器本体内设置旁通阀组,旁通阀组由多个大直径旁通阀组成,旁通阀的阀杆穿过净气室顶部的套管,套管起到导向和密封作用。当设备工况出现异常时,为保护滤袋,旁通阀阀板开启,使得进入设备的高温烟气经过旁通阀门直接排入大气;当设备恢复正常时,此时将阀板回归原位,使设备处于正常过滤状态。
所述袋室除尘器还包括脉冲喷吹装置,所述脉冲喷吹装置包括储气罐、电磁脉冲阀、喷吹管。喷吹管设置在袋室的上部,电磁脉冲阀的动作由清灰程序控制仪通过电磁脉冲阀上的电磁线圈进行控制。为保证电磁脉冲阀所需的空气压力,电磁脉冲阀安装于储气罐上,各储气罐单独进气,互相气路不受影响,储气罐内有排水阀,定期打开排水阀已排除罐体内的积水。
所述气流分隔板为倾斜设置在进出风室内,倾斜的气流分隔板具有引导气流向下进入的灰斗的作用,有利于加快气流流入灰斗的速度,提高过滤速率。
所述滤袋采用复合针刺过滤毡,具有耐高温、易清灰、阻力低、寿命长等特点。
所述灰斗上还设置有用于击打灰斗内壁的仓壁振打器,用于清除灰斗内壁上的积灰。
所述灰斗出口设置手动插板阀和电动卸灰阀,方便自动或手动的及时排灰。
所述除尘器本体顶部设置可开合的顶盖,方便用于检查设备和更换袋室内的布袋。
所述除尘器本体外部设置有平台扶梯,因除尘器本体体积较大,平台扶梯能够方便人员爬上除尘器本体上安装设备或者检查设备。

1.一种袋式除尘器,其特征在于,包括带多个腔室的除尘器本体(1),除尘器本体的中部为进出风室(2),进出风室的两侧为安装滤袋的袋室(3),袋室的上部则为净气室(4),进出风室内设置气流分隔板(5),将进出风室分隔为前下部分的进风室和后上部分的出风室;净气室与出风室间设置可控制其连通与分隔的离线阀门;除尘器本体下部设置灰斗(6),灰斗的一侧与进风室相连通,另一侧与袋室相连通,灰斗与进气室通道相连通的位置设置倾斜的折流板(61),折流板的下方倾斜设置多个分流板(62)、灰斗与除尘器本体相连通的位置设置多个呈错列排布的角钢形除尘挡板(63)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的袋式除尘器,其特征在于,还包括由多个离线阀门组成的离线阀组,每个净气室配置两个离线阀门。
3.根据权利要求1所述的袋式除尘器,其特征在于,所述除尘器本体内设置旁通阀组,旁通阀组由多个大直径旁通阀组成,旁通阀的阀杆穿过净气室顶部的套管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的袋式除尘器,其特征在于,所述袋室除尘器还包括脉冲喷吹装置,所述脉冲喷吹装置包括储气罐、电磁脉冲阀、设置在袋室上部的喷吹管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的袋式除尘器,其特征在于,所述气流分隔板为倾斜设置在进出风室内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的袋式除尘器,其特征在于,所述灰斗上还设置有用于击打灰斗内壁的仓壁振打器。
