Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of production of plant fiber mattresses, in particular to a production process of a 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress.
Background
The plant fiber mattress is prepared from plant fiber materials such as palm fiber, oil palm, hemp, bamboo fiber, coconut fiber and the like. Chinese patent 90100464.2 discloses a method for producing a plant fiber mattress, which comprises curling plant fiber filaments, blowing the crimped plant fiber filaments into a three-dimensional distribution by air flow, spraying glue to bond the nodes between palm fibers to obtain plant fiber elastic sheets, and stacking the elastic sheets to obtain the mattress. The existing production process adopts the technical scheme that an elastic sheet slightly wider than the width of a mattress is produced firstly, then the elastic sheet is stacked in the forward direction along the production line to form a mattress core material, and the mattress core material is subjected to hot pressing, vulcanization and edge trimming. However, the mattress produced by the prior art has the following defects: in a humid area, the mattress can generate peculiar smell and insects along with the change of weather, and the sensory quality of the mattress is influenced;
meanwhile, in the production process of the existing 3E coconut fiber mattress, the corresponding mattress is mainly obtained by hot-press molding after the coconut fiber and the low-heat-melting fiber are melted at high temperature, but the mattress produced by the process has the following defects: the air permeability and the durability of the mattress are poor, and the use feeling of consumers is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a production process of a 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress. Is not easy to generate insects and peculiar smell, and has the characteristics of ventilation and durability.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a production process of a 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress comprises the following steps:
a. preparing a natural plant fiber material, carrying out desugarization treatment on the natural plant fiber material and drying to obtain cellosilk;
b. crushing the fibers to obtain short staple fibers;
c. melting the low-heat-melting fibers, uniformly stirring the melted low-heat-melting fibers and the short fibers to prepare a mixed fiber rope, and then cooling the mixed fiber rope;
d. and weaving the mixed fiber ropes into sheets to obtain the 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress.
In the production process of the 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress, the drying temperature in the step a is 80-105 ℃, and the drying time is 30-45 min.
In the production process of the 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress, the melting in the step c is 180-190 ℃, and the cooling adopts circulating water cooling or air cooling.
In the production process of the 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress, the low-heat-melting fibers are polyester fibers, polyolefin fibers, polyamide fibers or acetate fibers.
According to the production process of the 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress, the low-heat-melting fibers are polyolefin fibers.
According to the production process of the 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress, the diameter of the mixed fiber rope is 5-20 mm.
In the production process of the 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress, the natural plant fiber material is 1 of or a combination of several of mountain palm fiber, jute fiber, coconut fiber, sisal fiber, flax fiber and/or bamboo fiber.
According to the production process of the 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress, the woven fabric is a plain weave, the cross-shaped holes are formed between the warps and the wefts, and the area of the cross-shaped holes is 1-2 mm 2.
In the production process of the 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress, the length of the short staple fibers in the step b is 10-30 cm.
In the production process of the 3E environment-friendly plant fiber mattress, the mass ratio of the molten low-heat-melting fibers to the short staple fibers in the step b is 4-5: 5-6.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention aims to solve the problem that plant fibers absorb water and are affected with damp, the plant fibers are beaten into short fiber yarns and then mixed with low-heat-melting fibers to form a mixed fiber rope, the low-heat-melting fibers in the mixed fiber rope can reduce the contact of the plant fibers with the outside and prevent peculiar smell and insects caused by damp, on the other hand, the strength of the mixed fiber rope can be improved by utilizing the low-heat-melting fibers, and the use of the plant fibers not only keeps the advantages of nature and environmental protection of the plant fibers, but also is easier to be drawn into yarns due to the existence of the plant short fiber yarns in the mixed material in a molten state, thereby preparing the mixed fiber rope. Tests prove that the mass ratio of the molten low-heat-melting fiber to the short staple fiber is 4-5:5-6, and the prepared mixed fiber rope has proper thickness and strength. Then the mixed fiber ropes are woven into a mattress, and the mattress is fully distributed with the holes shaped like Chinese character 'jing' and has good ventilation effect. The process is characterized in that low-heat-melting fibers are adopted to replace natural rubber to enhance the strength of plant fibers, a unique woven structure is utilized to provide a ventilation effect, the functions of insect prevention and peculiar smell removal are provided for the traditional palm mattress, the original toughness is ensured, and the problems of poor ventilation property and poor durability of the traditional 3E coconut palm mattress are solved. The plant fiber mattress produced by the production process is more environment-friendly.
