1. A high-efficiency anti-aging moisturizing soothing repairing anti-wrinkle cream containing a neohesperidin dihydrochalcone extract component comprises deionized water, isononyl isononanoate, butanediol, glycerol, cetearyl alcohol, triglyceride, a neohesperidin dihydrochalcone extract, polydimethylsiloxane, xanthan gum, sodium hyaluronate, a plant extract, hydrogenated lecithin and polyethylene glycol, wherein the weight ratio of each component is as follows: 12-15 parts of deionized water, 4-6 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 4-5 parts of butanediol, 12-13 parts of glycerol, 4-7 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 3.5-5 parts of triglyceride, 12-14 parts of neohesperidin dihydrochalcone extract, 4.5-5.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 4-5 parts of xanthan gum, 0.3-0.4 part of sodium hyaluronate, 2-3 parts of plant extract, 3.5-4 parts of hydrogenated lecithin and 5-7 parts of polyethylene glycol.
2. A method for preparing efficient anti-aging moisturizing soothing repairing anti-wrinkle cream containing neohesperidin dihydrochalcone extract comprises the following steps:
s1, uniformly stirring butanediol and xanthan gum, mixing sodium hyaluronate and deionized water, adding a mixture of propanediol and xanthan gum, uniformly stirring at 45-48 ℃, adding a plant extract, and continuously and uniformly stirring to prepare a water-phase base agent;
