s2, dissolving carbomer in percentage by weight in deionized water, adjusting the pH to 6.0 by using triethanolamine, then adding the dendrobium extract, the grape seed essential oil, the vitamins and the humectant according to the proportion, uniformly mixing, adding potassium sorbate, uniformly stirring, and adjusting the pH value to 5.8 to obtain the mask liquid containing the dendrobium extract;
s3, filling the facial mask liquid into a facial mask bag with facial mask cloth to prepare the anti-wrinkle patch.

The embodiment provides a wrinkle-resistant paster liquid containing dendrobium extract, which is different from the embodiment 1 in that the preparation method of the wrinkle-resistant paster containing dendrobium extract comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning fresh dendrobium strips, cutting into segments of 2-3 cm, putting the segments into a wall breaking machine, adding water with the volume 15 times that of the dendrobium to homogenate, adding cellulase with the weight 0.8% of the dendrobium, performing ultrasonic extraction at 35000r/min for 10min at 27 ℃, collecting fresh dendrobium pulp, and filtering with a 200-mesh gauze to obtain a fresh dendrobium extracting solution;
s2, dissolving carbomer in percentage by weight in deionized water, adjusting the pH to 7.5 by using triethanolamine, adding a dendrobium extract, grape seed essential oil, vitamins and a humectant according to a ratio, uniformly mixing, adding potassium sorbate, uniformly stirring, and adjusting the pH value to 6.5 to obtain a mask liquid containing the dendrobium extract;
s3, filling the facial mask liquid into a facial mask bag with facial mask cloth to prepare the anti-wrinkle patch.
Comparative example 1
Compared with the embodiment 1, the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid containing the dendrobium extract is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 2% of dendrobium extract, 12% of grape seed essential oil, 12% of vitamin, 15% of humectant, 0.1% of carbomer, 0.05% of triethanolamine, 0.3% of preservative and the balance of water.
Comparative example 2
Compared with example 1, the wrinkle-resistant paster liquid containing the dendrobium extract is characterized in that the preparation method of the dendrobium extract comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh dendrobium strips, cutting the fresh dendrobium strips into 2-3 cm, putting the dendrobium strips into a wall breaking machine, adding water with the volume 8 times that of the dendrobium, homogenizing the dendrobium strips, adding cellulase with the weight 0.8% of the dendrobium, performing ultrasonic extraction at 35000r/min for 10min at 27 ℃, collecting fresh dendrobium pulp, and filtering the pulp by using a 200-mesh gauze to obtain the fresh dendrobium extract.
Comparative example 3
Compared with example 1, the wrinkle-resistant paster liquid containing the dendrobium extract is characterized in that the preparation method of the dendrobium extract comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh dendrobium strips, cutting into segments of 2-3 cm, placing the segments into a wall breaking machine, adding water with the volume 25 times that of the dendrobium to homogenate, adding cellulase with the weight 0.8% of the dendrobium, performing ultrasonic extraction at 35000r/min for 10min at 27 ℃, collecting fresh dendrobium pulp, and filtering with a 200-mesh gauze to obtain the fresh dendrobium extract.

Compared with example 1, the wrinkle-resistant paster liquid containing the dendrobium extract is characterized in that the preparation method of the dendrobium extract comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh dendrobium strips, cutting into segments of 2-3 cm, placing the segments into a wall breaking machine, adding water with the volume 25 times that of the dendrobium to homogenate, adding cellulase with the weight 1.2% of the dendrobium, performing ultrasonic extraction at 35000r/min for 10min at 27 ℃, collecting fresh dendrobium pulp, and filtering with a 200-mesh gauze to obtain the fresh dendrobium extract.
Comparative example 6
The comparison example provides a wrinkle-resistant patch liquid containing a dendrobium extract, and compared with example 1, the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid is different in that the humectant is a mixture of hyaluronic acid, ceramide 3 and glycerol in a weight ratio of 1:4: 2.
Comparative example 7
The comparative example provides a wrinkle-resistant paster liquid containing a dendrobium extract, and compared with example 1, the difference is that the preparation method of the dendrobium extract comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh dendrobium strips, cutting into segments of 2-3 cm, placing the segments into a wall breaking machine, adding water with the volume 15 times that of the dendrobium to homogenate, adding cellulase with the weight 0.8% of the dendrobium, leaching for 30min at 27 ℃, collecting fresh dendrobium pulp, and filtering with a 200-mesh gauze to obtain the fresh dendrobium extract.
Comparative example 8
The comparative example provides a wrinkle-resistant paster liquid containing a dendrobium extract, and compared with example 1, the difference is that the preparation method of the dendrobium extract comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh dendrobium strips, cutting into segments of 2-3 cm, placing the segments into a wall breaking machine, adding water with the volume 15 times of the weight of dendrobium, homogenizing, ultrasonically extracting at 35000r/min for 10min at 27 ℃, collecting fresh dendrobium pulp, and filtering with a 200-mesh gauze to obtain the fresh dendrobium extract.
Test examples
The anti-wrinkle patch liquid containing the dendrobium extract prepared by the invention is shown by comparing the DPPH free radical removing capacity, the superoxide anion resisting capacity and the hydroxyl free radical removing capacity of the anti-wrinkle patch liquid containing the dendrobium extract prepared by different embodiments of the invention and comparative examples.
The test method comprises the following steps: the specific test method adopts a spectrophotometric standard method according to DPPH free radical scavenging capacity, adopts an alpha-deoxy-D-ribose standard method according to hydroxyl free radical scavenging capacity, and adopts a pyrogallol standard method to measure superoxide anion free radical scavenging capacity.
Fig. 1 shows the results of comparing the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1, and it can be seen from fig. 1 that the antioxidant capacity of example 1 is the best, which shows that the reasonable compatibility of the components greatly improves the ability of the facial mask liquid to scavenge free radicals, so as to achieve better antioxidant and anti-aging purposes, and within the weight ratio range defined by the present invention, higher antioxidant capacity can be achieved.
Fig. 2 is a comparison result of the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid prepared in example 1, examples 4 to 5 and comparative examples 2 to 3, and it can be seen from fig. 2 that the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid increases and then decreases with the increase of the solid-to-liquid ratio in the preparation method of the dendrobium extract, and the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid is the best when the solid-to-liquid ratio of example 1 is 1: 15.
Fig. 3 is a comparison result of the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid prepared in examples 1 and 6 to 7, and it can be seen from fig. 3 that the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid increases first and then decreases as the ultrasonic extraction temperature in the preparation method of the dendrobium extract solution increases, and the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch is strongest when the temperature of example 1 is 27 ℃, which indicates that the dendrobium extraction efficiency is highest and the active ingredients in dendrobium can exert the best efficacy at the temperature.
Fig. 4 is a comparison result of the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch liquids prepared in examples 1, 8 to 10 and 4 to 5, and it can be seen from fig. 4 that changing the amount or kind of enzymes that destroy plant cell walls in the preparation method of the dendrobium extract liquid affects the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch, the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch increases and then decreases with the increase of the unused amount, and the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch reaches the maximum when the amount of the enzymes is 0.8% of the weight of dendrobium.
Fig. 5 is a comparison result of the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid prepared in example 1, examples 11 to 12 and comparative example 6, and it can be seen from fig. 5 that changing the weight ratio of hyaluronic acid, ceramide 3 and glycerin in the humectant affects the antioxidant capacity of the prepared wrinkle-resistant patch liquid, when the weight ratio of hyaluronic acid, ceramide 3 and glycerin is 1:2:4, the antioxidant capacity of the prepared wrinkle-resistant patch is optimal, and a large number of experiments show that a better antioxidant effect can be achieved within the weight ratio of 1: 1-3: 3-5 of the invention.
Fig. 6 is a comparison result of the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle resistant patch liquids prepared in examples 1 and 13 to 14, and it can be seen from fig. 6 that the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle resistant patch is less affected by the preparation method, thereby providing favorable conditions for mass production of the wrinkle resistant patch.
Fig. 7 is a comparison result of the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid prepared in example 1 and comparative examples 7 to 8, and it can be seen from fig. 7 that, compared with a method for preparing a dendrobium extract by using an enzymolysis method or an ultrasonic extraction method alone, the extraction efficiency of the active ingredients of dendrobium is improved by the synergistic effect of the enzymolysis method and the ultrasonic extraction, which is beneficial to improving the antioxidant capacity of the wrinkle-resistant patch liquid.
While the invention has been described with respect to specific embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing and other changes, omissions and deviations in the form and detail thereof may be made without departing from the scope of this invention; those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiments as a basis for designing or modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention; meanwhile, any equivalent changes, modifications and alterations of the above embodiments according to the spirit and techniques of the present invention are also within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. The anti-wrinkle paster liquid containing the dendrobium extract is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 5-25% of a dendrobium extract, 5-10% of grape seed essential oil, 5-10% of vitamins, 10-20% of a humectant, 0.02-0.2% of carbomer, 0.01-0.1% of triethanolamine, 0.1-0.5% of a preservative, and the balance of water;
the preparation method of the dendrobium extract comprises the following steps: cleaning and cutting fresh dendrobium strips, putting the fresh dendrobium strips into a wall breaking machine, adding water into the dendrobium strips according to the weight-volume ratio of 1: 10-20 of the dendrobium to water for homogenate, adding an enzyme for breaking plant cell walls, the weight of the enzyme is 0.5-1% of that of the dendrobium, performing ultrasonic oscillation extraction, collecting fresh dendrobium pulp, and filtering to obtain a dendrobium extracting solution;
the enzyme for destroying the plant cell wall is one or more of cellulase or beta-glucanase;
the ultrasonic oscillation extraction conditions are as follows: controlling the temperature at 25-30 ℃, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction at 35000r/min for 10 min;
the humectant is a mixture of hyaluronic acid, ceramide 3 and glycerol in a weight ratio of 1: 1-3: 3-5.
2. The anti-wrinkle patch liquid containing dendrobium nobile lindl extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dendrobium nobile lindl is cut into segments with the size of 2-3 cm.
3. The anti-wrinkle patch liquid containing dendrobium nobile lindl extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein 200 mesh gauze is adopted for filtration.
4. The wrinkle-resistant patch liquid containing dendrobium nobile lindl extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preservative is potassium sorbate.
5. A method for preparing a wrinkle resistant patch containing the wrinkle resistant patch fluid of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing a dendrobe extracting solution;
s2, dissolving carbomer in deionized water, adjusting the pH to 6.0-7.5 by using triethanolamine, adding a dendrobium extract, grape seed essential oil, vitamins and a humectant according to the proportion, uniformly mixing, adding a preservative, uniformly stirring, and adjusting the pH value to be 5.8-6.5 to obtain a crease-resistant paster liquid containing the dendrobium extract;
and S3, filling the anti-wrinkle patch liquid into a mask bag with mask cloth to prepare the anti-wrinkle patch.
