Description

Film coating agent composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly relates to a film coating agent composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The mosquitoes and flies are biological vectors for spreading a plurality of animal viruses, are main spreading vectors for a plurality of zoonosis, comprise more than 130 epidemic diseases such as spreading dysentery, typhoid fever, dengue fever, rift valley fever, Zika, hepatitis, tuberculosis, Japanese encephalitis, eperythrozoonosis and the like, are one of the most important risk factors for introducing new diseases into a pig farm and spreading old diseases in a pig herd, and can accelerate the spreading and epidemic diseases due to mass propagation of the mosquitoes and flies in summer, thereby influencing the healthy development of the pig industry and seriously threatening the production and public health safety of the pig industry. Therefore, scientifically and effectively preventing and controlling the harm of mosquitoes and flies becomes a practical problem to be solved urgently, which ensures the biological safety of a pig farm, improves the breeding benefit and ensures the public health safety.
At present, the pig farm commonly uses the mosquito and fly repelling incense, on one hand, the effect of the mosquito and fly repelling incense is limited, and the mosquito and fly repelling incense cannot be killed in a large range. On the other hand, the action time of the mosquito and fly repellent incense can only last for eight hours at most, so that a novel mosquito and fly killing material needs to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the above problems in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a film coating agent composition.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the film coating agent composition.
The invention also provides application of the film coating agent composition.
The invention provides a film coating agent composition in a first aspect, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
Figure BDA0003708101110000011
Figure BDA0003708101110000021
the high molecular polymer is a mixture formed by sodium alginate and at least one of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
The technical scheme of the coating agent composition at least has the following beneficial effects:
the film coating agent composition can kill the mosquitoes and flies in a pig farm in a large range, has the capability of long-acting knockdown of the mosquitoes and flies, can reach more than 2 months at least, can be used in the whole summer and is effective. The reason is that the water-soluble coating film can be dissolved by the saliva secreted by the flies, so that the flies mistakenly eat the insecticide component in the feeding process to have a strong stomach toxicity effect; on the other hand, the moisture enriched in the villus on the surface of the fly can be softened and partially dissolved in the process of contacting the coating film, so that the moisture is adhered to the surface of the fly to play a role in continuously killing the fly by contact, and the effect of killing the fly in a large range is realized. In addition, the high molecular polymer formed by the sodium alginate and at least one of the polyvinylpyrrolidone, the polyvinyl alcohol or the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose further prolongs the time for killing the mosquitoes and the flies. The water-soluble high-molecular polymer coating has high compactness and strong sealing effect, can greatly slow down the volatilization of insecticide components, thereby realizing the effect of killing mosquitoes and flies for a long time, and the emulsifier can emulsify the insecticide to ensure that the insecticide can be uniformly dispersed in the high-molecular polymer; the wetting agent can be a high molecular polymer which is easily formed into a high molecular film during construction.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the mass ratio of sodium alginate to at least one of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol or sodium carboxymethylcellulose is 1: (8-12). The inventor finds that when the mass ratio of sodium alginate to at least one of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is 1: (8-12), when the obtained high molecular polymer is constructed into a film, the compactness of the coating is increased, and the time for killing mosquitoes and flies is further prolonged.

The preservative has the function of improving the preservation time of the film coating agent composition; the defoaming agent is used for reducing the formation of bubbles during construction, and is beneficial to construction.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the preservative is 0.05 to 0.2 parts by weight.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the defoamer is 0.1 to 1 part by weight.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the emulsifier is selected from at least one of alkyl sulfates, alkyl benzene sulfonates, polyoxyethylene ethers, polyoxypropylene ethers, polyol fatty acid esters, polyvinyl alcohols.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the wetting agent is selected from at least one of a polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether, a polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether, a polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymer, or a modified polysiloxane.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the defoamer is selected from at least one of an ethylene oxide propylene oxide copolymer, polydimethylsiloxane, polyether modified polysiloxane.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a film coating agent composition, which comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the high molecular polymer into water, and stirring until the high molecular polymer is completely dissolved to obtain a first mixture;
s2, adding the wetting agent and the emulsifier into the first mixture, and stirring to obtain a second mixture; adding defoaming agent and antiseptic;
and S3, adding the insecticide into the second mixture and stirring to obtain the film coating agent composition.
According to some embodiments of the invention, in step S1, the rotation speed of the stirring is 300rpm to 500 rpm.
The third aspect of the invention provides the application of the film coating agent composition in the insect killing and fly killing of animal husbandry.

Application example 1
Uniformly spraying the film coating agent composition prepared in the example 1 on the wall, ceiling, ground and railings of a piggery nursery house to form a film on the surface of the piggery nursery house, wherein the piggery nursery house is basically free of flies on the day of spraying; after 7d, the number of flies in the nursery house is slightly increased, and the activity of the flies is lower; the flies in the nursery house only account for about 20% of the original flies in 15 days, and the activity of the flies is low. Therefore, the long-acting mosquito and fly killing film coating agent can not only obviously reduce the fly density of a farm, but also be effective continuously, and can obviously improve the environment of a pig farm.
