The solid insect-resistant agent disclosed by the application has the advantages that the cyclodextrin is used for coating the polyacetaldehyde, the emamectin benzoate and the chloracetyl chloride, so that pollution caused by leakage of insect-resistant components can be avoided, the safety and environmental friendliness of the solid insect-resistant agent are effectively improved, the solid insect-resistant agent is coated with the insect-resistant components through the cyclodextrin, the fact that the polyacetaldehyde and the chloracetyl chloride exist in the solid insect-resistant agent can be ensured, and when the solid insect-resistant agent is soaked by liquid in a use environment, part of the emamectin benzoate can be dissolved and diffused into soil and then absorbed by plants, so that the emamectin benzoate component is contained in a plant body.
Preferably, the step S1 specifically includes the following steps: mixing cyclodextrin with tetrahydrofuran, adding polyacetaldehyde and emamectin benzoate at 30-40 ℃, stirring for 1h, cooling to room temperature, adding chloroacetyl chloride, and stirring for 1h to obtain a mixture.
According to the application, cyclodextrin, tetrahydrofuran, polyacetaldehyde, emamectin benzoate and chloroacetyl chloride are mixed in a two-step mixing mode, so that the chloroacetyl chloride can be effectively prevented from being decomposed in the preparation process.
Preferably, the temperature of the drying in the step S2 is 30-40 ℃.
The application can avoid the damage of the components of the solid insect-resistant agent caused by high temperature by limiting the drying temperature.
In a third aspect, the application provides an application of the solid insect-resistant agent according to the previous scheme or the solid insect-resistant agent prepared by the previous preparation method in forestry insect resistance.
In summary, the application has the following beneficial effects:
1. The solid insect repellent provided by the application takes the polyacetaldehyde, the chloracetyl chloride and the emamectin benzoate as main insect repellent components, can effectively improve the insect repellent effect, and can play a good insect repellent effect in a short time. In addition, the solid insect repellent provided by the application further comprises a sweetener, and can attract adults, so that the insect repellent effect is improved.
2. According to the preparation method of the solid insect-resistant agent, provided by the application, the condition that chloroacetyl chloride is decomposed in the mixing process is avoided by limiting the method of mixing for two times.
3. The solid insect-resistant agent provided by the application can play a good insect-resistant effect in a short time when applied to forestry insect resistance.
Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
The preparation method of the solid insect repellent comprises the following steps:
S1, after 8 parts of cyclodextrin and 15 parts of tetrahydrofuran are mixed, 7 parts of poly-7 parts of acetaldehyde and 25 parts of emamectin benzoate are added at 30 ℃, stirred for 1h, cooled to room temperature, 7 parts of chloroacetyl chloride is added, and stirred for 1h to obtain a mixture;
S2, mixing the mixture obtained in the step S1 with 20 parts of corn starch, 2 parts of aspartame, 1 part of eugenol, 13 parts of sodium pyrophosphate and 2 parts of stabilizer BHT, granulating and drying at 30 ℃ to obtain the solid insect-resistant agent.
Examples 2 to 5
Examples 2 to 5 differ from example 1 in the proportions of the preparation raw materials, and the proportions of the preparation raw materials in examples 1 to 5 are shown in Table 1.

Performance test
Gastric toxicity activity assay was performed in a climatic chamber: the solid insect repellent in each of the examples and comparative examples was subjected to an indoor control experiment at an application dose of 500g/m 2. The solid insect-resistant agent in each example and comparative example is placed on the surface of a corn plant, after standing for 1 hour, prodenia litura with similar individual sizes for test insects is inoculated on corn test plants respectively, 20 heads of the prodenia litura are connected on each corn plant, after 96 hours of observation, the number of living insects on each test plant is observed respectively after 96 hours, the results are characterized by mortality, and the obtained test results are shown in table 3.

It can be seen from the combination of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and the combination of table 3 that the solid insect repellent adopted in the present application can kill more than 97.3% of adults in a short time, the solid insect repellent in examples 1 to 6 of the present application can directly attract pests to eat and further kill a part of the pests, and in this process, the moisture in the soil can wet the solid insect repellent, so that the emamectin benzoate in the solid insect repellent is partially dissolved, and the partially dissolved emamectin benzoate enters the soil along with water and is absorbed by plants, and the emamectin benzoate is absorbed and further killed by the pests in the process that the pests gnaw the plants. It can be seen from table 3 that the solid insect-repellent provided in examples 1 and 6 has a good insect-repellent effect.

Claims (10)
1. The solid insect-resistant agent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in preparation: polyacetaldehyde, chloroacetyl chloride, emamectin benzoate, tetrahydrofuran, cyclodextrin, corn starch, sweetener, preservative, dispersant and stabilizer BHT.
2. The solid insect-resistant agent according to claim 1, wherein the solid insect-resistant agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5-10 parts of polyacetaldehyde, 5-10 parts of chloroacetyl chloride, 20-30 parts of emamectin benzoate, 10-20 parts of tetrahydrofuran, 5-10 parts of cyclodextrin, 10-30 parts of corn starch, 1-2 parts of sweetener, 1-2 parts of preservative, 10-15 parts of dispersing agent and 1-2 parts of stabilizer BHT.
3. The solid insect-resistant agent according to claim 2, wherein the solid insect-resistant agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 7 parts of polyacetaldehyde, 7 parts of chloroacetyl chloride, 25 parts of emamectin benzoate, 15 parts of tetrahydrofuran, 8 parts of cyclodextrin, 20 parts of corn starch, 2 parts of sweetener, 1 part of preservative, 13 parts of dispersing agent and 2 parts of stabilizer BHT.
4. A solid insect repellent according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the dispersing agent comprises one or more of sodium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate or sodium hexametaphosphate.
5. A solid insect repellent according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the sweetener comprises one or more of erythritol, aspartame or saccharin.
6. A solid insect repellent according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the preservative is eugenol.
7. A method for preparing the solid insect repellent according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
S1, mixing cyclodextrin, polyacetaldehyde, emamectin benzoate, chloroacetyl chloride and tetrahydrofuran, and stirring for 2 hours to obtain a mixture;
S2, mixing the mixture obtained in the step S1 with corn starch, a sweetener, a preservative, a dispersing agent and a stabilizer BHT, and then sequentially granulating and drying to obtain the solid insect-resistant agent.
8. The preparation method according to claim 7, wherein the step S1 specifically comprises the steps of:
mixing cyclodextrin with tetrahydrofuran, adding polyacetaldehyde and emamectin benzoate at 30-40 ℃, stirring for 1h, cooling to room temperature, adding chloroacetyl chloride, and stirring for 1h to obtain a mixture.
9. The method according to claim 7, wherein the temperature of the drying in the step S2 is 30-40 ℃.
10. Use of a solid insect-repellent according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or a solid insect-repellent according to any one of claims 7 to 9 in forestry.
