本发明涉及一种将有机物,特别是废弃物制成堆肥的方法,其中有机物质在采用强制通风的密封容器内生物降解。
发明背景
所述此类方法是已知的。就此而论,将排放空气重复进料于容器中的物料,即完成所谓的循环空气输送是有益的。因而待从循环中排除的、释放向大气的、因而待预先净化的排放空气的量降低了。然而,容器中循环的空气的氧含量降低了。为了补偿,建议向循环中导入新鲜空气(计量加入新鲜空气)。而且建议计量加入纯氧。
发明概述
因而本发明的目的是简化上述方法。
按照本发明,所述目的得以解决,因为排放空气被全部重复进料于所述密封容器中的待堆肥的物质,而且没有氧气加入,因而没有氧气以周围空气或纯氧形式计量加入。这样,循环空气氧含量降低。出人意外的是发现这样一来并无不利之处。令人惊奇地显示出流过待堆肥物质的气流并非必需含有氧。出乎意料地发现在堆肥过程中发生的化学转化过程所需的氧可由微生物全部地或至少部分地从水中获得,因而所述微生物不需从外部补充任何气态氧。
进一步有利的改进在从属权利要求(subclaim)中得以描述。
优选地将堆肥过程中产生的热消散。这通过冷凝排放空气所含水分,并将不含冷凝出的水的排放空气重新供给容器反应器内所盛有的待堆肥的物质有利地进行。
术语“排放空气”、“循环空气”和“空气”在本发明的含意均指这样的气体或气体混合物:其中的氧含量低于外界空气的氧含量或根本不含有气态氧。

实施方案详述
具有可生物降解组分的废弃物质13进料于密封容器4中。在此处它被放置于多孔底上。借助于湿润器5,可以上方用水喷洒废弃物。
通过强制通风扇把空气供给多孔底下部的空间,该空气经多孔底的孔向上流动,通过废弃物质13、排出密封容器4的顶端。排放空气流经热交换器流体7进料的热交换器6。排放空气中所含水分在此冷凝出来,收于容器8中。经干燥的排放空气流经闸阀,并借助于强制通风扇3再次进入密封容器4。新鲜空气1可以经闸阀2补充。在热交换器6的闸阀9之间有一分支管道,排放空气可经另一闸阀10和滤器11从该管道排入大气12中。
在一般操作中,闸阀9是打开的闸阀2和10是关闭的,仅进行循环空气输送。没有新鲜空气加入。通过热交换器6,去除堆肥过程中产生的热,和循环空气中所含有的水。氧含量持续降低然而并不影响堆肥过程,在此所需的氧来自于作为表面水(surface water)和吸持水(confined water)的含于废弃物中的水。这种堆肥方法亦可在重复进料于密封容器4的循环空气即排放空气中的氧含量等于零时起作用。

1.一种用于将有机物,特别是废弃物(13)制成堆肥的方法,其中有机物在采用强制通风的密封容器(4)中被生物降解,
其特征在于
排放空气完全重复进料于密封容器(4)中待堆肥的物质,没有氧加入。
2.权利要求1的方法,其特征在于将堆肥过程中产生的热散失。
3.权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于排放空气中所含的水分被冷凝出。
